I read that, and it was kind of rude. Even if it wasnt directed to me, I dont know why I felt as if I was in a classroom in-front of a stern teacher.

Guys,

There's so many more of us look at our thread and how fast it progresses even I can't catch up lol. If we wanted to start a war in the mt with what's going on in there now we can totally take them on but WHY waste the time/ energy right?Let's JUST STAY in OUR THREAD. The shipper threads are here for a reason but some ppl purposely post things that can start drama in the MT so let's not fall for it! 

It's too early to start celebrating. 18, was a blow to us but how many episodes were focused on JH its always been about his story. Plus I want to believe the actor listing credits and relationship/family picture connections that were posted a while back.

When the gang is at Taek's house, SW asks JH to put some music on. JH goes through the tapes and strikes down the tape of The Classic OST. Yes, he pushes it to the side while choosing the tape next to it!!

Because that is what she wants. She wants to be seen as a I-know-it-all and people responds to her like that. She also only answers people she can overpower totally or the people that asks for her opinion since she is so excellent. I am not scared of saying that she is killing the main thread right now because she is imposing one view only...

I still find her rude and patronizing.

i dont have any attention on MT posts except for the live recap. last time i visited MT to read live recap of ep 17. and i was surprised a lot of very very long posts there. i tried to read one of them but failed (mwoya ige). it made me dizzy haha esp from TK's fans *sawry* (because some of their explanation really didnt get me. that's my fault. *sawry again*)

There are so many unresolved problem in Reply 1988 up until now. Ciggy thingy, pink shirt, choco accident, and the new one is why DS keep looking at the door and her pager. I guess they will focus to resolve these problem in eps 19.

As for why DS keep looking at the door is pretty big mystery for me. If indeed she waits anxiuosly for TK why would she do that when she never done that before. I remember she waited for TK when 

1. She want to talk about manito gift.                                  

 2. She outside her house on the bench probably for confirming what happened in soccer field.                                  

3. When they both in china.

And for reason 1 and 3 I guess it is save that there is no romantic purpose. Only reason 2 is. called me bias but she really want to confirm tk feeling for her coz her realization face tell me that ds has this hunch that tk love her. sometimes I am still not sure if the kiss is real or not. If it true that means that ds already confirm tk feeling. how she maintains the poker next day is prob because she simply doesnt feel the same. she couldnt sleep because she think if jh know tk feeling and guess the probability of this matter as the sole reason of jh cold behavior to her after the hajima thing. I know the other shipper is having a blast. cant help tho this eps fly them to cloud seven since they interpret jh confession as closure. The should prob remember we still have freaking 3 hours and to assume that as a closure is rather quick judgement. And I dont buy that sw and dr were such a dense friends who didnt realize jh feeling to ds. I somehow believe that sunwoo will notice and play bigger role in jh and ds relationship seeing his face expression when jh confess. sw quickly brush it off as a joke not because he see it as one but he realized jh confession is so sincere that he really taken aback. now this is probably a time to play that whole eyes cant lie card. 

 

 

This video is my fav not only because it perfectly relays the dynamic between them but it could serve as a clue. So far we get our speculation right until TK run at the front with DS but towards the end before DS and JH run together full of bliss at the front, we could see SW run slightly near DS (well only 1 sec but I could see it tho). I hope there is something behind this.

Anyway, why would JH at the same location as in Bora gosiwon? Is he accompany DS to her sister gosiwon?

I noticed this too...Reply 88 has turned me into a detective. Is it another clue or is it that this scene made people bring up the classic theory? 

Regarding MT, am really so done with it. Reading comments there is like banging head on a wall. Analysis of how TK and future husband both grab their arms in same way when hit...really?. Epic LOL.

LOL I forgot that we even have a MT for this drama. Honestly, they're raiding the MT because they can't do it here although I see you. I don't go to MT because I simply don't need that negativity and plus, I want to ENJOY the drama for myself and not have other people bring down the characters and what not. It's obviously not fair that they're using the "central" thread to give all their opinions but whatever, I'm just gonna shake shake shake. 

