SEJ n KH wave each other bye.. SEJ cries through her journey.. SEJ is receiving treatment alone n cried alone in her room.. 

KH n JG have talks abt SEJ being scouted n KH has to wait for her.. JG is frustrated.. KH gets a call abt X-ray.. Then he goes to X-ray room.. There no-one is there.. He finds SEJ xrays

KH arrives at the dorm and receives a call from Woo Jae, and asks if his sister is doing well. Oh, seems like her family didn't know about it either... KH is outside, sitting by himself, and makes a call. (We only have 15 minutes left!!!) He says that he knows everything about SEJ and to tell him about it. Oh, turns out she's at the Seoul Daehan Hospital... 

 

KH drives to the hospital and finally arrives outside of SEJ's hospital doors... The doctor who was with SEJ at Seoul Hospital tells KH not to say too much to her and her family doesn't know.

EJ finally opens the door.

KH is not sure whether to hold her or not but then she feels weak and put her back on the bed.

He communicates to her with his usual calm voice.

 

He put a laptop for her to see.  I'm going to laugh now (to see the face of our fortune teller)  All her precious patients are on the video.

 

 

She only react with she heard the voice of the deaf mother.

KH enters SEJ's room and sees SEJ lying there. Aigoo, looks like KH about to burst into tears right there.. KH walks and sits next to SEJ. KH touches the side of her head and she wakes up of course... She's shocked to see him there and asks why he came here. How did you find out and who told him. KH asks if that's important to her. SEJ tells him to pretend that he didn't see anything. KH asks how she can do this to him..

 

But SEJ is about to throw up so she rushes to the bathroom and locks the door. KH says to open the door and he'll do what she wants so to get out of the bathroom. She opens the bathroom door and KH says thank you and to be well.

SEJ Wales up n tells him to go away.. He asks y she is do in NH like this to him.. Did he do something to her.. She shouts to go.. She feels like puking.. So she rushes to restroom n KH asks her if she is okay.. N agrees to do as she says.. She opens the door n comes out.. She is unable to go to bed properly.. KH settles her properly to bed n sits by her

KH puts her onto the hospital bed and says to look this way, but she doesn't move.  KH says fine, he'll leave, but he has something to show her... He takes out his laptop and plays a video and, oh, it's the fortune teller grandma!! She says to come back. And then each grandma and grandpa from the islands all say they miss her and they want her to come back. Awww, even the deaf mom with her son is in the video. The fisherman grandpa too. and Hansol's mother and baby... The mom says thank you and Hansol's mother says just how SEJ took care of them, it's their turn, and they're waiting for her. The video ends...

 

KH says to come back and to fight along with her. KH says that if she's not there then he can't survive (?). KH says to come back and to not push him away...

This brought tears to my eyes...I am going to need boxes of tissues when I watch the episodes later. :bawling:

SEJ starts crying in KH's arms... Ahhhh... Back at Geoje Hospital, SEJ is about to go into surgery and KH is by her side... SEJ says she'll be back and KH says that's what she should said..

 

KJG's father comes in the surgery room and he's doing it himself. SEJ falls unconscious and WOW, ONE YEAR LATER.. There's an emergency patient on the hospital ship, and everyone is like they can't perform the surgery because: names their job. Haha!! And awwww... SEJ comes in and says that she's back at the hospital ship, Song Eun Jae, surgeon. It's just like the beginning of the drama when SEJ first came on the hospital ship!!

 

There's a voiceover of SEJ talking, but I kinda missed it all because I was typing the recap... Last scene we see is SEJ and KH on the hospital ship and SEJ leans her head on KH. And the drama ends..

SEJ gets operated.. Time leap I guess.. New patient comes.. KH sees the condition n the patient needs operation.. Then SEJ comes n tells she returns.. KH asks if she can do operation.. She says yes.. Then SEJ goes to the upper ship area.. KH too arrives.. She leans on KH n he drops a kiss on her forehead n the ship sails.. A monologue of love by SEJ is given
