- So finally JunWan knows that IkJun knows about Bidulgi.
- for the meal in the last season JunWan turned up instead of JeongWon and Gyeol looked grumpy and this time the misunderstanding with Minhas parents. Lol... Jun wan has more screen time with misunderstandings in his friends love stories than his own love story.- the accident I had read a fan predicting it and saying that It will be IkJun and would shake up SongHwa to confess also he won’t be able to donate his liver to IkSun later if the transplant happens and his parents would have to. But I really don’t believe the previews and I’m still not convinced if it’s Ikjun or someone else.
- No wonder JeongWon had to change the lyrics from fall to Winter else he would be singing his potential wedding song for his brother in law.
- Seok Hyung applying to the US doesn’t make sense since he said he wants to make the most of every minute of his life. Now that he likes Min Ha why would he do that. Moreover, isn’t he running away again the same mistake he made in his past relationship? Again can’t trust the previews.
- Arghhhh the two week wait will be long- Also I don’t think we have near enough time for a series ending and we are headed for a season 3 unless we have a time jump in the last episode. I don’t like the last episode time jump troupe! But my gut feeling is there will be a season 3.
- the PD cameo was funny and so was jealous Jeong Won.
- The choice of song was also fun and totally unexpected.
- SongHwa ordering burger reminded me of the other burger fan Ujju and his ordering style. So there are 4 foodies - JunWan, Gyeoul, Song Hwa and Ujju.
- the gift for IkJun could possibly be related to cycling or coffee.
- wait so Min Has mom is the same actress from CLOY who had the scary make up on when she went to meet Hyun Bins parents with her daughter? Oh my god this after all the focus on Min Has make up... lol...The actress was in parasite too right?- the group name being the band name. I always wondered how could the band be called Mido and Parasol in the series since Mido is the actresses real name and not character name. But the chat name being the group name and we being told that after 22 episodes just brilliant writing!
- Also Gyeols dad wasn’t gonna attend the brothers wedding that got called of. So he won’t attend her wedding too? Then is it possible that Jeong Wons elder brother or IkJun Would be the bride give awayer?

