I am equally thankful to everyone who supported the project, financially or morally. So thank you.

And since you brought this up, just to answer your question, the plan went on as promised. All the gifts were brought to the party early and was set up nicely. We haven't posted photos yet cause you know yesterday was a busy day for fans watching out for updates. We will do so when everything has settled down and will be sure to share them here.

Sorry, just came here to butt in, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ALML? OR TO SHIN HYESUN? You expecting too much and get disappointed! And Who's problem is that? Gosh! It's your fault and now, your blaming everyone for being the worst show? Are you blind?

If you were true fans of shin hye sun, instead of being too critical, get a life and please appreciate 1st her HARD WORK before criticizing her!

  3. What is it about proving ALML her worst project? Why are y'all obsessing over this? You really think she didn't get any other offers other than ALML? Is that it? That she had no other choice but this? Or maybe you think she actually did a bad life decision choosing this among others? Believe me, Ive had moments where I wanted to criticise ALML so bad, but looking at where it brought SHS overpowers this force in me to even say anything against it. Because I'm a fan of her before anything else. And I chose to trust her in this. I wouldnt say this is better than her old dramas because it isn't, but the effort she put into this has outdone everything else!

Now I'm not saying you should do the same thing. Your feelings, your opinions are yours and I respect that. But I honestly feel offended for her for choosing to do this, for myself because I'm actually enjoying watching her on ALML. Maybe you think we're fools or idiots or stupid to even enjoy the show, and i dont know why but somehow I imagine you guys laughing at us for liking the worst drama of the year. But looking at how much she's grown in all aspects of her career, I still stand by it being her most successful project by far. And maybe something better will come soon, but for now, I am grateful she even had the chance to play this role.

  4. ALML is flawed, we all know that. It isn't the best drama out there. It's not everyone's cup of tea. Heck SHS can always do thriller but do I say it's her worst just because it isn't my preference? The fact that it is getting so much love internationally speaks volumes. I'd say it is one of her most successful projects so far. How is that bad? Because it's RomCom? I'm not here to argue but to me, a drama's success isn't just about what character the lead is playing, or what the plot is about. If so many people are enjoying it, giving it so much praise regardless of the plot holes, regardless of how inconsistent the narrative and the character development is, that it keeps trending, people talk about it, it takes no 1 or no 2 spot in ratings, aren't these measures of success too? People see right through these flaws because they enjoy it.  If this is really is a miss in her career, we'll probably know that if she doesnt get any recognition by the end of the year. But I know for sure that SHS gained so many new supporters through this drama. The boost in her IG followers (100k in what, 2 months?) says a lot. So many people are now looking forward to watching her old dramas and her next projects. If that isn't progress for her career then I don't know what is.

  5. 3 Reasons Why Shin Hye Sun Is A Perfect Fit For Her Character In “Angel’s Last Mission: Love”

3 Reasons Why Shin Hye Sun Is A Perfect Fit For Her Character In “Angel’s Last Mission: Love”

Actress Shin Hye Sun has continued to impress with her acting in “Angel’s Last Mission: Love.”

The drama tells the story of a ballerina who doesn’t believe in love (Shin Hye Sun) and a troublemaker angel who becomes her Cupid (INFINITE’s L). The drama has shown solid viewership ratings in its Wednesday-Thursday time slot and recently received special recognition from the Korea Ballet Association.

Shin Hye Sun has been making a name for herself as a talented actress who brings out her own color in her characters but also immerses viewers into the story.

    Her commitment to physical acting

Shin Hye Sun has received praise for taking on a character who was both a former ballerina and is currently experiencing sight loss due to an accident. As soon as she was cast in the drama, the actress enrolled in ballet lessons and continued taking lessons even when filming began. To date, she has undergone six months of hardcore ballet practice, fitting in lessons around her busy filming schedule.

She has also impressed with her ability to portray a woman undergoing sight loss, which involves careful placing of the gaze. Before filming began, she attended art installations that mimicked the experience of living with blindness in order to understand her character’s point of view.

Her ability to play two different roles

Shin Hye Sun’s character, Lee Yeon Seo, is an heiress who loses both her parents, her sight, and her career in a single accident. She cannot trust anyone around her because they are only after her money, and she becomes coldhearted and cynical as a result. However, Shin Hye Sun also plays another role in the drama, Choi Sul Hee, who is Ji Kang Woo (Lee Dong Gun)’s former lover. Choi Sul Hee looks exactly like Lee Yeon Seo, but has a very different personality. Although Choi Sul Hee only appeared briefly in the drama, viewers were shocked at the transformation in Shin Hye Sun as a freewheeling ballerina who danced in the streets and spoke fluent English.

    Her careful character analysis

Lee Yeon Seo undergoes a lot of changes in the drama, and Shin Hye Sun was able to make these changes believable with her acting. She is able to transmit excitement, happiness, sadness, and uncertainty in a character who first keeps up a cold mask before meeting the angel Dan. She is even able to transmit Lee Yeon Seo’s feelings through her performance in the ballet “Giselle,” making her the perfect fit for her character.

What are some times Shin Hye Sun has impressed you with her acting? Check out the latest episode of “Angel’s Last Mission: Love” below!

Hello everyone, I'm new here lol it is so great to finally find a place where I can share my feelings and thoughts with other SHS's fans. I am currently addicted to ALML. This drama is the first one I watch SHS as a main character. The chemistry between her and Myung Soo is just so crazy (I love it so much). Before this I actually knew about her from her minor roles in Oh My Ghost, Five Enough and She Was Pretty. Even with just such minor roles she got me thinking that oh wow she is really good at acting and she really knows how to make the characters she plays stand out to the audience. At that time I kept wondering why such a wonderful actress hasn't gotten any main roles yet. I am so glad that she became successful in just a few years after that. Some people may say that it is unlucky that her debut is kinda late compared to other actors/actresses because it took away her opportunities to play main role in rom-com dramas (which often requires the actress to be young and beautiful so that it can reach larger audience) and become more popular but I think it doesn't affect her much. Although she is not a superstar or a hallyu star (Not just yet) but she has proved that the audience can trust her acting. She put like 200% efforts in any projects that she does. Btw I really thought that she used to be a ballerina before going to acting before I found out that she had to practice in months to film ALML. Her performances on screen are so convincing and amazing. Also. I just love how every time she is paired with someone the chemistry between them is always so good.

And I wish th the food truck project earlier so I could make a contribution in showing the love we have for her as international fans

A very warm welcome to you! So happy to see more and more people supporting our sunshine!

A problem of rights: it's a KBS program so it was bought by Kocowa for North America at least.

Maybe it will appear on Netflix in the rest of the world.^_^

I don't think the language is the problem but rather her capacity to catch the attention of the independent filmakers, who usually got  this kind of nominations for their work.

Her filmography especially her last two years projects  took her away from this kind of collaboration.

Thank you @immorethant for the fanarts: they are so pretty!

    Who's the angel?

You know what's funny though was I thought Kocowa was a blog or something and I've been salty about how lucky this fanblogger is to be able to get close to SHS!!! LMAO
