the Vietnamese girl looks A LOT older than the Korean girl

and about Trish Thuy Trang wearing lots of makeup to cover her facial scars, couldn't she just get a skin treatment or surgery to fix up her face so she wouldn't need so much makeup? :\ I don't think that would be vain of her since it would be considered reconstructive.

i personally know a lot of vietnamese guys, and honestly, they could probably pass off as ulzzangs and they're not even trying.

i think they just have no confidence because everyone's always oogling over the korean/japanese/chinese. (_ _)

In 1999 a Chinese girl (from Beijing) came to me and told me: "I read that Vietnamese women are the most good looking in Asia... too bad you look Japanese". Man, if Soompi existed then I wouldn't get boiling angry! Mind you, back then Korean entertainment was unheard anywhere outside its own nation (I fink).

To a Westener: tanned skin, exotic eyes, nice body. --> exotic looking

JUST because us Vietnamese don't look like your typical japanese, Korean, Chinese doesn't mean we're an ugly race.

Like someone posted earlier, Vietnamese women ARE considered to be the most beautiful of all the asian ethnicities.

It's not like you see many Vietnamese on the net anyway because you no what.. we're not vain and conceited.

Majority of you act as if the ulzzang looking races have absolutely nothing wrong with them and are as perfect in every aspect.

And that pic posted up earlier to show the comparison between the Vietnamese girl and the Korean girl.. thats completely unfair as the age difference is so far apart.. and besides, that Vietnamese lady doesnt even LOOK viet.. she looks Thai or Laos to me

Maybe I'd like to do the same and see how you all think.

just my thought, but because of the Viet Showbiz is not so well known, so does the people. Overall, Viet people can be considered the best looking since they have natural double eyelid, their noses are also higher than the other ethnic. It just that they did not pay enough attention on their skincare, makeup... And you see Michele Phan? She's full Viet, nature and pretty. I mean each ethnic has good and not-so-good looking people. We are not all blessed by God anyway, right?

The part I bolded is not true. In fact, a lot of viet people tend to have big and/or flat noses... (im vietnamese btw).

I dont think vietnamese tend to be the best looking out of all the asian countries. We have our share of good looking and bad looking people. Same with other countries.

I actually hear a lot of people claiming that vietnamese tend to be ugly. But whatever floats their boats.
