You know, I don't watch TV. I tend to lose interest in things rather quickly. So, when I look back at the past year, I'm really amazed at how much this couple had consistently entertained and charmed me. IDK, I feel like I randomly stubled upon it on Youtube. And now I love Yonghwa and Seohyun and I'm SNSD fan and a C.N.Blue fan and I'm into K-Pop and I don't really know how it happened. I'm Hispanic and I live in the US. I know like 7 Korean phrases. THAT'S the power of YongSeo.

To pick a favorite episode is really difficult, but:

Gogumas HWAITING!

You know I have the same thing happend to me, however, my first incounter with Kpop happend because I stumble on a Super Junior MV. I got hook I began serching for more kpop this is how I stumble on WGM season 1 and this brough me to WGM season 2 and YongSeo. This obscesion just creep on me without even realizing it but whatever, I'm a happy goguma because of it. Like you I'm also a female hispanic living in the US.

Hi everyone. Am I the last lurker to post? hehe. Everyone is so hyped up for the anniversary tomorrow.

It’s been one heck of a ride in this YongSeo Journey. Watching them grow from one to scene to another brings tears to my eyes. It’s like watching my baby take each milestone while I am crying tears of joy. Just like our couple, I have experienced many “firsts” here in this fandom;

- first time EVER to admit liking KPOP. (Well, just CNBLUE and SNSD) My friends will really not accept this. KPOP is like taboo in my social circle. We don’t talk about this else you’ll be an outcast. (I know my friends are mean) But must admit I like their songs. I admire their talent and passion for their crafts.

- first time cyber stalking KPOP Idols (Seohyun and YongHwa). I can’t get enough of everything about them. I love watching their vids, listening to their songs, reading anything about them, looking at their pictures.

-first time creating an account and actually joining a forum and a fan club. I started to lurker here sometime in August or September. I really enjoy the atmosphere in the thread. It’s nice to have friends around the world even though it just online. I love everything in this thread, reading all your posts, POVs, rants and raves, the critical analyses, the screen caps, photos, links, fanfics, FMVs, artworks.. ahh.. this thread is overflowing with awesome people, just like Yong and Hyun.

- first time watching a reality show and actually enjoying and loving every second of it. I don’t really like reality shows that much since I find it kinda fake. Seriously, it’s either you act too good to be an actor/actress or you just don’t care what other people will think of you after the show. BUT, my views changed when I was FORCED, yes forced, by officemates to watch WGM, especially Yong and Hyun. They we’re spazzing about the double birthday episode. They were raving about how Yong captured Hyun heart, how they’re sweet in their own way, how awkward they are in their first few episodes, how everything they do spells LOVE even without the skinship. I started to watch from the first episode and then the rest is history. And I think I’m much more addicted than they are.

- my “future-first” would probably be to learn/study the Korean language.

My Favorite Episode…… Episode 28.

It is really hard to decide since every episode tops over the other each week. I know this is not a popular choice, but I really enjoyed this among my other faves. Why…

a. Because Hyun decided to stick with Yong. After that dreadful, wanna-smack-you-in-the-head act of Yong, I think if she decided to call it quits we wouldn’t be here happily spending their first anniversary. What Yong did really left me heartbroken at that time and if I was in her shoes, I would have slapped him, kiss him and walk out of the salon. (Yeah, of course I need a farewell kiss.. hehe:blush:)

b. I love black room interview of Hyun. Even though she was calm in expressing her thoughts, you could feel her frustration and confusion about what happened. For me, even though she never said the exact words, she missed him. Well, who wouldn’t right?

c. I love the way Yong fidgeted when he was explaining himself with Hyun. You can really tell he was so guilty and he’s trying so hard to pull her back (after a month of pushing..lol)

d. And for the life of me, the thought of getting back at Yong never crossed my mind. She really had him wrapped in her fingers right from the start.

Just like the 1^st episode is their beginning, for me this is the start of renewed relationship…the prelude to their Japan turning point. It is like turning the page of a new chapter of their story. I think this must have been the time she must have settled her feelings towards Yong (with the help of her unnies perhaps). Hence a new Seo Hyun unfolds right before our eyes.

Happy Anniversary to Yong and Hyun! Whatever it is that you guys have for each

other, please treasure it. Please know that you are loved and we’re all here to support you. Just please date for real.

that's the way guys! keep up the good work! I really love to see the thread's progress right now... more and more gogumas posting here and lurkers coming out of their shell..... we can't let the moment go just like that and normal! we have to make it colorful, exciting for us, the International fans, and most of all, show both Yonghwa and Seohyun how much we love them as a couple!

that one picture is AWESOME!!!! it's a really close-up picture that gives an overview of the whole episode. I can picture Yonghwa waiting for Seohyun to slide down, and when Seohyun goes too fast, Yonghwa will grab Seohyun and fell down together on the snow, hugging each other accidentally! KYAAAAAA . that will surely make us die because of happiness

luvtokki appa~! I really really really love your post, especially because you described your encounter with your "first-love". It's exciting to see that your story has a lot in common with both Yonghwa and Seohyun............. On the other hand, I'm jealous too you know! Although my mom is still okay with it, I seriously don't know what's wrong with my dad, but he keeps saying that "what do you like about Koreans?? their history is short" and "they don't really make a good music! they are just people fighting with each other". To be honest I feel sad with those statements, because I personally think that I admire Koreans for their perseverance trying to keep themselves united, especially with the issues about North and South Korea..... I hope they will unite in the future

Happy First Year Anniversary to YONGSEO couple, may they have more anniversaries to come...may they have more memories to create and may they have a long lasting relationship....

my favorite episode is episode 41 (busan trip) although all their episode is really worth watching and worth spazzing, but in this episode, they freely express their LOVE and CARE for each other like a real couple...i also enjoy seeing them running during the seagull attack.. and lastly i love how yong introduce Seo joo hyun to his closest friends w/c i find it very real and interesting...

