Let say it was orchestrated, wouldn't it be easier to deny the rumor saying they were close before but now there are no longer an item and just break off, instead of admitting to the dating rumors and later break up again and got hitch to someone else - let say IU ...It will give him 'double trouble' - He's almost 'damaged' now (with the dating rumor) and later on if he decided to reveal the 'truth' or breakup with JHB - and it will further tarnish his reputation (except of course to the JoonU shipper).

So my theory is - 

He fall in love with IU... but he already in a relationship with JHB. He has been with her too long and he can't break off (may be like some said - there a video of him kicking a dog before? *pun intended* - puhlesss don't take this seriously) ...

May be his feeling toward JHB not as strong as before .. may be during filming of MLSHR he was so into character that reel became real ... (It's not impossible to fall in love for real during filming - happen to a lot of actors/actress some got divorced because of fall in love during filming (I can name tonssssssssssss hollywood actor/actress).

Speculation - I believe JG spent more time with IU (during shooting of MLSHR) compare he spending time with anyone else. I believe they must have been together 24/7 for the past 6 months (filming duration)... Just imagine yourself in such situation ... away from everyone and constantly with your attractive co-star (she's adorable) ... and together you enact the most romantic ever scene ... - sleeping together .. sleeping on her lap .. cuddling her over and over again .. Kissing her again and again .... the atmosphere was so right ... beautiful lake... trees ... beautiful dress (hanbok) ... You see her everyday ... touch her every day do stuff may be you don't  ever do to you real GF .. 

JG fall in love and he was being very comfortable with it since he thought IU was off limit .... I don't think he did it on purpose (a playboy) .. I don't think he is such a person (anyway about him - being single - it's for his marketing purposes which I am sure every actor does it only he was overdoing it. Other actors are lucky and he is unlucky that dispatch chose him - wakakaka may be dispatch want to teach those actors a lesson .. who know .. and JG was the unlucky ones).

So - I don't think he did it on purpose (flushing, blushing, getting all giddy during SAF and behind the scene) ...  It was uncontrolled ... he can't, no one can hide it .. especially when the fans kinda approve it.... and I believe all this while IU was clear of his real status - that the reason she was always in control but sometime she also let it slip .. the way she gazed at him ... *swoonnnnn* ... 

Don't be too hard on JG ....  I am sure he never intended to fall in love with IU in the first place. We don't know how his relationship like with JHB ... whether they are realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly close .. whether its rocky way before he met IU. 

 

We too are not sure if the feeling he has for IU still there .... (of course for those hardcore shipper the believe so - as for me - I am not sure what to think - not sure - we need time .. I need time) 

Sometime after filming is over - reality kicks in ... and he has been with JHB for sometime... 

I am sure JG is such a gentleman that the reason he admitted in a relationship with JHB despite the consequences...  

How long they gonna be together or whether it gonna end in marriage - let wait and see ...

 

If JoonU are meant to be together .. they will be together

 

I have come to term with JG - I believe he was being sincere ... it was all real at that time .. both of them were lost in goryoe world ... it was a dream to them too .. and now he wakes up from the dream - and face the reality ...

It's not the end of the story yet ... not until the wedding bell rang ... 

So for those that are brave  - keep paddling ... it ain't over till it's over ...

As for me - I shall drop by from time to time .... (I don't like JHB - kekekkekekekekeke) ... let see .. let just see how this will turn out ...

if he happens to announce his impending marriage in his encore FM, there are only 2 plausible reasons that I could think of. one, a shotgun marriage. two, a full blown blackmail. it just doesnt make any sense for him to suddenly decide on getting married. for all can see, he's been all out emphasizing that he's single and lonely (that even i am a non fan of his and a non shipper see him overdoing it). even if he plans to let his fans think that he's so pitiful and finally grant him their blessings to be in a relationship, it will take times. how long? i dont know... a year? 2 years? so, to jump into marriage this fast just doesnt connect any rationals.

anyhow, as a non fan of LJG, i can only say, throughout this whole debacle, the one who becomes the biggest victim is LJG. compared to his just recently exposed gf, he has so much more at stake. so, if there are any rabid fans of his in this thread, this would be the best time to show him your loyalties.

Well I have been silent again due to upcoming exams on my part but the news about LJG was to serious to be ignored.I actually saw the news on IG and stay stunned for quite a few minutes.Then I opened this thread and was almost overwhelmed with the responses.Anyway I spent the last few days thinking about it (along with my humongous syllabus) and finally decided to stay in this ship though a bit more cautiously than before.

To be very honest, when I first read the news I was quite angry at LJG.Not because of him dating another woman (that's a possibility every shipper has to accept), not because of even MEC or the MLSHR bts.Those can be explained away,however flimsy those reasons would be.I was angry because of the image he has been projecting for quite some time and his behaviour at SAF.Because those acts kind of sealed the deal for practical and cautious shippers like me.No offence to any of the Hajunses present because I do believe he is a great and talented actor and a kind person.And that's exactly why it made me so angry because he didn't need anymore image to make himself more popular.I thought of leaving the ship.

Then I read all the comments that had written here and came to the following point:

1. LJG did say in an interview during the shooting of MLSHR that he was dating.
2. The report of Dispatch and the confirmation of Namoo didn't match, as far as I know.One said there are in a relationship for last 2 years while another said they started dating since the first half of 2016.
3. It's possible to feel lonely even when one is in a relationship.(Somewhat experienced it myself).
4. The original BBJX couple took 2 years to act on their feelings.
5. During these 2 years,Cecilia Liu had a relation with another Chinese actor-singer.Nicky Wu was also said to be attracted to some one else.(Not very sure about the last one though.)
6. My belief that a sensible and honest person like IU wouldn't become such good friends with a person who seems to be so callous at first glance right now.
7. LJG has suffered betrayal in his life himself which makes it hard to belief that he will play his fans in this way.

All these reasons made me keep my faith and support JoonJi.Even if LJG is to announce his wedding at his FM, I will accept it as his fan ans support our OTP in their individual projects and life.

P.S.:Thank you Captain @akinahana89 for your calming words.Thank you Stargazers family for helping not to lose faith on the artist I adore and respect.Also I have already PMed @postnihilism for my inclusion in the private chat I am not too late.

It's Nam Jo Hyuk, chingu who asked JG. Kekeke~ It was ML's BTS from Namoo. When they shot WS's ceremony to became a King. He said "Yes" while hold one of his ear (one of a body language that show someone is lying). But dunno, where's the part of his word that was a lie? The answer "yes (he's dating)" or his answer "my fans"? Maybe the later one? Knowing this dating rumors have been revealed now.
