    Long time LDW fans, this article was in 2014 - so apparently, LDW had an ex-GF who was NOT a celebrity when LDW was dating her - according to LDW’s SISTER!! She said she even had dinner with this ex-GF of his!! Anybody has ANY IDEA who she’s talking about??     @pichicouple - Ah!! Thank you very KHAMSAHAMNIDA for posting from your AMAZING IG, my Dear!! I was searching and searching for this!! 

    GOSH!! And the way Wookie looks at her when he was praising her during the Press Con for Goblin!! She’s SOOOOOO ADORABLE and CUTE when she’s so shy! She’s so lovable cos she’s such a nice person with a big heart!! And yes, her voice and her LAUGHTER!! Shucks!! I wish they could star in a saguek movie - Wookie as an Evil Emperor but he reforms and turns into a good and loving person because he meets a FAIRY - YIN who became his Empress and they LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER! :wub: 

    WAIT!! No, NO MORE DRAMA together if they can BE REAL in real life - GET MARRIED SECRETLY and she gets pregnant quickly!! Eeeeeeeekkksss! I am SCREAMING SILENTLY in my DELULU ... sigh ... :lol::P

Okay, okay, I’m probably not making any sense now!! :lol:

    @lhynne - YESSSSHHH! We NEED to see that BTS!! Wonder why he’s always kissing her like that - in that SPECIAL POSITION!! Since Goblin days!! I’ve got a feeling he REQUESTED it to be in that position!! So that their kiss from Goblin can be re-lived!! And PROLONGED! :kiss_wink:

    Eeeekkkk!! I’m screaming in glee and I am dying when I watch the video on repeat!! Thanks for sharing - @Yeojachingudeul! :wub: And, great observation about the Vlive selca @aveerie!! And @mimima - sigh ... IKR - as shippers, we’re always getting caught between delulu & reality!

    BUT my policy has always been - UNLESS one of them gets MARRIED (yes, married, not even just attached - cos they can break up!! :P) - I will continue shipping!

    Unless, they happen to be in a very stable relationship... 

    Whatever! I’m getting ahead of myself!!

    Let’s just continue to SPAZZZZ TOGETHER in Lala Land for a little while longer!!

    OMG!! OMGGGGG!! LDW is RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM YIN on HOW KJR should be kissing JS!!!! And he’s OBEDIENTLY FOLLOWING the INSTRUCTIONS!! :wub:PD-Nim just OBSERVED WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!! 

    And LDW has the CHEEK to say he DOES NOT HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE with kissing!! :lol::sweat_smile: Uh huh! Like we so BELIEVE YOU, Dong Wook-ssi! You HANDSOME DORK!! And all HIS ANTICS to make YIN laugh!! @Cherrine Kim - See, he’s doing a SILLY ACTION to make YIN laugh again!! I think he wanted to make sure that she’s not nervous for the kissing scene!! But she doesn’t seem nervous here!! 

    And LISTEN PROPERLY - you can hear the SMACKING LIPS sound!! :kiss_wink: 

     

    Maybe he meant he hasn’t done MUCH REAL KISSING WITH REAL FEELINGS!! :P

     But then again ... Yeah, even though we enjoy watching the BTS and we hope we can pick out the ‘hints’, I agree with @LurkerNoMore we cannot based everything on BTS!! Sigh ... the life of a shipper ... we have to find a balance between being delusional and facing reality!! :crazy::sweatingbullets:

    This one directly below here shows LDW trying to secretly take a selca together with YIN!! 

    This one below - just read my caption! By if you can’t read the caption - the MC offered to take a picture of them, but LDW REFUSED!!! He said his ARMS ARE LONG ENOUGH TO TAKE THE SELCA!! And the way he got SO CLOSE to YIN!! Plus he knew that YIN was feeling very cold! That’s why they sat SO CLOSE to each other!! 

     

    This one below - I don’t know Korean unfortunately, but I think @pichicouple provided a translation- if so understand correctly. LDW I was telling her - Hey, why are YOU SHARING SO MUCH (of our ‘private stuff’???!!) in public??

    @Cherrine Kim - but there are still so MANY DELUSIONAL shippers of LDW & Lee Dong Hae! The reason why she wasn’t shy is, she was not attracted to LDW! She has a BF now, (he’s a singer - named Se7en but his real name is Choi DONG WOOK!!) 

    When Lee Da Hae and Se7en announced their relationship, all the LDW & LDH (they named their ship - Lee Dong Hae) - were very upset and started criticising LDH & her BF - till now they’re still being criticised, partly because her BF had some scandal - something about him visiting some ‘massage parlours’ when he was serving his MS!! So of course the Lee Dong Hae shippers were so very upset that Lee Da Hae did not end up with such a handsome and good guy like LDW, whom she had so much chemistry with in both their dramas! Also, in that Hotel drama, there were many bed scenes and the kisses were extremely torrid and sexy!!