Watching the scene when IkJun calls JunWan and tells him (almost) directly to come meet IkSun in the ER and the interaction between IkJun and MinHa during the ice cream scene and then JeongWon and IkJun discussing Seok Hyung just suddenly contrasted all their communication styles to me.
Clubbing characters that are similar:
IkJun and MinHa:
For IkJun and MinHa I think communication is a game they ace. They know the rules, the playing field and how to prod different people in any situation and make them break their barriers and speak to them. That’s why IkJun knew that MinHa wouldn’t let them win the ice cream game and stopped JeongWon from persisting. He completely understood what was going on! Their main way of communication is actually spending more time with people and interacting. Their forte is to be active in the game and make people communicate using tact, wit, humour and good listening as their weapons. Communication as a social skill is natural to them and effort is their strong point. For their close knit people they are ferociously protective and will do anything for them and that makes them so endearing.
However, their communication is more effort based and not flawlessly intuitive. That’s why MinHa couldn’t read Seok Hyung correctly in the beginning and IkJun did not know the failed relationship that his sister had. He was also clueless about Bidulgi (though I have to say there were more clues beyond intuition also).
Particularly where IkJun is concerned he thrives and is proud of his social skills, the social network he is a part of broadly and the close knit bond he has created with his friends and family. I really don’t think it came 100% naturally to him it’s something he honed as well since he was once an awkward youngster trying too hard to fit in with the big city life. He was possibly kind of hurt although more shocked when he was clueless about Bidulgi and stayed out of meddling until he saw the pic on IkSuns phone and his heart melted. His expression when he saw the pic was as if his heart broke in many pieces for his sister. His sister will be his first child/daughter forever and it’s Junwan who will have to deal with his ragging from now like the do you behave like this with your gf comment over the meal unpacking/serving. But he also does know that JunWan truly loves Iksun and it’s not a 3 month thing for him that’s why he played Cupid although belatedly... reluctantly trusting him with his precious sister.SongHwa and JeongWon:
For SongHwa and JeongWon communication is all about intuition. They read the room intuitively and can connect with what the other person is feeling. That’s why they get each other also and JeongWon didn’t have to verbally tell SongHwa about GyeOl. JeongWon could understand completely what Seok Hyung was thinking when they both met alone. He also knows intuitively that he can only prod GyeOl till one point and just wait for her beyond that though his patience is giving up that’s what he needs to do for her. He could sense that the child patient needed to speak instead of his mother speaking for him. SongHwa could understand SeokHyung and asked him to communicate more and the many times she has given advice to her mentees. Their strong point is intuition that’s why they have strong candid conversations that matter and have an impact on people. It’s quality communication that’s their forte. Also their communication with people close to them is candid and unfiltered. They act stubborn, kiddish with people they are close to.
SeokHyung and Gyeoul:
they are the trickiest and most misunderstood I think. They are introverts but they are not emotionless! They can read the room, they can be intuitive even. But they can’t come out of their shell as they are always processing, mulling over what’s going on. And god knows that they have had too much on their plate. SeokHyung has a broken family - a father he didn’t address as a father in the last few years, the tragic losing of his sister, and a broken then mended relationship with his mother. People often say they have problem children when they have stubborn children who never grew out of their terrible twos phase. But he has a problem mother who doesn’t let go of her stubbornness. Their coping mechanisms are to withdraw inwards and process everything on their own and at other times to avoid and run away. They have been too burdened for too long. GyeOl’s story is still up for guessing and we will possibly know in the next episode. But what’s commendable about them is that through it all they preserved the good people they are within that shell and are so empathetic.
JunWan and IkSun:
The Bidulgi couple is the most perplexing honestly. For JunWan he definitely can’t read the room. He didn’t know about WinterGarden. He doesn’t know a lot of things going on around him. He did not realise yet that IkJun knows about Bidulgi even after that call that was so obvious. The only thing he did notice is that SongHwa listens to IkJun. He couldn’t tell JeongWon what was bothering him nor make him reveal what was bothering him. Why he possibly communicates frankly and directly to the point and almost curt is because that’s how he understands things himself. JunWan was quite likely the emotionally unavailable person in his previous relationships cause he couldn’t follow what was going on with the other person. For IkSun she is an extrovert but where her one on one relationships are concerned especially with IkJun and JunWan she’s almost like an introvert she doesn’t open up, doesn’t tell them what is happening and she strongly wants to be independent but that feeling stems from not subjecting them to the hurt or burden they might feel while caring or protecting her. IkSuns behaviour in close relationships almost mirrors JunWans lack of communication skills. I think that’s why Iksun is the only person JunWan understands almost intuitively because in many ways she is exactly like him. He communicates with a lot of care and softness because with her he is able to understand that is what she needs. This special bond that they have formed because in some way they get each other despite their lack of communication skills is the reason that they can’t move on. Their relationship is a magical comfort cocoon they happened to find. As long as ikSun opens her heart completely to love again and they both work on their communication they should be fine now.

Is Iksun using the EarPods that Junwan gave her?
Also the rain scene SongHwa looks so caught in the moment and suddenly confronted by the realisation that she can’t deny that she still likes IkJun those are not remanent feelings but present feelings which she was suddenly in the midst of in that moment. that followed by the the flashback scene later, I feel she had bottled up the pain inside her long ago and not felt or processed or lived with that feeling and accepted it and then let it just pass by. It was bottled up and she sort of never validated it in any way consciously or sub consciously. I think she’s finally at the point when she can face the past, process the pain and let it go completely and start over (like the daisies) and look forward to better memories instead. Also I wanna know why this song? And which song is IkJun gonna reply with? Will she get him a gift on his birthday after all he’s done for each main character he deserves something nice!

