Hyeon Bin and Son Ye-jin to star in upcoming movie "The Spy - 2017"

Actors Hyeon Bin and Son Ye-jin are starring in JK Film's "The Spy - 2017".

"The Spy - 2017" is a criminal thriller movie about a kidnapper and a negotiator whose superior has been kidnapped.

The negotiator Ha Chae-yoon who is part of the crisis negotiations and has the life of hostages in her hands, is being played by Son Ye-jin.

Son Ye-jin has been through various characters and roles and this time she's a negotiator that fights with a kidnapper.

The actress has had a reputation for herself in Chungmuro and she has a trophy from every film festival such as Buil, Baeksang and more. Her engagement in her emotions in her work has been acknowledged by the audience and she's always shown a steady performance in everything she's been in.

Hyeon Bin stars in "The Spy - 2017" as Min Tae-goo, the kidnapper.

Hyeon Bin is a cold hearted kidnapper in this one and it's his first attempt in a bad guy role.

Hyeon Bin works well with JK Films and anticipation increases to what Hyeon Bin will impress the public with this time.

"The Spy - 2017" is produced by JK Youn and directed by Lee Jong-seok-I.

Lee Jong-suk said, ""The Spy - 2017" is a new style of movie that's never been tried in Korea before. Hyeon Bin and Son Ye-jin are expected to work well together".

Hyun Bin, Son Ye-jin to star in ‘Negotiation’

Actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin have confirmed their roles in the upcoming film “Negotiation,” according to an official related to the project Thursday.

On May 10, both the actors’ agencies said they were considering the offers in a positive light.

The crime-thriller film tells the story of a confrontation between a negotiator and hostage-taker.

Son will play Ha Chae-yun, the best negotiator in a crisis negotiation team, while Hyun Bin will play the captor, Min Tae-gu, who kidnaps the team’s boss.

“Negotiation” will be directed by Yoon Je-kyoon, who previously directed “Tidal Wave” (2009) and “Sector 7” (2011). He has won grand prizes at local film awards.

Hyun Bin previously starred in the action film “Confidential Assignment,” which drew more than 7.8 million moviegoers to local theaters and topped the box office here.

Meanwhile, Son who starred in the historical drama film “The Last Princess” (2016) was named best actress at the 22nd Chunsa Film Festival on Wednesday.

“Negotiation” is slated to start filming in June.

Actor Kwon Yool talks about being roommates with Hyun Bin and Ha Jung Woo in school

Actor Kwon Yool chatted about his college days on the May 31 broadcast of tvN's 'Taxi'!

 

Kwon Yool revealed he was roommates with fellow actors Hyun Bin and Ha Jung Woo while attending Chung-Ang University.  

 

He explained that he roomed with Hyun Bin for one semester and Ha Jung Woo the next term. When asked what the men's lifestyles were like, Kwon Yool replied, "Ha Jung Woo was a family man, tidying the place up all the time, and had a neat personality. I actually learned a lot from him."

 

Onto Hyun Bin, Kwon Yool described how the actor was good looking from the start. A people-person, he commented that Hyun Bin would greet people standing in the doorway as Kwon Yool watched from afar, sighing.
