    Just a sudden thought chinggu...what if..I mean what if, the last few eps was just KS's vision of the future? So now he knows, means he can 'meddle' the future (you know something like Groundhog day kind of meddle and also similar to when he visioned the bus which ET was on that should meet with an accident). What if? What if? (I watched the last epilogue..probably that was the case.)  :grin: #hopingthedeathscenetobejustavision

    Hehe..i like this part. I also think the scene was for us, the Goblin's troopers, actually  hehehe. To sweeten us up before KS was taken away. Not so much for ET because if it is for ET, then it will be cruel to leave with one sweet night to remember, knowing there will be no more nights like that after this..:dissapointed_relieved:

    I think the riddle was what was the purpose of all the people and circumstances that both KS and GR encountered of late @ throughout the 900 years. But I guess I was wondering too if PJW was the only purpose that KS and GR had to live  @ suffer for 900 years before he perish..if it is, it is too small for a purpose..

    @ChunSungIm..agree chinggu..i wish too there are more extensions..probably like KS reincarnation as another Goblin..because this drama's coolness is due to KS's coolness as a Goblin..

    1. I think he did..when he was in the canadian restaurant, he finaly saw her future, that was why he cried. Somehown, the timing when he finally get the purpose of ET, the deity gave him that vision

    2. GR only remembers his 300 recent years. The auditors told him that he suffered for 600 years remembering all his sins and finally told the deity that he wants to be a GR and forget everything after 600 years. That is why he thought he was just 300 years..

    Anyway..I might be too late to comment this but now I understand why KS was crying in the epilogue and when he was with ET in the Canadian restaurant. Because he can finally see her future and knows that at the end, it was his decision to end his own life and leave everyone he loves behind...OMG..I just got it..just got it..:dissapointed_relieved:

    Anyway, there are still a lot of loose ends:

    1. The wind-bomb boy

    2. ET's class president

    3. Why President Yu left the message to the current CEO about KS coming back for his belongings

    4. The girl ghost

    5. The lady GR

    I think all of them have bigger purpose in this story..

    Well..this is my thought (sorry if it is not accurate chinggu..just my 2 cents)

    1). I think GR's ability to know the death location only at the very last moment when death happen but he told KS ahead of time to allow for KS to save her before it happen. Plus, he could not reveal everything as it violated the rules totally (hence the IA came and torture him in this eps)

    2). She did not lose it totally. I think the girl ghost was not in any of her purpose to live as a goblin's bride. It was just another variable because she was meant to see PJW (she establised it when she figured out that PJW will take over her body to kill KS). Plus, it might be that PJW has the ability to present himself in front of ET despite she's losing her ability since he is a DEMON (which is a different entity than the other ghosts)

    @selenette..agree with your point of view chinggus..the next three episodes, WY has to work even harder to redeem himself. @triplem,,i heart you chinggu, the last scene broke my heart to ashes..:bawling::bawling:

    I just watched the subbed version..It's not fair! Now, not just buckets, I was crying a river!!! especially when KS was crying..writing this was even an ordeal because I could not see the words clearly as I type since my eyes are still in tears...:bawling::dissapointed_relieved:..

    and then the KISS!! OMG..I keep on replaying it. GY has finally keep his persona as one of the best kisser in KD land!! If I were ET, after this, I could only remember how he pulls her to his side to be kissed like that..and that will torture her more..huhuhu..why..why..why...:bawling::bawling:

    so that still leaves us with 2 full episodes for all lovey dovey stuff.. since not many lose ends to tie except for GR's salvation

    Wen was the kiss? I missed it..totally missed it..the line was lagging...but somehow it does not lag when KS turn to ashes...:bawling::bawling:

    Just got to watch the subs..and here are my thoughts (sorry if anyone has mentioned these before but I could not backtrack the comments..too many..the threads move like 20 pages while I was sleeping..hehehe)

    There was someone who commented that probably it will take two of them, both KS and GR to kill PJW and finally (somehow) moved on. They are literally going round the circle, reminiscing their pasts, trying to make sense of their existence.

    Anyway, here is why I think that the ending will be what most of us wanted (the bromance to continue and the couples end up together)

    1. I dont think WY or GR is that evil. He is a repented sinner (or at least a wannabe). For one thing he loves KS's sister (obviously from all the scenes they were together before they got married). That is why he stills see her in the present life. Secondly, he tried to prevent her from being poisoned (hence he knocked the medicine from the tray), probably knowing or realising that his family were killed the same way but he could not put his finger on who is the perpetrator. He still wants to save her at the end but he was given no choice since KS came back. He DRAW her portrait and I remember KS said that "Maybe he missed her because the drawing portrays someone who is missing or longing for the person in the picture. I remember KS said that he was asked to protect Yeo but he fails, implying that WY was not that bad but had bad influence (despite PJW trying to convince both KS and ET that they were fools for believing in GR).

