Guest a-o
I'd definitely say so! Last time they met, Lakers almost doubled them in points. Just skimming over Cleveland's schedule, of their 10 wins, 2 of them have been against the Lakers and Celtics. There's always something fluky and improbable like this, but that's the beauty of sports!
MiDnite89
Michael Jordan - 23 years Sportscenter Best MJ video I've seen on YouTube. He looks like Fresh Prince at one point with his big sunglasses and funky clothes haha Interviewer: Are you as good now as when you left? MJ: I'm better. Guest something-like
the knicks are going to win the championship this year of course, they have the biggest chance ... who are the celtics, heat, spurs, lakers (this ones debatable now) anyway? NaughtyDog
Ibaka was completely robbed of his free throw dunk. 45 points? No one has done it that clean from the line in the dunk competition ever. Blake Griffin's car dunk was awful. He didn't even jump high. Not even close to as high as Nate Robinson jumped for his dunk a few years back.
Guest aRr
Yea Ibaka was robbed for that free throw dunk. The build up to Griffin's car dunk was entertaining IMO lol. But the dunk itself wasn't that impressive, he could have done so much more with it.
Guest showgunz
ibaka's height is what got him lower points if he was 6'6 or so, he woulda got a 50 demar shoulda gotten 50 for both his dunks deflect off backboard, into between the legs from under the rim, only got 44? sure he missed a few, but so did the other guys who got high scoring dunks respects to javale for bringing the creativity was expecting a lot more from blake, though he was better than javale in the final round but it shoulda been demar and javale
Guest res0nate
Joke league; best thing about the NBA are the TNT commentating crew. The NBA couldn't help themselves, KIA was the major sponsor so there's no way they'd not let Blake do his gimmick dunk. The Javale stuff was in poor taste as well with the triple ball nonsene. Guest a-o
Dunk contest was better than expected, saw some dunks that have never been done before. It's really tough though for 7-foot centers. The Ibaka FT line dunk was crazy, but like the hangtime, grace, finish, etc. just wasn't there, kind of out of his control and not much more he can really do. That last Griffin dunk, too much build-up and hype around it, and he had the hometown crowd from the beginning. I'm guessing it was a Kenny Smith idea, but it paid off. McGee would have had to respond with something that just took the crowd's breath away. Kind of like everyone above said, it got worse as the contest progressed for the most part. The first round was better.

Ibaka's height is actually a disadvantage, and the fact that he did it on a twisted ankle is just amazing. He also held the ball vertically rather than reaching for the net. Best dunk, but I do agree he didn't have as much flair as MJ.
Ayame
This is kinda funny if you haven't seen it yet, TBJ asked the players what they would call their scent if they had one [since Odom has his with Khloe, 'Unbreakable']: http://bit.ly/gC2pY4
Guest showgunz
rumor that the nets are only talking to nuggets about melo now to force knicks to give up more hahaha...thats awesome
Guest a-o
Carmelo is officially a Knick now. Not a bad haul for the Nuggets who could have came away with nothing like Cleveland did with LeBron, but there was some pressure on Anthony to get a deal done with the uncertainty of the new CBA. Guest lifesaver
Steve Kerr's team won the Ultimate All-star Fantasy Draft. PG - Nash SG - Kobe / Dennis Johnson SF - Pippen / LeBron / Hill PF - Malone / Dirk C - Russell / Howard I liked Reggie Miller's team the best but Kerr's team was a very close second. PG - Stockton / Kidd / Kerr SG - Allen / Wade SF - Jordan PF - Hakeem / Barkley / Mourning C - David Robinson Did any of you guys vote?
Guest a-o
I watched the show, but I forgot to vote. I liked Reggie Miller's team the best but Kerr's team was a very close second. That's exactly how I felt too. With Kerr's team, I kind of felt like some of his players were more specialists, while Reggie's had more well-rounded players who could play without the ball. The chemistry and cohesion on Reggie's team looked like it would be better too. That was my take.
Guest lifesaver
Yes. I thought Reggie's team had the better big guys (well, slightly better). They can perform a serious shot-blocking bonanza. Would be interesting to see a Jordan-Pippen matchup and Malone and Stockton on opposite ends.
zantac_2
he could have done so much more with it. like drive it off a ramp, jump out of it in mid air, finished with a 360 and a huge car explosion. off the free throw line of course. someone needs to attempt a reverse free throw dunk. even better if they did the run up backwards!
