I also have watched Princess Agent, beautiful story and casts but awful in middle-to-end plot which dragged low paced plot in the middle, rushed in the end and end up with clif hanger, and no s2 sigh.
Yes i also like strong female character that can survive in any kind of situation. That is why i like SS, she is a strong girl although she can not martial or cultivation.
Yeah, thats what i thought. I did rubb ( scroll up and down ) my gadget! Lol Although, she can't Martial but she cultivate Buddha together with NQ. Oppps, spoiler alert. Lol. And yeah. She doesn't need to martial nor cultivate because her power of beyond limit. She can just flick her pinky finger and the whole EN world will turn into ashes.

You have a point. Basically, seeing all this historical drama made us realized how lucky we are for not born during this period where life status is a must. Where slaves and treated inhumanely and killing people is just for fun.

Yassss! After almost 2 months of sleepless night, and a heavy eyebags, I finally finished the Yoda Translated novel! Lol! I wonder how I kept my sanity with all those messed up wordings but I guess it was the thought of NQ and SS being together at the end! Haha. Their Endless love keeps me sane throughout the whole journey. Hahaha

Y'all has FBI skills in digging! Hahaha. I followed him on Instagram. He created a new profile too. I don't know if it's legit or not but his other profile followed the new one so did I. Lol. And yes, I don't like the flowery fashion too but that's where the money comes from so I guess we are just going to bear with it. Anyhow, Im hoping he will get more project just like how SS have gotten a lot. But as the look of it, he is pretty selective and his standard is quite high so we'll just see.

C’mon….Less than 4 episodes left of the series and we literally don’t see her for an entire episode? Um, why? And in one of the episodes, she has less screen time and talking time than YHY?

Since MSS got out of the picture, the production team has rarely given moments between NQ&SS a backing soundtrack. Every sweet scene with NQ&MSS and NY&YHY gets a “oh-my-flutter-in-my-stomach” song and lovey dovey looks. But scenes with NQ&SS are way too brief.

I just adore SYR as SS. She’s amazing and so adorable. I’m so happy she’s not the typical looking female lead.
On this season-
Song Yi Ren is amazing as Sangsang. And Chen Fei Yu did an incredible job as Ning Que. I will really miss this duo. I wish they had more screen time in the last few episodes. Looking back, those first few episodes with them feel so nostalgic, pure, and magical.

The actor for Long Qing was amazing! And he is very well built lol! I hope he comes back for season 2 because it helps with the cohesion even if the male lead changes.

I agree that the production team kind of butchered their romance a bit because of the emphasis on the other characters. I wished CFY had also made googly eyes at SS as he did with the others. Or a look of relief/gratitude during some of their later scenes because it like he was really her master.

Why did they make YHY into a love sap? One of the good things about here in the first part of this novel is that she thinks NQ is a pile of crap.

Obviously, we needed more NQ&SS scenes in the later episodes. You could even just show them slurping their noodles for 5 minutes straight and no one would complain.
On SangSang in Season 2:-

She is a freaking living version of Google Maps and is the key reason why NQ is able to shoot XH and win during his battle.

She needs more screen time. She could be washing vegetables for all I care. It’s just not cool how the female lead has less speaking time and I feel like screen time than the other female leads. Like MSS had like 10 episodes with 10+ minutes in each. I think SS is usually in just 1 or 2 scenes and they are too brief.
On Season 2:-
I will watch Season 2. I, for the most part, really like the plot. If they keep the same: Director, SYR, Second Brother, CPP—I’m in. I’m kind of upset at the changes they’ve made, but it sort of balances out with the sweet additions they added with SS&NQ. They followed the story better than most adaptations. The cinematography was great, casting & acting caliber was amazing, and the soundtrack is magical. While I am a proud member of TEAM PETTY AF and want to boycott this on the fact that we get a new NQ, I need to give this outstanding production team a chance. Dylan Wang, in my book, was terrible in Meteor Garden while also having some redeeming scenes, but I am hoping he really improves. And with that...