The finale is in a couple days guys, hang in there! Live life and have fun!

This is what I mean about the distance thing. Reply is unique blah blah blah (sorry but ya'll already know what separates Reply from most other dramas and why it is so popular) but it is still very much a korean drama (like some here have already mentioned). I have never seen a kdrama not take and beat into viewers heads that some people are just fated and destined to be together. Even if they keep missing opportunities, even if they only met for like 5 seconds when they 4 years old, when that person comes back into the others life, THEY WILL BE TOGETHER.

It can be 6000 years, 8000 marriages, dating, 15000 close encounters, 100000 perfect male leads, 8000 disapproving parents...I mean one of them can get lost in the Bermuda Triangle, the other has tried to move on and has succeeded. They be standing at the alter about to say "I Do" and BOOM! the lost richard simmons gonna come back to be like "NOT TODAY. I AM ALIVE HONEY. I AM THE DUDE/GIRL YOU MET IN THE WHEAT FILED WHEN WE WERE 2. WE LOVED AND NEVER FORGOT EACH OTHER. I GOT LOST IN THE  BERMUDA TRIANGLE AND YOUR LOVE MADE ME SWIM SWIM SWIM RIGHT HERE TO YOU" and you better believe homegirl or boy is going to be like "bye Felicia" to that perfect fiancé standing at the alter and run to/be with Bermuda triangle chick or d**k because:

TIMING, DISTANCE, FATE, SECOND MALE LEADS, THE GOOD LAWDS THEMSELVES CANNOT KEEP APART WHAT IS MEANT TO BE! TRUE MAGICAL, ONCE IN A LIFE TIME LOVE DOETH PREVAILETH! 

It's not even just kdramas it's everything. We as viewers (as much as we like to complain about troupes and it being repetitive and boring) like this message. We live off this message. We have this unfailing belief in true love overcoming all obstacles and going after love (and other things in life) because of these messages. Look at the popularity of 'The Notebook' That movie would have flopped harder than a dying fish if Noah & Allie didn't reunite in the end. As nice as the other dude was, we live off the idea that, that one special epic love wins out. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge would not be the timeless Bollywood hit upon hit and like internationally loved and infamously remembered and some scenes reenacted if homegirl did not run and hop on the train with her beloved after all the richard simmons they went through. Can we really say the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet would have been so popular and like the basis of love stories if Romeo and Juliet were not star crossed lovers with waring families and even death couldn't keep apart (I am not telling ya'll to go kill yourselves to  be with your boyfriend/girlfriend LOL). I am sure there are movies like this in all our countries that everyone loves and remembers because of that one epic love story where no matter everything that came the couples way, in the end they came back to one another.

There is only one couple who fits this the cintematic theme of love prevails over everything and that is Deok Sun and Junghwan. They survived Sunwoo, they survived bro over __ code, they survived friends rooting for the other dude, they survived misunderstanding, they survived, time, they survived confusion. When you thought all hope is lost and sometimes true love doesn't win out (episode 18 anyone) we will see that no the heart goes where the heart must be. Look I am not disregarding Taek and his love, but where were the obstacles, where was that true heartbreak of longing and yearning that these types of stories likes to display. We only saw (I said saw as in explicitly had displayed to our eyes and not need a magnifying glass to display) and got this emotional pay off with him once, once and that was when he called and cancelled the movie date and cried. We have all talked about how easy it would be for Taek and Deok Sun to be together (and their would be an easy relationship like that of Sunwoo's mama and Taek's appa) all one need do is confess. But how long have we seen Junghwan being broody, and angst, and fake laughing to hide the pain, and crying in cars and confessing but "oh lord kill my heart" does she not feel the same? He's leaving the next day, it's going to end like that? NO, their love is the challenging, hard, "epic" ones most of us like to see win out. It hasn't been an easy road for these two and it continues to not be an easy one. There are literally many a traffic lights keeping them apart...but just like Allie drove back to Noah even though it looked like she was going to James Madersen, just like Jenny finally wrote the letter to Forrest, Oppa made the call, Yoonjae bumped into Shiwon at the cafe...Junghwan and Deok Sun will comeback to one another.

