I think it's interesting how they gave episode 2 to Thee last year, and they also gave episode 2 to Koi this year. Both episodes mark the first time the character gets an episode that revolves around them alone. (Thee was just a supporting role in the previous season; and Koi has been a supporting role and has shared an episode with Dao, but has never had her own episode before.) Both Thee's and Koi's episodes are "cleaning up" business from last year (and this is done largely from Thee's and Koi's perspective, rather than Phu's or Dao's perspective).

And these episodes don't end happily for the original ship, with a new couple being formed. But there's a notable difference. With Thee, it's Phu that enters or sticks with another relationship (Toey), while with Koi, it's Koi herself who enters or sticks with another relationship (Net).

I thougth GTH will gave ep1 like full file which they didnt so i download and joined them and watched and i like to say the first ep compare to s1 and s2 is kinda slow for me. But i gotta say there are variable of characters in S3 .. But i like to say that I love Boss and i love how good headed guy he is .. but i guess thats what popularity is that he had to step down to the position.. But i dont hate Non at all he just had to say the point to simply attract more voters so i kinda understand him.. But as far as Dao koi my bias couple (last time it was Thee phu which phu did amazingly demolished and win khwan which still i am curious about and hated the open ending or that what i understand) anyways about dao koi i understand dao that she belongs from a strict family and its hard for her to come out but Koi is ow getting confused?????? i do not like it because last time phu was confused and totally made my thee cry a river .. so i hope atleast after trying going out with a boy koi understand what she really like .. khompang and oil friendship seems very vulnerable and i dont blame nether as oil has insecurity complex and Khompang has this huge works as student council member ahead of her. But so far ep1 was ok for me.. so i am excited to see e2 subbed (again i have to join and see it after downloading because its really hassle for me to see the series part by part)

Recap continued (spoilers of course)

..

At home, Dao is crying in her room.

Dao types, "If in this world, there were only you and me, I would hold onto you and never let you go. But that's not the way the world is. There are many people in my world. Some of them are worried about me..."

Dao does to talk to her mom. Meanwhile the narration says what she's really thinking. But she can't tell her mom what her problem is.

She goes to her room and cries.

Dao continues typing, "This has happened because I didn't, couldn't choose. If today you're going to really go, I just want you to know that... I love you very much. But I can't choose you."

Intercut with Dao crying and talking to her mom are scenes of Koi and Net at the park. In the intercut scenes of Koi and Net in the park, Net offers Koi his hand; Koi takes it, and they walk off together.

I really felt sorry for Dao. I can relate to her pain. She's really matured for thinking about the people around her. For trying to understand the situation and for letting her love slide for the love of her family. She's using her mind rather than her heart. It's really painful. Her love story and situation is more mature than Thee's story. There are lots of involve and family is really one of it's weakness.

"But that's not the way the world is. There are many people in my world" -- this strikes me the most. For Dao's age, I can't believe she will have this kind of mindset and for that, I really salute her. :tears::tears:

I think the problems Dao has are not special in any way. Every gay/lesbian couple will face the same problem: their family. I'm quite sure this is slowly changing, but most parents still don't like the fact that their own childs can be gay. In that aspect, the role of Dao is very much as usual! :)

it didn't even create a playlist. damn!

Thai responses to boss mostly weren't very positive. his righteousness was praiseworthy but he had to learn to compromise that his goal could be achieved. he shouldn't aim for an abrupt change but gradual one.

Koi wasn't confused. she was hurt by and tired of Dao that she tried a new option. she didn't understand how hard it was for Dao to date her. Ep.2 was very tense, very dramatic. it was speculated that Net was created as stimulant, a test to Dao and Koi's relationship. Both were certain that they loved each other but Dao denied to cross the line to Koi. Being rejected and seeing no way the relationship could develop, Koi decided to give Net a go.

lol. it's Ka-nom-pang (shortened as Pang), not Khompang.

in fact, it's not very usual in Thailand. Eventhough most parents don't support the relationship, they usually don't blatantly offend. the issue usually bring up indirectly by both sides e.g., the mother may be especially cold to a "very close" friend of her daughter and the daughter may introduce her girl to the family saying she's her "friend".

Oops sorry about that Kanompang i dont know why i always read her as khompang .. anyways.. i agree about boss he is to aggressive to make a change but he have to understand that change will happen gradually but I dont want Koi to test it out with net i am to afraid this going to be another phu thee thing ... and i havent seen ep2 yet so cant say anything about it .. but you saying it was intense make me want to see it raw :)

I'm not saying it's special however, I was just surprised that at her age, she is so matured enough to think about the people around her. Usually, people at her age will tend to be more careless about love but her, she's more reserved and thoughtful especially to her mother. I was touched by her message. I, myself, when I was still on Dao's age, I never think about the people around me. What would they think about me. No, I never think about that but when I reach to a point where I need to be more responsible with the things I'm doing, that's the time that I got matured enough to think about them.