I want more sweet scenes between SS&NQ. I hope DW makes NQ to be more endearing to SS like how he is in the novel. I thought DW in Meteor Garden was great when it came to caring and thoughtful scenes with the female lead. I hope he doesn’t that exude that high and mighty exterior that I found CFY to have in the later episodes with SS. I’m pretty optimistic about this people lol.

NQ is definitely not my favorite character in the book. Hell, of any book of that matter. His ONLY redeeming quality is his love for SS. I can take him being shameless, but he is way too flirtatious and is tempted (you can argue even does tempt) with the other ladies. Please change this in the drama lol. You gave us unnecessary and nonexistent NQ&MSS/NQ&YHY arcs. Please give us a more loyal Ning Que! LOL

When I first saw LQ with flower addict I thought they would have a love story. Thought that's nice but then when he "killed" when trying to become Fuzi's disciple I thought that ship sunk fast. I really dislike LQ. He is too full of himself/arrogant and does not know how to love.
I sometimes wish SS had gotten attention from another handsome guy in the drama. It would have been interesting to see NQ's reaction. Kinda to get a taste of his own medicine after what he unintentionally put her through with MSS. Oh well we won't be getting that. I am only speaking about it happening in the drama cause in the novel the whole thing with MSS wasn't bad.
I wouldn't have minded LQ interest for her if it was for the right reasons. However, with a jerk like that no way. LQ can stay far away from SS.
He's interested with her since he lost to her on the drinking game. He got more interested because NQ told him that he is very ambitious for wanting to have SS which he would never allow. He got more persistent when he offered NQ some lands and state in exchange of SS but NQ firmly refused. Therefore, he concluded that SS is very important to NQ and he wanted to take that away from him. Let alone he wanted to become the protector of the daughter of He'll as well.

I started watching the drama very recently which is why I joined the forum. Started with NingSang scenes from ep 46 and waiting on subs. In the meantime I did start from ep 1 and now on ep 23. So I am way behind.
Like I said I love spoilers. Still reading the novel is kinda affecting the drama for me as I find myself comparing the two.
I don't blame you for feeling that way. I to in my world of wuxia, everything else matter not. I only care about SS and NQ, LQ and YHY that's why I skip most of the episode. If I were you, you ready the novel first since the translation of the drama is way too late. Not unless you understand Chinese. But yeah, if you read the novel before watching the show, you will be able to fill up the scene you were unsatisfied about to your own satisfaction.

I just found out NQ asked YHY to take care of SS if anything happens to him. Wth?? Why on earth would he ask someone he doesn't even trust himself to do that? I'm sorry that's just ridiculous. He can just ask his brothers and sisters from the academy to do so. Those are the people who he can truly trust. Jun Mo would definitely do it cause he actually cares for SS.
Maybe he did it out of desperation to keep.SS protected which I guess would be understandable.
Because NQ trusted her so much despite of them trying to kill each other. He knows how powerful YHY is and only her can protect SS as how NQ protected her. And remember, SS and YHY has become close too and bonded together at the lake house before. She even taught her how to cultivate.

NQ has always fascinated by YHY and he always fantasizing her in some scene. But, if I'm not mistaken, I read at some point that he said he just like her beauty/body but has no inter3st beyond that. And also, I believe SS knew NQ fantasy and has no probl3m about it. In fact they both likes how gorgeous she is and they love her body. That is their reaction when she strip naked in front of them. Lol

But really, the last chapter, YHY has to pull a MSS and make a move? One of the reasons why I’ve like her in the past was that she was respectful of NQ&SS.

Spoiler@littlemissmiss Please don't sweat on it. YHY has soared NQ and SS lives many times so I think IMO him kissing NQ and a return kiss from him is well deserved. And also, we all knew how shameless NQ is and SS accept3d him as what he is and his skyrocketed hormones. Lol. I believe that SS will have no problem about it because she likes her and YHY goddess like body was her and NQ greatly adored. Lol
