I think what he meant was if she sold her kidney for money, in a joking way. Our bodies can survive with just one kidney. So some very poor people who are in desperate need for money, sell one kidney in exchange for money. It happens in the black market coz it's illegal. So saying "Do you still have two kidneys" is just kind of sarcasm in this context. Lol..

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though..
