I guessing it's pronounced FX like effects (which I personally love). Sometimes in math I say fx rather than function because its just habit. I am such a math nerd.

I don't the age gap is that bad at all.

Gyuri and Seungyeon from Kara are 1988ers and their maknae is a 1994er. With 2NE1, Minji looks mature for her age.