After today’s episode I really do think that they are headed for a third season.
The one thing I saw mentioned/shown many times in the episode was hurdles:
- JeongWon said that GomGom will have to pass many hurdles. He saw himself in Seok Hyeong - Mr bear having realised that he likes Min Ha and there’s no turning back but still a long road to travel.
- Although not spoken verbally but obviously visible is that Winter Garden are in the midst of a hurdle themselves.- Jung Su helping Rosa take a step and crossing health hurdles together.
- IkJun helping SongHwa jump over a puddle and saying there are 3 more hurdles ahead. (3 more times she will break down her walls? One that was crossed was her mother’s illness)
- Bidulgi crossing the long distance hurdle and possibly facing a health one next. I feel the liver transplant is quite likely now.
Oh I can’t see sweetheart Lee Siblings and Junwan suffer anymore pleaseee!
Other than the hurdles:
- Next episode I think Gyeoul is gonna break down and cry but I’m not yet sure if that’s with Min Ha or Jeong Won first.
- I really admire Min Ha for her tact/diplomacy/street smartness. Her presence of mind to say that the loser gets the ice cream.
- I hope they show some good scenes of Bidulgi for all the pain caused so far. Please don’t make her sick. Hope they show she gets better quicker with JunWan by her side that she was more love sick than actual sick. Of course our mental health impacts physical recovery, right?
- For the twin making mistakes all the time, he’s being doing so with 3 professors so far. I feel he’s gonna get worse only till IkJun Or SongHwa or maybe even Gyeoul finally have an ice breaker talk with him and change his perspective. I don’t think He’s bad at his work he’s a bit naive and is seeking a mentor/role model subconsciously. SongHwa did say he reminded her of IkJun.- also they mentioned twice (Junwan and Jeongwon) that SongHwa listens to IkJun
- why does JeongWon mention almost in every episode that he’s the only paediatric surgeon? It’s really too often. Please no negative foreshadowing ShinLee.
I really don’t know writing styles or narration styles or techniques and haven’t studied story telling or anything. But I admire ShinLee for their very adaptive writing that is engrossing and almost interactive with the audience.Adaptive because the characters use recent updated terms and exact words in the episodes that the fandom uses for the characters (Cupid for IkJun, bear for Seok Hyeong, JeongWon calling GomGom as IkJuns next project). This makes you feel like a part of the series almost like a live wire theatre/play/live performance atmosphere. Engrossing due to the Easter eggs. And interactive because of the connection created to the characters built over scenes across the seasons that are relatable you can’t help yourself smile, laugh and be really expressive when you watch. The overall impact is almost like Min Ha’s tact and wittiness pulling Seok Hyung and Gyeoul out of their shells and making them react/respond/interact. It’s truly writing brilliance in tandem with perfectly in sync execution♥️-

cause earlier when the camping gear was ordered by Song Hwa it used to come in well packed parcels or cartons but this time the tray was in a bag? He possibly called the restaurant and asked them to send it to him. Also that’s why he did not want to discuss it with Jeong Won and JunWan and said it’s a secret. He possibly did not want to bring attention to it and the possibility he got it from the restaurant.

the step that Seok Hyeong did is actually from dynamite! And the recall value will be most with the new fans of BTS. Which reconfirms that Seok Hyeong only recently knows about BTS because of Min Ha. If he was an old fan he would have done a step from the song Idol itself. All the old fans would know !
Yes Idol song has Chu Chu in it quite prominently and out of all the BTS songs they chose Idol.
I don’t see a connection between BTS and Harry Potter it was more likely random jumping of topics between the crazy convo they were having. Having said that let’s see if they mention Min Ha as a potter head too later! That would be fun.

The attention to detail gets me every time!
Seok hyeong patting the pillow instead of Min Ha’s head cause that’s what an introvert who told you he will say no to your 5 confessions does
honestly he did not know how to react seeing her crying and that was his awkward reaction I guess.
Song Hwa trying not to cry and then the expression in her eyes brimming with tears when she tells IkJun to please take her home.
Ik Jun tapping the table instead of hugging or holding Song Hwas hand. He did not even put his hand on her shoulder that comes so naturally to him.
Jun Wan recognising IkSuns perfume.
The Harry Potter and BTS reference. Of course SeokHyung and IkJun had to be a Potter Heads. Totally goes with their personalities. I always wondered what’s common between them and it’s obvious movies/comics/books!
The ending still where they are all around Song Hwa.
this time they focused on a flying bird sketch in the basement where they practise next to a bear sketch. Possibly meaning how free Rosa felt after her talk with Jeong Won, no Alzheimer’s and playing the piano. Rosa had said that she had a marriage of convenience though she must be moderately happy atleast as she had kids who chat a lot and are happy kids. But then all her children became priests and JeongWon only changed his mind 1.5 years ago. Her life hasn’t been all comfy like a rich wife’s life is envisioned. And she looks for more meaning in life beyond materialistic things. The conversation Jeong Won had with her was something that she really really needed to hear. Though until that point I’m sure even she wasn’t aware how much she needed to hear those words. Any home maker who has selflessly worked for their family for so many years deserves to hear that.
the out of the box humour when IkJuns voice over says this is not a still for the Lee family breakfast scene.
IkJun called SeokHyung bear.
All moms asked their children not to worry that is such a universal mom thing, worrying about your kid more than you worry about yourself.
Also dry eyes that were mentioned for IkJun in the last episode is very common for contact lense wearers for many years and they have shown that IkJun wears contact lenses.

