Have problems deciding what to wear these with

I like long tops, so i bought 2 of these long tanks since they were cheap

but I really don't know how to wear them..

They're tight-fitting, & it looks kinda ugly when i pull it down to make it look long because my hips are pretty wide.

so should I pull them up abit or something? there will be many 'folds' though, which will not look nice either :/

My Dad bought this for me & I don't really like it because I don't know what to wear with it. The sleeves are 3/4.

It's rotting in my wardrobe now!

& another top my Dad bought from Japan, this one is more recent.

It looks very simple & I don't know what to wear it with. Would jeans look okay?

I recently bought short shorts and my parents say it's too short to wear out .__.

Leggings (the 3/4 kind) with shorts look weird, so I was thinking black tights (the pantyhose LOL) with shorts.

It looks okay but I'm not sure if i want to wear it out... because people here don't really wear tights with shorts, and I don't like attention O__O

So what should i doooo ..? Should I just wear the shorts at home then?! lol.

i've been wondering if it looked good or not, because when i wear the tank top it shows the top part of my bra and i put a tank under and it looked kind of weird. maybe the tank's neckline is too high? (it's pretty high compared to the tanks i've seen in other stores. i bought it at wal mart so maybe thats why?)

would it just be better if i wear a cardigan w/ it or a sweater or sth?

I don't wear anything underneath Hollister tank tops because they usually have built-in shelf bras.

I usually pair long tanktops with shorts/leggings and pull them all the way down to look like a dress.

If you don't like how its gathered/ruched, then fold it inward. You can also fold it outward on one side to get an asymmetrical look.

If you're unsure about wearing something in public, you can always just wear them at home so it doesn't go to waste. Wearing tights underneath shorts makes your outfit look more dressy. You can classify that white top as a "basic" and layer it with a tanktop underneath. It looks kind of thin. Since its a neutral color, it can go with jeans or whatever you want underneath. I can imagine you pairing that dark long tanktop (pulled down) with that white shirt and jeans.

I'd say a tight-fitting tank, halter or tube. Something that's a little more "mature" to offset the baggyness of the overalls. Some pumps and metallic bracelets could also dress it up

aww, it has that summery feel.

i have a white smocked tube dress that's a bit like this.

i wear it to the beach when i go swimming.

when i do wear it out to the mall, i pair it with a bright colored cardigan and flats...or flip-flops.

i've worn mine with cowboy boots and a straw hat too.

and with a vest, tights and boots/flats.

ooh..this is LOVE!! i have a skirt one...

i've only worn mine a few times.

i wore a striped tank under it.

for the shoes, i wore my sisters red/white nike shoes.

it had the word love over and over in the front and it was just so darn cute.

then an apple necklace.

i also wore it with striped tights and heels underneath was a solid colored tube top.

and a really long white button up (doctors smock looking) long sleeve polo shirt.

leave it unbuttoned and roll the sleeves to your desired length.

oooh that is a really nice shirt! i think purple goes well with black, dark grey (or grey in general), or purple, or mustard.

probably with a wifebeater or tee. maybe cardigan or casual blazer. flats for shoes, i think. unless you wanna throw on heels. for a more punk look you can wear it with chucks

& as for the shoes, you can try knee high socks with boots .

Flats will work too, but it looks kinda short

so it'll be showing A LOT of your legs if you just wear flats .
