Lee Hana showed off his friendship with Rain.  

On SBS “Midnight TV Entertainment” that was aired on July 25th, Lee Hana mentioned about Rain, who she got close to while shooting a movie “R2B- Return to Base.”


Previously, Lee Hana grabbed attention when she played around with Rain, putting arms around each other. She said “I thought he opened up his mind and we were friends. He’s not a world star. He’s just an ordinary friend. However, when I looked to my right there were making of the movie camera.”

Lee Hana, who’s preparing her own album, joked around saying that “Rain only opposed about me making an album not because he thinks of me as a competition, but because he thinks of me of a girl. It’s too much.” Her comment made everyone laugh.

The official R2B movie Twitter retweeted fan Terry Yu's magnificent find—a huge R2B: Return to Base wall poster and light panel. I'm not 100% sure, but it appears that this may be at a Lotte Cinema at or near Konkuk University (a private school located in Seoul and in Chungju City). Regardless of where it is, it's very cool! ^@@^

, it's just so nice that RAIN is assigned at the DEMA right now because we get to hear

we get to see RAIN from time to time through consolatory train events. Because when you leave for military service, being away for at least 2-years, you want to remain remembered. Taking a break in this flood of movies/dramas will make you be forgotten very soon.  There's a consciousness of crisis thinking that if you’re not active other stars will take over you and you will be forgotten.

Thank you to all of your who have made your donation.  Here is an interim progress report.

Our Korean clouds have remitted an amount equivalent to 500 tickets (one ticket is about 9000 won) to Rainy Entertainment representative.

Korean clouds have visited and consulted different organizations in order to optimize this ticket donation drive.  These 500 tickets will be distributed as follow.  To avoid translation error, I just copy the original Korean words:

영화 'R2B:리턴투베이스 알투비데이' 행사가 31일 오후 서울 강남구 CGV 청담에서 열렸다.

이날 행사에는 김동원 감독을 비롯해 유준상, 신세경, 김성수 등 주연 배우들이 참석해 영화 하이라이트 영상 감상 및 팬들과의 질의응답, 포토타임을 가졌다.

행사에 참석한 유준상이 정지훈의 편지를 읽어주고 있다.

월드스타 정지훈을 비롯해 신세경, 유준상, 김성수, 이하나, 이종석, 정석원 등 스타들의 출연과 대한민국 공군, 할리우드 항공 전문 촬영팀의 지원을 받아 촬영한 화려한 도심 비행 전투 씬과 CG효과로 영화 제작단계부터 큰 화제를 모은 영화 'R2B:리턴투베이스'는 오는 8월 개봉 예정이다.

[마이데일리 = 문태경 기자] 군복무 중인 정지훈(비)가 "군 생활을 적응해 계속해야 하나 생각중"이라고 전했다.

31일 오후 서울 강남구 신사동 청담CGV에서 열린 영화 '알투비:리턴투베이스'(감독 김동원 제작 주머니필름 빨간마후라 배급 CJ 엔터테인먼트) 스페셜데이 이벤트에서는 현재 군 복무 중인터라 다른 출연 배우들과 함께 자리하지 못한 정지훈의 친필편지가 공개됐다.

이날 정지훈은 모인 관객들에게 편지로나마 고마운 마음을 전했다. 또한 같이 출연한 배우들에게도 코멘트를 덧붙이며 너스레를 떨었다.

특히 정지훈은 편지를 통해 김성수에게 "성수 형, 나 군생활 못 한다고 인터뷰 했더라"며 "군생활 너무 적응해서 지금 계속해야 하나 생각중이야"라고 말해 현장을 웃음바다로 만들었다.

이에 편지를 대신 읽던 유준상은 "그래도 네가 나와야 하지 않겠니?"라고 응수하며 예능감을 발산했다.

김성수는 최근 '알투비' 관련 공식행사에서 "정지훈이 생각보다 군 생활을 잘 하지 못한다"고 말한 바 있다.

또 정지훈은 이하나에게 "우리 귀여운 친구 하나. 아직도 그렇게 진지하니? 이제 그만해 진지"라고 전했다. 이어 "그리고 나 너한테 관심 없다"고 전해 좌중을 폭소케 했다.

반면 이종석에게는 "종석아, 아무래도 형은 널 좋아하는 것 같다ㅋㅋㅋ"라고 적는 개구쟁이 같은 모습을 편지에 담았다.

'알투비:리턴투베이스'는 대한민국 하늘을 지키는 21전투비행단의 7분간의 비공식 작전을 긴박감 넘치게 담아낸 작품으로 정지훈, 유준상, 신세경, 김성수, 이하나, 이종석, 정경호 등이 출연한다. 내달 15일 개봉.

Rain’s Handwritten Letter, “The Military Life Is Awesome, I’m Contemplating Whether To Stay”

“R2B”‘s promotion was held on July 31. Director Kim Dong Won, Actors Yoon Joon Sang, Shin Se Kyung, and Kim Sung Soo all attended the event.

Rain, who’s currently in the military, sent a letter on behalf of his missing out. He wrote, “I’m Jung Ji Hoon. I play the role of Jung Tae Hoon. We’ve all waited a long time for this movie to come out and it’s finally here. It’s amazing how the movie we worked hard on since a year and five months ago is going to be released.”

Rain’s character Jung Tae Hoon is a reckless pilot. Due to his sudden entry into the military, he could not attend the evet. However, his thoughts were all included in his two A4 papers long handwritten letter. Though his handwriting was illegible, it had a lot of heart.

The letter continued to write, “I’m curious as to how people are going to respond. But, I do believe that sweat doesn’t lie. This movie was made through the combined sweat of me and all of the staff. His love for the movie was very evident. He continued, “I would have loved to stand with my fellow actors to discuss the movie but I need to hold down the fort here.”

He left a special message for his fellow actors: “These days I’ve become the trendy guy. Buy me some food, Yoo Joon Sang. Shin Se Kyung, you’re doing all the promoting without me. I’m so sorry. I’ll treat you out to something delicious later. Lee Hana, I think you’re too serious. We’re friends. I really don’t have any feelings for you.”

Especially noticeable was his message for Kim Sung Soo: “I heard that you told people in the interview that I can’t make it through military life. To tell you the truth, I’ve adjusted so well here I’m thinking of staying.” Everyone laughed.

Lastly he added, “I’m sorry my handwriting is so bad. It’s always been like this.” His witty comments were for his fans.

The movie “R2B: Return to Base” will be released on August 15.
