The NBA Finals' fifth game was the most-watched and best-rated broadcast in primetime last night (Thursday).

Miami v Oklahoma scored a strong 15.5m (6.4) for ABC between 9pm and 11pm, shrugging off all competition.

Jimmy Kimmel Live, airing in preview of the basketball, entertained 6.7m (2.4) at 8pm.

The NBA Countdown had 8.7m (3.5) at 8.30pm, meaning the Alphabet Network reigned victorious in every peak time slot.

Saw the Lakers vs Nets yesterday at the Staples Center and was expecting Brooklyn to get owned.  They did lose in the end but damn, they really made the Lakers work for the win (wtf Brook Lopez)
