Woke up late and there was nothing much to eat at home except for cookies and chocolates loads that i got for xmas . I did not wanna wait for meat/fish or stuff to be defrosted so I was thinking of making an omlette.. then i saw a bottle of pancake mix... and i found some cabbage...

And so it happened my Okonomiyaki.

Not the first time i've made it but definitely the first using pancake mix.

The pancake mix was pleasantly sweet.(i would have put alil sugar in my batter anyway) so it was just Fab. Served it with Kimchi and some Sake flakes with Furikake and some sunflower seeds for the crunch.

I didn't upload the pictures from my camera yet, but my friend gave me a picture of what me and another girl I'm friends with made

My first attempt to make Egg Tarts! lolxP The crust was a bit thin so it came out screwy =P Looks bad but tastes alright! :P

OOO Could you PLEASE give me the recipe for the egg tarts?? They look soo good. I always buy them when I go to Houston, but I want to try and make them myself. So if you can PM me or post the recipe here, I'd REALLY appreciate it! THANKS SOO MUCH! :sweatingbullets:

cake mix cookies with sprinkles, in this pic, some are star shaped with sprinkles on top, some have a chocolate kiss in the middle, and some have sprinkles AND a chocolate kiss xD
