So Taec goes from Gui Gui (her name means phantom/ghost right?) in GWGM to a drama where the girl sees ghosts?! that just cracks me up... there has to be some sort of literary device to explain this... irony? -

did anyone notice that in some of the later making videos, she refers to him as "taec", whereas in the earlier eps, she seemed to call him oppa? correct me if I am wrong...

@angelangie -- looked through those MVs (thanks!) and all I could think was she has amazing chemistry with Taec. the MVs seem so bland in comparison.. Am I thinking too much? Wait, I am asking the question to the wrong group right?

I don't get the whole anti-fan attitude -- if you don't like something, why are you watching it? just fast forward or change the channel!! plus, its not like there's a competition between the two couples on who is better. if you prefer one over the other, fine. but no need to bash the other couple right? these actors are also people and are working hard. as for who is real and who is fake -- this is a show; we are all like grannys sitting on the sidewalk commenting on the couples in the park and saying, "oh these kids are so cute." what happens between them is between them -- we just wish them well and think they are super cute together but they are entitled to their own personal lives right? that said, waiting eagerly for friday! -
I was re-watching some of the earlier eps for fun and it is interesting that in the first ep, he says he feels like her father/brother and she is so different from any of his peers. she kept mangling her korean and called him oppa, appa, appuji, ajusshi, yeobo and he had to tell her, "oppa!" he also described her as energetic, happy-go-lucky and like a cute puppy kind of feeling! in the BTS, after meeting her, he says that they won't be one of those couples that go by the book and there will be full of surprises.. he is spot on -- they (definitely he) have been given a script but she sort of does randomly funny things like putting the cake in the oven that make it a fun show.. even the crew seem to really like her from the beginning-- one of the crew members (not sure who it was) said she is very bright and fresh and her clueless side is very entertaining..

so the first few making videos were not subbed; went back and found subbed versions of it and they are hysterical.. in the wedding shoot (ep 4), the following pic was taken and they showed how it was done.. the photographer kept urging them to move closer. afterwards, the photographer is asked how it went and he says, "the models were good. they are less awkward now. it would have been good if the lips met" ?!?! such a wicked photographer!

thanks @ozzy for sharing that.. It is definitely interesting to hear that from a guy's perspective. I was sort of thinking like you.. Now it makes sense why his team members keep teasing him and have this inside joke.. we don't know if anything happened or will happen, but his team knows that he is interested but is trying to act cool! -

@ambass -- I was wondering the same thing... she is trying hard and she is a performer but she seems a bit stressed and bit low key. perhaps, it was happening around that time and she still needs to film.. -

Do keep posting news/videos -- am really intrigued on why the team members keep teasing Taec. wonder what is the inside joke? did he tell them that he thought she was cute or something?

love Gui Gui's klutzy moments; the show is scripted but her klutzy moments break the script and end up with amusing expressions and reactions from Taec. You then see his inner dork come out -- otherwise, he is trying hard to act as the nonchalant and cool host.. As the eps progress, you see his more honest reactions and his genuine laughter; he seems to be really enjoying himself and has found a comfortable groove.

@robotbunny - a question since I am not familiar with Mandarin; is this "Him" a specific/special way to refer to husband/boyfriend/someone special? As in, normal guys would be referred to in a different "Him"??