I also believe Koi is not confused. She is certain that she really loves Dao but tired of waiting for Dao to fight for their love. She's giving Dao enough chances to win her back. I understand Koi if she had given up. She knew Dao loves her family so much.

Unlike male gays, lesbians tend to be more open to having relationship with opposite sex especially for lipstick lesbians just to try it out. If it doesn't work out, they can always try or find another girl. Net is obviously a rebound for Koi just like Nut in previous season. Hopefully, it will end the same as Nut. (which didn't work out for Koi)

maybe a cultural difference? a thai kid highly concern on/ is obedient to the parent, one need to be elder to be able to go against their parents' will. like a comment said "if i were at that age, I wouldn't dare to date  girlfriend. It was easy for me because we met when I already had a career."

a netizen observed Koi's glasses and found they did actually watch porn.

anyway, GTH kept the hilarious warning caption from last season (lit. trans) "Personal experience. The parent should advice the minor".

Maybe personality difference. hahaha. It's actually the same here in the Philippines ( if you are still with your parents, you're oblige to follow their rules). That's what I'm doing right now. Following still my parents beliefs because I'm still living with them despite having my own career already. But even if we set aside cultural factors here, the fact that if you are young, you tend to be more careless about love makes me wonder why Dao really had a solid position on that. (not able to choose Koi because of family). I never did see that on Thee's case.

-- on the porn thing, I also saw that when I watched it live. They were really watching porn based on the reflection. Maybe they did intentionally wore the glasses for the video to be reflected? :sweatingbullets:

......

Anyway, because I can't get enough of Dao and Koi so I ended up stalking their instagrams and saw this picture from Fon's IG

It captions: My Family. I think it's for Torfun and Mawin 2015.

I just wanted someone to confirm to me that Mali's dad is also Fon's dad on this series? Is it the same person? And what is his name? :D

Lol. I was annoyed by this too because I was end up searching for each part of episode 1. I wonder why they did not create a playlist as others usually do?

Episode 2 looks  interesting but I have to patiently wait for Engsub be out. Thanks for recap though.

surely the same person. his name's Oliver Poupart (Un). a nephew of his, Chayapol Poupart (aka Julien or New) also acts for a GMM's drama (Exact), a remake of a Korean drama A Love to Kill (Torfun and Mawin is also an Exact's production).

what hilarious about the warning caption is "personal experience". another more common warning also presented in the same episode "Inappropriate behavior for the minor. The parent should give advice."

Thee lived away from his family (resided in a dorm), so it's easier for him to do whatever he wanted. there was an analysis on Dao. it's assumed that such decision was rooted on family background. Dao was raised to be dependent on her parents/ to be highly social conscious, contrasting to Koi's more liberal parent. Dao wasn't only scared of her mother but disses from schoolmates. i don't know if it's the same for the filipino but the thai, especially the chinese thai, believe to make your parent suffer is a sin, that is another reason that some gays never address their romance to their parents.

has anyone observed if Dao ever wore glasses in any other scene?

ก้อย เน็ท (ดาว) Hormones 3 EP.2 Highlight

They've uploaded an Episode 2 Highlight video. Presumably the title indicates Dao's name in parenthesis because she's also to have an episode centered around her. Interesting to note the difference of what happens in the end of the Saturday episode and the end of this highlight video though.

But Thee never think about his family when he fell in love with Phu. If that was the case for Thee also, there might be big chances that if ever he'll get back being together with his family again, he might consider breaking up with Phu if the latter didn't have Toei in his life.

Philippines right now is more open on that topic than before. Maybe because of the influence of the western culture? I don't know. But many Filipino gay teenagers now are not afraid to share or to be open with their parents especially to their mother. There are still organizations especially the church who considers gay acts as sin but I'm glad that parents choose to understand their children although there are still some cases of discrimination both from the family and the church.

hmmmm. She also wore glasses when she and Koi were talking on skype.

just watched the first episode today.

at first i thought boss just want attention, but he later show he really want to do good job. his conversation with teacher ping is very interesting scene imo. boss stay calm.. and state his points and reasons, and also carefully listen to teacher ping and think about it.

as for pang, i think she's more matured compare to last season. she's more serious.. (but she loss her bubbly cute character T.T i am sad). and she think of others feeling well, when they had secret meeting she thought of boss that might be upset over it, and ask boss if he is okay.. she changed, they(writers) did some character development in her.

i like non... he's handsome.. gotten more handsome. he's fun character. i guess he dont realize that winning the election comes great responsibility. btw, he interested in pang isn't it? and i think he suit (current) pang well (i ship this couple). i wish pang and non can continue her brother's 'VR Source' xD

jane's eyes are scary...

first is a jerk..

im interested in pala, bcause i think his character doesn't suit his face xD

------------------

after reading ep2 live recap by p'ben... im wondering...if anyone know.. what kind of porn dao n koi watching? is it normal porn or gay/lesbian porn. oh wait... do lesbian have sexual activities too??

ps: i wonder if writers do come here regularly now to check on our thoughts? if yes... hello writers.. welcome..welcome :D

The only thing that Pang didn't change tho was her insensitive treatment to Oil.