- in season 1 IkJun asked SongHwa not to buy frivolous camping stuff, this time to cheer her up he got something that she would like to use for camping.
- the friends visiting each other’s parents like their own. Seok Hyung mom last season and Rosa this season.
- ofcourse the stomach cramps parallel.- the bus station is where Jun Wan proposed to IkSun and they met again in the bus.
- the egg breaking by Jun wan last season and IkSun this season.

- Last season SeokHyung volunteered to pay for Jeong Wons treat this time he got parcels on his tab.

Gyeoul comes back to work one day early. Is work and seeing a glimpse of Jeong Won her escape from reality too? Just like Jeong Wons messages are?
Did IkJun see the bus ticket on IkSuns phone or was a photo or something related to the gosu dinner and plant gift with JunWan. This adds to the what happened in Hawaii, SongHwa coffee and MinHa cake questions.
Why wasn’t Seok Hyeongs mom around for Rosa whereas Rosa was there for her last season?
JeongWon doesn’t wonder how did his mom know in the initial episodes that he has a gf and now who his gf is?Seok Hyung cleaning the basement which has been referred to a capsule of the past before running to Min Ha. Has he finally almost cleared out the past for a new beginning?

thanks @__jesse missed most of the Easter eggs and was waiting for some discussion on the Easter eggs in this episode.
The round about walk scene also felt that SongHwa was comfortable with him as he is and for who he is. She did not grumble that she s hungry. She did not ask for his sole attention. She casually mentioned that he knows more people than her but there was no regret that she doesn’t or no competition/jealousy/insecurity. That’s a mature relationship and the audience asking for a rushed happy ending or whatever from them is honestly not in line with their characters or the nature of their mature relationship.
Theres no goal that they are particularly after at this point in time. They don’t have a deadline to get married or have children since they are already in their 40s. The only focus for them is managing their stressful work and living the best version of their life they can in the little time left from work. They both have their parents to worry about While for IkJun there is additionally the well being of Ujju and Iksun. They don’t need a faster speed and possibly they can’t manage a faster speed too with the many roles they juggle.

I think for Bidulgi it’s ‘can’t live with or without you’ quoting U2 situation. They aren’t together but at this point i don’t think they can be with someone else either. They both haven’t moved on.

I think the way Jeong Won took her hand in the car and in the recent episode at the table signifies vows made to me. They are already married in his head where commitment and caring for each other is concerned. Though Gyeoul has a blank expression in many scenes she is equally committed too and won’t waver, time and again she has been shown as someone who doesn’t give up easily. It’s just a phase of the relationship that they had to cross, it’s like one final break down of walls and show of vulnerability that ideally should happen before they get married. I really don’t think they will break up at all. If at all there is a minor conflict it will only bring them closer.
For IkSong it will happen either in the very last episode or in season 3 if there is one. Min Ha Seok Hyung I think is more likely this season and sooner than IkSong at least.
for the Bidulgi couple I wonder if the new doc in the cardio team will be coming for JunWan. Whether IkSun or someone else JunWan really needs to get out of the almost depressive state of mind.