He will leave for the base and maybe as he's driving away sad as richard simmons his confession meant nothing to her, there she will be at the street corner no longer checking her watch, but smiling, see and having waited for him. Maybe he does get to the base, but I don't know. There is a group blind date between the air force and stewardess, and there she sits at the end of the table and like the secret Santa, she pulled his name as her match up. I don't know, it can be 20 years later and she's walking down the street and she'll drop something and coincidentally he'll pick it up. Fingers touch, eyes meet, and it's like no time passed at all. It's cliche as hell, not going to be as soap opera dramatic as I'm writing (or maybe it will be) but it will happen. Everything in this story has been leading up to that moment and if it weren't going to happen and if it was going to be Taek, they had that big epic reunion in his coming to the concert (could they be more obvious with showing the other couples reunite then too). If that is where the story truly ends, they wouldn't have had Junghwan confess. With his confession the big emotional pull comes back to him (just like the emotional pull of Taek admitting to the guys he likes Deok Sun as a woman came back to Junghwan because we saw his heart break and his pondering over the tickets. The very parallels we get in his seeing Taek get to the concert first and then thinking on it all and crying in his car. Just like with the tickets he was going to give but couldn't because the other dude was just thismuch faster. He comes to the concert and again the other dude was just that faster). If Taek were going to be the husband, they would have had him there to see/hear the confession because that would be another emotional obstacle, a challenge, a hardship to overcome, a red light on the road to being with Deok Sun. 

I can't give you guys pictures and go in deep with camera work and things like that, but I just see it LOL. It's right there, the writers and the PD and whole team have been going base by base to that home plate. It's there and I guess if you don't see it or you doubt it (sometimes it really is 3 C's that's just the way the test and the answers be) this time next week you will know LOL.

Yeah, because apparently, if someone bites you in the arm you just put your hands in your pocket as if nothing happened. The only person who would grab his own arm like that to relieve the pain is TK. HAHA c'mon. This is a natural reaction for EVERYONE. Hi, I'm new write ng here, I just replyed a comment but now I want to write about something. When I started R88, I was very excite because I'm a big fan of the serie, but in the second episode when I watch the interaction between actual DS and her husband, I thought: Oh! So, that year there isn't a husband hunt?? He is Jung Hwan already, so They are gonna focos in How their love story went on...And now after 19 episodes, I think the same, I'm not gonna lie and say that I weren't afraid old the times that He "gave up" or when a little think made me doubt... But I'm very sure "Uri Jung Hwan~~" is the main lead and the future husband, I feel like NJ and Trash but in that situation DS was like Trash, pretendía that She really didn't know about JH feelings, play ing a lil with him, but in the end being so in love that She doesn't know How to make up.

When She gave him the gift for his birthday and He didn't wear it at dinner,  She told her friends something like: I'm not sure if He likes me, He didn't wear it... and then He saw JB wearing a similar one, so She was really Mad,  because She was really in love with him but He wasn't acepting her or looked like that. Then Taek started to take a more proactive paper.In the bus station, She was thin king,  maybe aboutt all that and suddenly one really little thing happened He put her hand in the railing (I don't know if it's the right word, sorry) and She looked at him surprise,  like He had never done something like that, but He did something like that and biggers before but not since She was in love with him too bcause He only rejected her since that little moment, so in my opinion She realizad that He still feel something for her. In my opinion She has never doubt that She loves him, but She couldn't confess, and He went away to the army. BUT for me a very important thing is that She said She hadn't any dream, but She started to study like crazy and became a stewardess, why that profession so similar to Jung Hwan pilot profession? 

I don't know maybe anything of that make sense or is important but I wanted to write it, what do you think??