    But, in my opinion, (just my opinion, I may be wrong!) if the kisses are too torrid, the couple could just be acting. If they are very sweet and SHY even, it could mean their REAL feelings are INTERFERING!! :wub::P 

    Okay, maybe my opinion is just based on my DELUSIONAL STATE AS A SHIPPER!! :sweatingbullets: 

    And LDW seemed more serious in that Hotel drama cos it’s a melodrama, not a romantic comedy. But the romance was sizzling HOT and they had a beautiful wedding ... 

    BUT, like I said earlier, I’m WILLING TO SACRIFICE ANYTHING with regards to the drama, if these 2 can be real!!

    Their second kiss was VERY VERY SWEET but still NOT quite sexy yet!! I think it’s because, now OJS is holding back a bit as she has yet to tell him the REAL situation- that she was at the law firm to prepare for her role in a drama and not because she was going to give up acting to be a lawyer’s secretary or to go back to law!! 

    So, I am wondering how or WHAT PD Nim is going to present - to turn the relationship from sweet to sexy! Or maybe it won’t be too sexy cos these 2 are novices at dating and relationships- they are each other’s FIRST LOVES - so, they still have a teenager mentality when it comes to dating, etc. However, they have to grapple with REAL & UNPLEASANT events, so, maybe that’s how they will grow up together and their love will be strengthened.

    @lynnys13 - well, even if his hand is not on her shoulder, like what @mimima observed, their bodies are turned towards each other!! :wub:

    @Cherrine Kim - I haven’t really seen any of his other BTS but I think LDW has always been friendly and kind towards his other female leading ladies, plus he’s kinda dorky and likes to joke around a lot! 

    To be honest, it can be quite difficult to judge from BTS alone!! Many a time, as shippers, there’s actually nothing concrete we can hold on to, sigh ... BUT we can still HOPE, DREAM, WISH, PRAY/CHANT together for these 2!! 

    Just in case you haven’t read @USAFarmgirl‘s comment on the main drama thread, she describes them aptly as a ‘HIDDEN HEATWAVE’!! 

    For me, if I have to ‘sacrifice’ watching TORRID KISSES between them in the drama, in order for them to be REAL, COUNT ME IN! :wub:

    I think there was one From-Reel-To-Real couple who had very sweet and almost shy kisses in their drama - Ahn Jae Hyun & Goo Hye Sun!

    Their first kiss (as shown in the clip) was more ‘passionate’ than JR & JS’ - simply because JR & JS first kiss can’t be too ‘hot’ yet, cos they’re both  ‘MotteoSolo’!! 

    Also, if you look closely at the BTS of the kissing scene - please go to @pichicouple‘s IG account - amazingyooinna - you can see that Wookie was LEANING FORWARD AND PUCKERING UP HIS LIPS when YIN was practising her Ppo Ppo on JR!! :lol::kiss_wink:

    @mimima - that, I’m not sure cos I am actually quite a new fan!! I think we’ll have to ask the older fans!!

    The only one whom she was quite close with would have been her ex-BF but he is younger than her, so she definitely wouldn’t have called him Oppa!

    I think in the KDrama industry though, if a female star is working closely with someone (a male star who’s older than you) - you could address him as ‘Oppa’ - but the 2 of them have to be close and COMFORTABLE enough!!

    Ok, according to this article, you have to be CLOSE to the person to call him Oppa!! https://www.google.com.sg/amp/s/lovingkorean.com/2012/10/22/what-does-oppa-mean/amp/ 

    You do not use it in a professional setting or if you’re not close!! Of course if he’s related (as in your actual older brother or cousin) you can also use ‘Oppa’! And it’s kinda flirty, cos many Korean women also address their BFs / husbands as ‘Oppa’!! 

    There’s one BTS of them back in Goblin days - I think when they were doing the promotional poster shots - YIN was wearing a brownish mustard sweater top with a black skirts that has high sexy slits and LDW was attempting to cover up her thighs with his coat - remember that BTS??

    Towards the end, she addressed him in SUCH A SWEET MELTING WAY - ‘Oppa, I’ll be over” there (or “I’m going over there”) - my Korean is almost non-existent but I could sort of guess what she was saying. The way she said OPPA - and the way LDW looked at her ... CAN DIE!! (Like how we say in Singlish - Singapore English!!) - or DIED OF SWEETNESS!! :heart:

    BUT, like I said before, if it means giving up drama shenanigans so that LeeYoo can be real, I would want them to be real!!!! 

    About your question regarding the term ‘Oppa’ - I am not an expert on Korean culture, but I think a girl / woman has to be on close enough terms to address an older male Friend as ‘Oppa’ - let me check more!!
