Hi my name is Jin Woo Lee from JYP entertainment. I am the main casting manager in the US. In regards to auditions, there will NEVER be any audition fee. If you run across anyone that charges an audition fee from JYP entertainment please report to me. JYP Entertainment is about to hold major legitimate auditions in the US and Canada soon. We are also opening JYP entertainment America in New York very soon. Most of our entertainers that are training are from the states--so we take these auditions very seriously. they do allow others that are non chinese but they are specifically looking for chinese americans so your chances maybe be slim compared to the chinese amercican participants unless you stand out alot

The representative from JYPE mentioned they were coming to Vancouver in October (earlier in this topic).. any more details on that? The end of October is nearing, and I've never heard anything about JYPE coming to Vancouver. o_o;

are you sure that you are having this audition cuz u said late september to early october and its already the end of october...

when he posted it, it was August 1st.

and they had one in San Meteo on October 21th & 22th

it wasn't a real audition or anything, the JYP guy was just guest jugde

but i think if he liked any of the auditioners, he would've talked to them privately
