I nominate Prof.Kang in SECRET LOVE AFFAIR. So incompetent he lost his wife, Hye Won (played so well by beautiful KIM HEE AE)  
and his most prized genius Piano Prodigy, Seon Jae (played by the amazing and sexy YOO HA IN).
Just never knew WHEN to switch sides (and he was good at it) and could not see  when it was time to abandon ship!