Non is interested in Pang as what the trailer suggest but let's try to wait and see. :D

I think I'll need to watch it again once the sub is out for me to find out if it's a girl to girl porn. Based on the sound, I think it's a normal porn scene ( male x girl) but I'm not sure also. Do lesbians have sexual activities? Just like a normal person, yes, they do. :) but it's different, of course.

ep.3 preview

description

The relationship between Koi and Dao reached a dead end after Koi decided to date Net. Dao could only vent out her sadness on keyboard. Is it no more hope for Dao?

Meanwhile, First kept advancing on Kanompang without knowing Oil's feeling. Oil could only hide her feeling and support First getting closer to Kanompang. For the student council team, Non and Boss hopefully worked on the promised policy. Jane met a new teacher who seemed to like her especially.

After her parents separated, Zomzom was glad that they started to contact each other nicely. She started to hope if they might made up and planned to make them being together. Everything seemingly went well until her father told Zomzom that Uncle John, a close friend of him, was moving into the same roof. Hence, Zomzom started to question the relationship between her father and his close friend.

sometimes i wonder is it pang didn't see (about how oil truly feels) or oil didn't show it.. for this episode, i do believe she forgot about oil because she was too preoccupied with her work. but as for other scenes, im not sure.. (forgot already).. let's observe more these so called best friends in future episodes.

lesbian do sexual activities? how? i cannot imagine.. :o

I just wonder why Boss chose Non to his team because Non is not like others who seem to be excellent students. Non in the other hand has nothing special,  and not to mention that he likes joking around, it's totally different than Boss is.

The other thing bothers me is that why Boss asked music teacher i/o Math or English one. I dont think music subject could give you too much home work to do hence asking for advice from him was not good idea, imo.

And the last thing, Elle called Jelly Tom but I didnt see any boyish thing from her. Just saying.

sometimes i wonder is it pang didn't see (about how oil truly feels) or oil didn't show it.. for this episode, i do believe she forgot about oil because she was too preoccupied with her work. but as for other scenes, im not sure.. (forgot already).. let's observe more these so called best friends in future episodes.

lesbian do sexual activities? how? i cannot imagine.. :o

It's been happening since the last season. Everytime she's into something, she always forgets about Oil. I can't call someone like that as a bestfriend. Though Oil also have her faults (for not being honest to Pang), Pang also have her fair share.

Yes, they do. As I've said earlier,it's different with what the "norms" usually do. I don't want to explicitly explain it. :D

I think he was influenced by Ter because Ter knows Non is charismatic which can help the team win. Ter also said that Non is good in drawing which can help making promotional materials for their campaign. I think Non is just playful. A typical happy go lucky guy but he's not the one who will joke around unlike First. It can be seen that Non really wants to help when he deliberately announced the "homework" policy to get the attention of the students. He knows his responsibility to the team. He knows that they need to win.

Maybe Teacher Ping is more approachable than the others? I mean, he's also a teacher who gives out homeworks and creates his own lesson plan. He also have the knowledge of what a teacher routine looks like.

there are many flaw details if you're to nitpick.

- why was Jane in class 1, the class of top scoring students? she just returned from the states ans surely couldn't perform well on tests that was designed accordingly to Thai curriculum. it would be more realistic if she was in art-math program. however, she couldn't be friends with Pang and Oil then.

- Why did Mali enroll NDB? she could barely speak Thai, she surely couldn't learn in normal Thai class. it would be more logical that she enroll an international school, unless her parents were limited on finance. (an elite private school would cost 6-80,000 THB yearly (there are 'activity fees') while a internation school would start at 60,000 THB per semester)

- why was Dao and Koi PE class swimming? most high school don't teach swimming.

etc.

Thanks for correcting me. Yes Non is not like First either. I think Ter could be the leader not Boss nor Non.lol.

By the way, they will have one own episode for Ter wont they?

Normally, I dont go into trivia but when I re watch it, it seems not make sense to me. Some one like Boss once he makes up his mind he would have better plan than that. Lol, I just wanna figure out how each character acts not point out their mistake. :P

I guess you are Thai and thanks for information since i am not familiar with education system  in this country.