I found amazing that both of you are YONGSEO fans aka Gogumas (Can i call you Appa and Umma, please please, pretty please?? )

This is a Solid Prove that There are no border to became a GOGUMAS, despite the Age/Generation, Country-where ever you come from, we GOGUMAS are one UNITY (GOGUMAS KINGDOM, rule by Yong King and Hyun Queen)..

I believe sometimes i feel amazing myself considering that i'm 27th this year and i still act and look like not more than 20th years old, That's why i adore Hyun and Yong, like they are the person to look-up to, they are very mature considering their age, especially HYUN. what kind of unnie i am, where i supposed to be a good example, but i still have to see these dongsaeng (Yong and Hyun) as an example (like a reverse, Ha!)

I'm going to have to wish Yongseo Happy One Year Anniversary right now

Since i'll be in school tomorrow.

Anyways, here are some stuff i observe over the pass 1 year.

1. From playing arm wrestles to holding hands in pockets.

2. From being shy and unable to touch to getting all touchy.

3. From being unable to communicate and talk about their thoughts about each other to spilling the beans on their japan trip.

4. From being unable to know what first love is, Seohyun probably found the joy when she's with Yonghwa.

5. Seohyun cares about more about Yonghwa health then Yonghwa himself. (Obviously)

6. Yonghwa cares about Seohyun but rarely shows it.

Conclusion :

Both of them cares about each other but are not showing it much.

But right now, Seohyun shows all her care and concern for Yonghwa but Yonghwa find that she is nagging.

Keke, totally having the couple-ish feel already.

Lastly, i want to thank you YONGSEO SHIPPERS for spazzing all about Yongseo and that keeps me entertained.

Also, Thank you Yonghwa and Seohyun for being so true in a variety show.

I'm sorry unnie for cutting your post but this got me LOL like crazy, but I can see your point like in any family there should be a Appa and Umma.

Here we consider eachother family hence why we call it the In-Go Paem. However, IDK that Luvtooki ajussi and pretty_92868 ajumma would be interest on becoming the parents of this family but if they do you guys have my vote.

Favorite episode game:  I'm joining!

"Falling Slowly" duet

My favorite episode is Episode 4, the one they played the "Falling Slowly" duet.

Just because of I feel that it encapsulates what marriage really is.  A marriage is essentially a duet.  It's a sum of the parts of two different wholes, who each bring a more beautiful transformed whole.  When they played "Falling Slowly" together, bringing both their experiences (Hyun's limited ones, as admitted) as individuals into a simple, heartfelt, somewhat-private (relatively) performance, it really was a meeting and the beginning of a journey.

I fell into "We Got Married" season 2, and Yong-hwa and Seo Hyun as a pair in particular, by accident.  It will be a long-winded story to tell, but I think suffice to say, I watched the episodes out of sequence.  This particular scene, was perhaps one of the very first, if not the first one I've ever seen.  For that sentimental reason alone, it remains a favorite.

Other than that, I also think that this was the moment they found something in common.  While the first meeting was beautiful and romantic, I felt that the moment they bonded over music--a guitar and a piano, their two voices, was the moment I really am convinced that the couple was born.

There's always something beautiful about nascence.  There's something instinctive about the potential yet to be fulfilled, like a day's sunrise.

For me, this was YongSeo's sunrise.

1. The harmony of their voices- Yong has already mentioned it.. but their voices really match each other!! (*cough*like a match made in heaven*cough*)

2. Both of them being musicians, they found a way to communicate to each other through music- Being a musician myself, i can really tell that music is the language of one's soul.. And also we have seen many times that music really connects both of them... the Banmal song, their Incheon Korean Wave duet, the falling Slowly duet

It's been a year since you know each other..The memories from the 1st meeting will always been in your heart, right?It's the same with us fans too..

I'm very happy with the atmosphere of our thread right now. Gogumas who have been hiding in the soil is starting to crawl up into the open. Thank you for delurking and posting your thoughts here. If only I have enough positive quota!

Before I start my cheesy (and emotional) post, let's boogie with Yonghwa again to celebrate the fast-moving thread!

Gogumas, it maybe nearly time for Yongseo's 1st year anniversary, but do not forget, this celebration is for us too!

Gogumas all around the world, each one of us different, with our very own special reason why we love Yongseo, we have been through a lot. Some of us may not have liked Yongseo from the beginning or only now trying to catch up with the old episodes but in the end, we gathered here to celebrate together. That word, 'together', is very special, gogumas - Hyun's frequent word. Together we smile, laugh and cry with Yongseo, and with each other - till the very end, won't we?

This post will be for gogumas, the strangers but people I share my Yongseo love with, the wonderful people I ride this crazy coaster with so many ups and downs.

We always say that we appreciate your contribution but saying those words seemed frail when compared to what you did for us.
