I can PM when i go to that member's profile and click on the 'mail'.

It doesnt work when i use PM at my profile page.

 not sure if this is normal though coz i don really use PM often.

There is no envelope icon at my profile, but i can sent pm when i visit that person profile and click the envelope icon.

@dotonly yeah, it's a known problem. Not everyone is experiencing this, but we're still investigating.

However, if you know of other peeps who are experiencing this, please let them comment here too! The more examples we've got, the easier it is to track down
