The photo of Jihyun and Joongki hugging makes me so happy. I saw it last night but was too overwhelmed to even comment (I was just screaming inside my head). Ever since I've learned they knew each other and seemed to have a good sunbae-hoobae relationship--as evidenced by Joongki's presence in her wedding and him saying she cooks well--I have always wished I could see them together doing things. Like a CF (there was that Coupang one where they did not interact but Joongki was the one narrating a version her CF) or a movie (he mentioned in an interview before that he'd like to do a melo with Jihyun).

Hugging in airports is good too. ^^ It gives me happy feels. And if you're asking if I ship them, no. They're just two of my favorite actors and I'm very happy to see them together.

Although Insung oppa, come on... not even a hug for Jihyun too?

Jun Ji Hyun modeled outfits from Gucci's Pre-Fall 2015 collection in the April issue of Elle. One of her most memorable looks was a sleeveless blue gown with a splattered painting print. The feature that truly made the gown special was the random sprinkles of glitter on the bodice, which gave the modern evening gown a classic makeover.

Jun Ji Hyun Is A Killer In Her New Film

Jun Ji Hyun’s last role as Hallyu star Chun Song Yi in “You Who Came From The Stars” was often comical. Her new role is dead serious. In her soon-to-be-released film “Assassination” she plays sniper Ahn Ok Yoon.

Ahn Ok Yoon is the leader of an assassin group fighting for Korean independence. The film's story is set Seoul, Manchuria and Shanghai during the 1930s when Japan ruled Korea. At that time many Korean resistance fighters were stationed in China so they could operate without interference from Japanese authorities. But that did not always mean they were safe. When orders come down to assassinate a prominent Japanese army commander, those in charge decide that Ahn Ok Yun is the right assassin for the job. There was only one problem. Ahn was locked inside a Shanghai prison where she was sentenced to die. To ensure that she can carry out her assignment, they must first break her out of jail.

Getting out of prison does not mean that Ahn Ok Yoon is safe. She does not know that one of her comrades is an undercover agent for the Japanese. Ha Jung Woo plays the gun for hire and undercover agent known as Hawaii Pistol. He has orders to kill Ahn Ok Yun.

Ahn takes her orders from Yeom Suk Jin, played by Lee Jung Jae, an agent for the Korean interim government. Choi Jin Woong plays Ahn’s right-hand man and firearms specialist Soksapo. Oh Dal Su will play another resistance fighter on her team.

If the success of the film’s trailer is any indication, the film should sell a lot of tickets. When the visually stunning trailer was first released, it received over 500,000 views on Naver in a single day.

The film reunites Jun Ji Hyun with two previous co-stars and a director she enjoyed working with. It offered her another chance to act with Lee Jung Jae, who appeared in her previous film “The Thieves. And it provided a reunion with Ha Jung Woo, whom she co-starred with in “Berlin File.” Choi Dong Hoon, who directed “The Thieves” and “Tazza” The High Rollers,” is also the director for “Assassination,” which has a release date in July.

The track record of the previous Jun-Lee-Choi collaboration “The Thieves” also bodes well for the success of “Asssassination.” The 2012 caper film became the second most viewed Korean film of all time.

CHEON SONG YI COSMETICS MARKET, CLOSE TO MY LOVE FROM THE STAR'S JEON JI HYUN

KOSDAQ-listed companies NTPIA and Forencos have partnered to manufacture and sell 'Cheon Song Yi Cosmetics'. The brand is named after the heroine of last year's SBS Drama 'My Love From The Star'. They plan to launch the Cheon Song Yi Cosmetics in China. The companies will produce various products such as the 'My Love From The Star Face Mask', 'Cheon Song Yi Lipstick', and the 'Cheon Song Yi Eyeliner'. NTPIA and Forencos recently released products bearing the names of popular girl group Sistar such as 'Dasom Cream' and 'Soyou Tint' in China.

LEE JUNG JAE, JEON JI HYUN, AND HA JUNG WOO 'ASSASSINATION' FILM STILLS RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC

The director of 'Tazza' and 'Thieves' returns with the film 'Assassination' which premieres in July.

Released film stills of lead actors Jeon Ji Hyun, Lee Jung Jae, and Ha Jung Woo in character has raised anticipation for the upcoming film. Lee Jung Jae who plays interim government agent Yeom Seok Jon captures a laid-back charisma. As sniper Ahn Ok Yun, Jeon Ji Hyun is attempting to change her iconic refined image. Ha Jung Woo playing contract killer, Hawaii Pistol, brings tension with his intense gaze. The group is also made up of Choi Jin Woong as Soksapo, Choi Deok Mun as Hwang Deok Sam, and Oh Dal Su as Hawaii Pistol's partner, Pomade.

The film which takes place in Shanghai in 1933 tells the story of independence fighters and an interim government agent who carry out an assassination plot and the contract killer who is chasing them. The film is scheduled to be released in July.

​There was a post before in 2012 that they were spotted having lunch after SJK had wrapped up filming Innocent Man/Nice Guy. If it was true, looked like JJH's advice might have a slight influence on SJK's decision.