Of journeys, detours and fate
IkJun and SongHwas walk around the hospital was almost highlighted in the show. The show description mentioned that the hospital is a microcosm of life and I wonder if the round about way they went instead of the elevator - the stairs and the escalators and IkJun going a bit back on the escalator to speak to the cleaning lady was similar to the interplay of our paths and plans In life and detours when fate intervenes.
JeongWon had a plan and a path and then he met Gyeoul and had a detour and then again now it’s a road block as she couldn’t meet him for the proposal.
Gyeoul had been staying on one road with blinkers on focusing only on JeongWon and her work but the sudden bent in the road (her mom getting hurt) brought her right back to the path she was avoiding.
MinHa and Seok Hyeongs moms paths accidentally intersected (and will likely continue intersecting in the future). MinHa and SeoukHyungs path crossed and he changes his plan and had lunch again. Is it symbolic of his changing his mind about his singledom path in life?
The child patient of JeongWon seemed like Seok Hyung as a kid honestly - someone else treading a path that Seok Hyung has.
IkJun and SongHwa have walked the same path infact she has been in the hospital longer but his experience and hers have been different stemming from their personalities . He even found another Chae Song Hwa (the beauty of the flower) on his way.
For SongHwa every present encounter with IkJun brings up some random memory from the past. I wonder her getting irritated easily is because too many things go on in her head when she’s with him really. Especially after his indirect confession. Is she in denial to herself or is the audience not yet privy to her thoughts is what I question constantly.
IkJun and the guard crossed paths have a rapport and the guard got some solace from IkJun in the most unexpected circumstances.
Rosa felt that she was satisfied with her life since her one last wish of seeing her son lead a normal life came true and now the road block with her health where she might have to start over in life by focusing on herself rather than her family.
The camping trip was a sudden plan due to a cancellation and Ujju though wished for this since long couldn’t enjoy like he wanted due to his fight with Mone.
JunWan was almost at a dead end with all the trouble he has been facing with accepting life without IkSun. Honestly that seemed to be his lowest point and forced 180 degree turn that should wake him up from his forced misery and jolt him back to normalcy. and then again the car incident happened and he seems to be stuck in a rut again. Almost lost on some lonely dusty road wit his tyre stuck in a mud and and not able to move (he doesn’t even seem to be driving often these days possibly meaning he isn’t really able to make decisions for his own life path).
the twin sister forgot the path she had treaded when her mom was sick and was taken back to that time by IkJun.
the liver transplant patient seemed like a case very similar to IkSun.
In some strange way there were some overlaps. Just like life where everything is sort of connected and everything has a purpose and is part of a bigger picture. And as much as we may plan and plan we realise fate was at play all along.
Another reason why I think the walk was important is that it reminded SongHwa that having a coffee or meal with her is IkJuns chosen gift for himself, he has many places to be many things he could do instead because he is mr popular as Swoon said. But although fate made their paths cross again two years ago, just like the day he chose to be with her over a coffee date with Go Ara, in the present IkJun chooses the path that leads to Song Hwa over and over again.
P.S: the silent ‘Let’s eat’ scene was screenplay brilliance really ♥️ A continuation of their habit and yet so beautifully fresh.

So the plant is another one of the instances where IkJun tells Chae Song Hwa to take care of Chae Song Hwa ♥️ The way he Keeps reminding her to slow down her work pace and slow down her food gobbling is his love language.

I think the expectations are also high from people watching, we expect movement and pace in every episode but I guess we all forget it’s a slice of life drama. The movement in story lines will vary some weeks will be fast paced and others slow.
but yeah hope ShinLee makes it less sad. It’s too sad now
even the always happy Ujju was sad today even the camping scene seemed incomplete with no real convo between Ujju and SongHwa. And IkJuns last expression transitioning in seconds from deep longing (if only I could be with her) to teary eyed sadness (why can’t I be with her) to resigned acceptance (going with SonghHwas decision to ‘not confess’ / not crossing the line). Uffff
the expression was the typical uncontrollable thousand hidden thoughts suddenly swarming your head and you feeling mixed emotions when the cold weather is hitting you and you’re drunk
and Junwan The stupid non sensical break up has gone on too long. *eye roll *

