*** Based from the drama ranking for the 2nd week of November, "Jirisan"  plummeted down to sixth place, seeing a big drop in popularity. Disappointing reactions over the directing and plot continued to show up.    This survey was released on November 15th by the TV popularity analyst Good Data Corporation after analyzing the internet’s responses generated from news articles, blogs/communities, videos, and SNS. It is in regards to 23 drama series and 198 non-drama series that are either on-air or scheduled to be aired from November 8th through to November 14th of 2021.

The drama earned an average nationwide rating of 8.3 percent, marking a modest increase in viewership from its previous episode the night before. *** I heard that JJH might be leaving the country for international shoot. He might be traveling to Morocco next year (January) to take part in the movie "Kidnapping". He'll be with Ha Jung Woo  in this movie. The PD has previously worked with JJH on the Netflix Original series "Kingdom."  "Kidnapping", which is based on a true story of a diplomat kidnapped in Lebanon in 1986, will employ some of the same crew from Escape from Mogadishu, who are already recent veterans of location photography in Morocco. It's just that the movie is expected to explore more central urban areas. I'm glad that foreign projects are getting back

 

on track now.

*** tvN has released the comedic behind-the-scenes video of the thrilling scenes in episodes 9 and 10 of “Jirisan”!  We can get to see Seo Yi Kang and Kang Hyun Jo (Joo Ji Hoon’s character) to run from a bear, the director gives Jun Ji Hyun and Joo Ji Hoon detailed instructions, as there is no actual bear involved in the scene. There's also a scene that show Jo Han Chul, Oh Jung Se, Jun Ji Hyun, and Joo Ji Hoon exhausted by the many takes of them running.

I'm glad that the drama slightly boosts its viewership rating as the series nears its finale. Ohhh.....time flies so fast that it seems the drama just begun..... This EP achieved a modest increase. it's an impressive rise from its previous nationwide rating. "Jirisan" is still the leading program from its time slot across all cable channels. *** The new stills for “Jirisan” show Seo Yi Kang (Jun Ji Hyun), Kang Hyun Jo (Joo Ji Hoon), Jo Dae Jin (Sung Dong Il), Jung Goo Young (Oh Jung Se), and Park Il Hae (Jo Han Chul) in gear as they deal with damage from the flood. They are dredging the river to look for what the flood has washed downstream.
