As for Summer Scent, I didn't say it was awful only because it embraced cellular memory. It was awful AND it embraced celllular memory, making it central to the plot. It was a factor in the awfulness, contributing to the appalling melo and very dissatisfying ending, but it wasn't the only reason it was so bad. eunsuhae
I see this turned into a debate about the validity and medical/scientific accuracy of the theory of cellular memory. I don't know about others but for me it's not that that bothers me. More than its believability, it's the way it can affect the story and characters that worries me. This is a plot device that can easily take agency away from the characters and blame everything that happens on the said theory. We can arguably say that what makes a story isn't what happens but how the different protagonists react to the happenings and make their decisions. It's a matter of personal preference really but for me it's alot more interesting to see what a person makes of a situation they've been thrown into than the situation itself. I like characters who react instead of just submit. In this case, I don't want the change in personality and the love story to be all based on and explained by the heart transplant. I'd prefer if the change comes from whitihn our male lead. I want him to decide that yes, he loves that woman despite and regardless of the new heart. It's true that we don't get to choose who we love but it's still our choice to decide what we make of those feelings. I haven't watched MSD but judging from your comments I can tell that I definitely like that approach and it's exactly what I'm talking about. "Heart transplant and cellular memory be damned, it's my life and I will keep ownership over my feelings and how it goes".Sorry for the rant but the bottom line is I understand how this theory can be fascinating but I stick to my belief that it's people who write their own stories however unpredictable life can be and I hope this is what our show will be about

larus
Very nice post @eunsuhae. "It's true that we don't get to choose who we love but it's still our choice to decide what we make of those feelings." YES. We all want to see that in this drama. Forgive my ignorance but what is your PAC? If you all are spreading like a virus, we want to know what we are dealing with.

larus
Trailer number 3link *********In the third trailer, we find out more information. First, I love the relationship between Soon Jung and Dong Wook. What a perfect boyfriend. It will be a big loss for our heroine and I will miss him too. Hope that Min Ho will be able to win bit by bit her heart and ours. Second, as I expected (my intuition is still strong ) Dong Wook find out something about Joon Hee and was very angry with him. I REALLY hope Joon Hee will not be responsible for his accident. Maybe he won`t be but he will have internal conflicts for sure (especially after his friend`s death). larus
These scene are from two trailers but I think they are related. I believe that in the first scene Dong Wook (Jin Goo) is proposing marriage to Soon Jung (Kim So Yeon) and she says YES! What a lovely proposal. It was a surprise party with all their friends. I see Joon Hee (Yoon hyun min) in the scene too. I checked if Jin Goo had a singing career. I see that he played in one musical theater (Guys and Dolls) in 2012. I can`t wait to see the scene.