While watching the latest episode I felt that IkJun arguing with the GPS seemed to be purposely shown rather than just IkJun being IkJun. Especially as it was followed by his Insta buddy coffee shop girl telling him he’s late today.
I looked up if anyone has any theories but no one seemed to. So here’s my take. It depends on the assumption that IkJun and Song Hwa have a past history.
IkJun and SongHwa have a clear clash of personalities, highlighted again by the car plastic scene. opposites attract? Maybe! SongHwa wore the same shoes for ten years! I know of some rare people who make their shoes and bags last for years but I've never been that girl and can’t understand how! The fact that she wore the scrunchie from 20 years ago during band practise in season 1 is also theorised. Most women I know lose scrunchies/clips atleast once a month if not week especially if they step out for work or are out and about doing chores! She does hold on to things and that’s where I think that she holds on to the past as well in some corner of her heart. She was most likely hurt by IkJun refusing to meet her on her birthday that many years ago and most likely the pain and memories came back when he got married to someone else.
Where IkJun is concerned he does have a crazy sharp memory that was again mentioned in this episode where he remembered every small mistake done by everyone. So he would remember the past too. But I think he has the ability to ignore the past often times by being more absorbed by the present - he’s constantly looking to talk with younger people understanding what’s going on with them, the music they like, their relationships, he keeps up to date with social media happenings he’s the only one that knows today’s social media from the 5, he always wears contacts, he wears less formals compared to Jun Wan, I see that also as a way of him being more approachable to the younger generation but more importantly staying up with the times. His brain cells may not let him forget the past but he consciously makes an effort to stay in the present that lets him be less wounded by the past and be more hopeful about the future unlike SongHwa. I think he got over his wife’s affair also by being in the present and being the best parent to Ujju.
In the past I think that IkJun actually did what SongHwa suggested to her resident recently and waited for the timing to be right to be with SongHwa and stayed away from her till Seok Hyung accepts and moves on from her rejection. But he didn’t later consciously make an effort to approach her - possibly they were dating other people and that’s how he actually landed up getting married to his wife as he was sort of resigned to his fate. For Song Hwa her personality type that holds on to stuff wouldn’t even approach IkJun again as she feared getting her hands burned again. But I do feel the past memories have hurt her from time to time. She’s learnt the hard way to prioritise self love and I love her character for that.
In the present the timing is right they both are single at the same time, IkJun also learnt from his past mistakes of being passive and approached her but was turned down. But though he did back down I feel he did sense a change in her behaviour too when she came back from Sokcho. So my theory is that he became purposely late to see if SongHwa actually calls him for a coffee. Had he been on time he would be calling her for a coffee per usual. I guess it was also after this scene he was already inside her office before her. She has most likely had a change of heart cause she was okay with him being in her office.
I think in the present they are at a point in time with their relationship where the timing is right and destiny is supportive, IkJun wants to be with her, but if they will be a couple or not depends on SongHwas courage to let go of familiar shores, the safety of friendship, if she’s able to get over her past memories of seeing IkJun move on and take a leap of faith. So this comes back to IkJuns advice to JeongWon of following the heart. She has to choose IkJun back consciously make that decision rather than leaving to destiny deciding alone which may not turn out well like IkJuns marriage.
They aren’t the couple who will land up together just cause timing was right after 20 years, there’s too much between them. Her heart and his head have held on to too many memories. There are Too many emotions and a deep friendship and a bond that’s held on beyond time and distance.
I would love them to be together as I think that’s a natural progression of their bond. But if Song Hwa chooses status quo to protect herself I would accept that too though I would look at it as giving up on that chance to be happy for familiar safety. She’s been a trail blazer woman in her field and it must have been a long lonely journey in many ways - ask any women achiever whether working or a housewife who has kept it all together for many years and they will vouch for how lonely it gets sometimes - she doesn’t need to be alone she deserves a supporting IkJun by her side telling her what she’s done is enough, she’s enough, not to over work and it will all be fine ♥️

If the theory that Gyeouls dad is rich and domestic violence is also true. Gyeouls dad almost sounds like the Run On KDrama Dad. Even in that Im Siwan ans His sisters character turned out to be good despite their dad being a scum bag. Also their mom was an actress and a good person. In that series the father did not get along with his children’s gf or bf. If domestic violence is involved then Jeong Won is going to hate Gyeouls dad too. Yep then he’s finally gonna get angry, way more angry than he got over IkJuns prank.

Also the number of times Gyeoul is eating in twos the two coffees two rameons I’m also leaning toward the theory of twins for them. But aren’t kids in season 2 too soon? Or will we have a time skip again?
im going with the twins theory cause I think the three piglets X 2 dolls signify 3 sets of twins in Hosp Play. One being the interns and 2nd being Mone and Mane and third the Ahn babies. With so many twins around, what do twins signify?

