on my sis's toshiba laptop
My sister's laptop turned dysfunctional on her.. and this error keeps coming up whenever she exits programs/folders off or whatever. It's weird and we were going to reboot but it's not even going through as if the CD didn't do anything...

Anybody know what's up?
It's hard to even do anything on her laptop atm.
