“W” Lee Jong-suk-Han Hyo-joo, the connecting link of the space-time-cross travel. Tips: Characters' chart. The connecting link of the leading roles, Lee Jong-suk and Han Hyo-joo in drama “W” has been released.

 

On July 11, Monday, MBC’s new Wednesday ＆ Thursday mini series “W” released the characters’ relation among Lee Jong-suk, Han Hyo-joo, Kim Yi-seong, Lee Si-un, Lee Tae-hwan, Jung Yoo-jin and other major roles. The distinct photos and relationship chart are garnering attention. “W” is a suspense romantic story in which a female doctor Oh Yean-joo, who lived in the real world, accidentally entered the world of the webtoon “W”and met the leading actor Kang Cheol (acted by Lee Jong-suk). They developed their romantic relationship and at the same time solved many incidents that happened along the way. 

In the stills released, the interesting connection of reality and the webtoon world between Oh Yean-joo and Kang Cheol attracted our attention.

In the work studio of Oh Sung-moo (acted by Kim Yi-seong), the most popular cartoonist in Korea, whose status was almost equal to a super star, Oh Yean-joo stared at the monitor carefully. She saw Oh Sung-moo’s thick-skinned pupil, Park Suk-bum (acted by Kang Ki-young ). A sketch of Kang Cheol, the leading role of the webtoon “W” hangs on the wall as well as the pictures of Seo Do-yoon (acted by Lee Tae-hwan) and Yoon So-hee (acted by Jeong Eu-gene) in order.

Kang Cheol is not only an Olympic Game shooting gold medalist, but also a super chaebol with many TV stations. He has many fans both in the webtoon world and in reality. 

 

Oh Sung-moo, who is the key of connection between Kang Cheol and his big fan, Oh Yean-joo, has been the focus of audience’s attention.

The production side said, Kang Cheol was created by the most popular cartoonist in Korea, Oh Yean-joo’s father, a person with a weird character. We will see the core of this mysterious travel between reality and webtoon in the drama.

According to the writer, the roles in “W” have their distinct characters and all these are related to one another closely. In the drama, they will portray the relationships in harmony with the most accurate images. They hope that the audience will look forward to “W”. Meanwhile, the much anticipated MBC’s new Wednesday ＆ Thursday series “W” will premiere on July20.

Me!!  I rewached LCHYV and planing in rewatching Pinocchio and Always!! it's funny how I thought that I didn't knew Han Hyo Joo other than in an MV of a song I loved only to realise that I knew her from Iljime and Always!! How did I forgot her I don't know!!

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I think that can work!! I can see Kang Cheol carrying a gun with him for protection!! (he's the person who needs a protection the most and can have all kind of protection that a person can get!!) and if he kidnaped her sa I read than it can be reaonable for her to feel threatened and him standing infront of her wearing a bathrobe can be a threat too so she needs the gun to have a controle on the situation, though she faled as we saw!!