I read this view point on Twitter that Jeong Won didn’t have the crab meal nor the chicken with the other four. I think it’s kind of natural right as someone else comes into your life your time being split between them and your existing friends. In this scene time was spent on the phone. However I think this is a temporary phase. The people eating together may reduce initially as they find their better halves but after the intial honeymoon/dating phases I think it will be the better halves joining them at the table! So the table will get bigger by the end of the series and I wouldn’t rule out the last scene of the series being all of them having a very chaotic meal together. Omg Gyeoul with Song Hwa and Jun Wan I wonder how many chickens will they order then?
Also I noticed that during the band practice Jeong Won is there. He has never skipped the entire meet all together. The place where they practise that is Goms basement is like a basement come storage as people have rightly pointed out that it’s a time capsule. A part of their past will always remain alive here and the band practices they have will be like an only 5 of them activity.
Also I noticed that the set designer is as detail oriented as Shin Lee. when they were talking about their past as interns in the basement while Seok Hyung was talking there was a camera in the back ground on the shelf symbolising memories. Also in the next band practice scene on the left there was a bear drawing in the background. in the children’s ward there was a train and bunny drawing in the back ground. Train is Chu Chu and I think in the past Ujju has dressed up as a bunny. Also when Jeong Won was talking to Gyeoul on the phone on the right there is a home kind of souvenir on the wall.

I hope after the mid season break we get a bidulgi patch up ♥️. Sad jun wan has gone on for too long now. I also have a feeling after the smoke break run away that IkJun did in Ep6 he will finally do something now seeing Jun Wan’s plight.
Gyeoul will have to meet mama Rosa before the proposal as a matter of protocol especially since Jeong Won doesn’t know about their secret meet up. Will they ever come clean about it? My guess is it be one of the many secrets women have that keeps the world ticking and sets it right, hahaha. Moms know best, I guess?
I think between all this IkSong and Ujju camping will be after sometime. Unless the camping is where Bidulgi meet.

One thing that will always stand out for me for Hospital Playlist is that it’s so so personal and yet so so generic for the audience. In the sense that you will always find some part of the episode that you will relate to the on a personal level. And yet some parts like today’s sound track is so applicable to everyone. It talks about hope and holding out and believing in yourself and that everything will be eventually okay. Irrespective of what everyone’s struggles are it’s pacifying to all. It’s like being an audience and yet a part of the story.
I especially felt today’s soundtrack was a comforting hug to everyone impacted by the pandemic, it’s been a long drawn out struggle for many in varying degrees and it was the writers way of addressing these trying times without actually featuring it.

it’s a non rude/offensive way of calling her out (knowing very well that she’s not the mother) and making her realise that she’s being prejudiced as she’s her daughter in law and not her daughter. Had the situation been reversed she wouldn’t blame her daughter.
Also he reminded her that her daughter in law tried holding it out and she’s not to blame and as a mother she is as much pained with her child’s suffering.
I don’t know why mother in laws are the focus suddenly lol. first the mother in law that Min Ha and Seok Hyung encountered, then Seok Hyung’s mother and now this lady. And each time the husbands unsupportive/avoiding/supportive role has also been highlighted.
On other topics:
I hope IkSun and Jun Wan atleast patch up by the time Winter Garden move in together so Jun Wan doesn’t have to stay alone! Season 1 was a traumatic year for JeongWon as he had to make a decision and now this has been a traumatic year for Junwan. Hope they both find their respective happiness now and can stop being room mates on a happy note for both. I wonder if the camping by any chance will bring IkSun and JunWan together. Their suffering has been too long now. A year or more is literally too much for two people who actually do like each other.
there are still so many unanswered questions!
Min Has cake, Song Hwas coffee, If Song Hwa’s answer to Looney, status of Min Has remaining four questions, Gyeouls past! Today’s episode almost said pause to a lot of things befitting and in line with a telecast break next week.

also I don’t think it’s IkJun either. It’s possibly one of the GS dads or the other cardio doctor who deletes negative comments about himself. Considering how misleading the previews always are!
