Guest LiLoLeLe
Fish w/ bamboo shoot, pineapples, tomatoes...topped with parshley & green onions... The fish is buried under all the veggies....It's really good- my favorite fish dish to cook....kinda like vietnamese sour fish stew with a lot less water.... Guest JungxYumi
Hm, I didn't bake anything in the picture except the tulip paste spoon. Everything else didn't need an oven or a stove. Oh, the description: It is coffee icecream in a chocolate cup sprinkled with cocoa powder; topped with whipcream & chocolate cigarette. Around it is a tulip paste spoon, chocolate sauce, orange sauce, & coffee beans.

Guest cbxjenn
OMG that looks so good. How did you make it? It looks all professional! thankyou thankyou. it's basically a sponge cake base, with heavy whipping cream as frosting. we (friend & i) diced peaches for the fruit/cream filling in the middle. then we sifted cocoa on top.. and just decorated with fruits & chocolate can you post up the recipe for these please?? I love them, but I can't make them =( 6oz 2/3c Cake flour 8 eggs 6oz 2/3c sugar 1tsp vanilla 1tsp cornstarch 1tsp custard powder Oil ... just squeeze a little amount. for cream: Heavy whipping cream powdered sugar 1. seperate eggs. 2. beat egg yolk & sugar until mixed. 3. sift flour, cornstarch, custard powder. mix into egg yolk. 4. Mix in vanilla. 5. beat egg whites until peaks. 6. Mix whites into the flour/egg mixture. 7. pour into a rectangle pan, a big one. 8. 400F for 10-15mins. then 5mins on 450. [for a golden brown top] cream 1. pour whipping cream into a bowl 2. beat it until stiff peaks form.. then mix in sugar. 3. add as much sugar to fit your taste. ~~~~ ill continue this tomo :] i also have to check if the ^ recipe is right.. im just typing it from memory cbxjenn: looks great~ like a tiramisu thankyou :]