    2. I remember a scene about a couple who died because of an accident and GR only gave the tea to the wife because she has wrongful death but the hsuband was not given any so that he remembers every sin he did. Now GR @ WY's memory was erased, which implies that his sins might not be as bad as he thinks. PJW, on the other hand, was forced to live as an evil ghost for 900 years. I also remember GR said that there only 3 people during the era who committed great sins - KS (who is still alive and being punished as an immortal), WY and PJW. WY was punished as a GR. Both were given second chance to repent actually (as per DW @ The Butterfly said to them when they met in the club). DW @The Butterfly makes a point that both GR and KS have yet to understand their purpose since they are still whining about their existence when all The Butterfly has been doing is creating them the path that they should have been walking.

    3. Even the red lady seemed to think that all the sufferings should end. After all they are the creations of God. She implies that if theya re supposed to do good things, they could have done it even at earlier stage. Which to me, implies that both the Red Lady and DW @ The Butterfly has been trying to help all the four people to get back to their purpose of existence.

    So, all in all, I think this will (should) ends well..

    Btw..after the subbed..me crying not just buckets..but like a broke water pipe..non-stop..damn GY and LDW for acting so well..sob sob sob..

    Hi chinggus.. a random lurker here..all this while I've been silent reading all the comments and loving it. First, let me say that apart from my love for weekend drama like The Gentleman of  Wolgyesu Tailor Shop, Goblin is one show that I could never stop watching.. I mean literally cant stop. Everyday, I repeatedly watch either the eps, or MV or even BTS. Goblin gets to the core of my heart and emotion.

    Secondly, sorry to the avid DOTS and Marriage Contract fans, but I think Goblin makes me cry even more. I was crying over 3-4 boxes of tissues for these 2 series but Goblin..literally buckets and I have puffy eyes almost every day..every time KS looked lovingly but sad at ET, knowing his death is so near, I could feel his sorrow and cry, Every time ET looked at KS knowing he can disappear anytime, my heart breaks..and today..all the characters makes my heart and emotion fell to the very bottom..esp KS..now I really understand what is like to be him to live for 900 years, watching the people you love leave the world, bury them. I can understand the loneliness he felt (before this part of me was just wondering why must he suffered so much when he got to live while the rest don't). Now I know. I cannot imagine living in this world alone without our loved ones. I cannot imagine those who in war today, losing their family members right in front of their eyes. Just like Goblin. :dissapointed_relieved::bawling:

    I salute all the four main characters esp Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook for their amazing performance..no man can make me cry so hard like they did today...I salute the writer, director, producer, music director (I love so much the sad humming music background)..the team is so daebak

    I do hope for Happy Ending..please...

    @Bambiina..beb..luv ur confident abt CP and HY's wedding. Now you hv said it, i guess i too should learn to accept the meaningless wedding first (after all we cannot runaway from the original description of HY- as CP's wife)..BUT..there is a big but here..after the wedding the OTP moments must be more intense...hehe (hot..n pants on fire 100x)..i like the idea of CP and RO had their wedding first n consummate (someone suggested this earlier..and i totally agree..hehehe..)..whatever it is i believe in PD nim..hwaiting!!

    My dear chinggus..i just managed to read the recap (i am currently in a land where snails can move faster than internet..hehe) so i did not get to watch the actual episode yet..but ..just by reading the recaps and the live recaps you guys did last nite, i was crying buckets of tears..especially during the sign language part..it was so original and moving n damn, can PBG be even cuter when he was doing that..i mean really, PD nim..so far, no disappoinments yet..and the final scene, omg..almost felt off my airplane seat when i read about it (to jump for joy, of course)..seriously, seriously daebak..awesome..

    Anyway..what will be the next eps like? Anyone recap the preview yet?

    OMG!! OMG!! I have yet to watch the whole ep but the live recaps were superb!!!..I literally stop breathing when I read about CP saw RO changed into a hanbok. That is the HINT that I was hoping for. Seriously DAEBAK!!!..And the last scene, where CP confessed that he knows (with the bracelet thingy), that is 100x DAEBAK!!! ..OMG! OMG! Cant wait for next week.. to all the LIVE RECAPPERS..u guys are AWESOME...Hwaiting!!

    I also love the Eunuch Ma bits. I was a little bit disappointed when the show tried to portray him as one of the villains. I love him in Fated to Love You as Jang Suk's assistant that I wish he would help RO too in this show but was pretty anguish to see him collaborating with the Chinese envoy. Now, since I think he is Human..hehehe..I also think the show will direct him to be one those who would confirm RO's identity to CP and help to hide it. He has no other motives like YS, so he would be the safest candidate who can reveal RO to CP. Now, Eunuch Jang, that is another issue. After the Queen bit, I have no sympathy for him when CP threw him out from his chamber in the first (or is it second episode?).. he deserved to be thrown out, yell at.. (again evil laugh)..

    BTW, the fan signing...who is going? (two hands up!)
