hmm...the prices you put up seem a little off

this phone came out in hong kong a while ago and its price is only ~$1680HKD which is around $215USD

^ I think they named it icecream for the concept of the phone and how it has pastel colors resembling ice cream flavors? sort of like how they named the lg chocolate with it's different "flavors"

Last I checked plemix has a waiting list for all three colors so ebay might be the way to go for those who want it
