  1. Yes @cheerkoo, Yoon Ji  married a dentist in September of 2014 and gave birth to a daughter about a year ago. There is a picture of her and her baby on the last page of her thread her in Soompi. I've been watching her drama (a daily scheduled for 120 episodes), which follows the general daily drama formula,, but is well acted with a great cast of both new and familiar faces. She's just as good as ever in it and will undoubtedly be in line for another award when all is said and done. You can see her and the baby here:

  2. A reunion of Goo Hye Sun with the senior actor (Kang Nam-Kil) who played her future, though not to be as the story played out, father in law in Pure 19. He ended up being Lee Yoon Ji's father in law when her character married his son's character. Another reunion of cast members from that drama is currently playing out as Lee Yoon Ji's mother in law from the series (Kim Mi-kyung) is featured as the evil villainess in Yoon Ji's drama, Person Who Gives Happiness. The small world that is Korean drama. :)

Can't wait to see her new drama! Thanks again to all you faithful Sunnies who keep us informed in both pictures and words...

  3. So the girl of a thousand faces believes that she only has one and that the flower boys of BOF were the reason for it's enormous success. Anything you say, Hye Sun, but I'll bet that the boys have a different opinion of the matter. I know I do... ;)

    Thanks for the translation, @cheerkoo:wub:

  4. I'm starting to find myself telling Sua, through the screen, not to bite her fingernails. :tears: Looking forward to seeing the Lee family interact with the three babies and their dads. The clips look really sweet. The scenes with the twins and those very tame raccoons were also delightful. I've known many cats that I wouldn't trust around kids of any size. Those two little critters were just like friendly dogs. :)

  5. After watching a english subbed fan copy of episode 150, I have to say that I've really grown tired of Lee Dong Gook's glee every time that he succeeds in making Daebak, or one of his other kids, cry. He is a good father and his kids will grow up strong but should save the bullying and needling for when they are better able to defend themselves. Laughing at your kids when they are scared or confused is a but unsavory to watch. :( The Beagle sisters continue to impress me. Seola's motherly influence and Sua's physical strength and her ability to charm those around with her sweetness and attention to detail are among the show's highlights for me. All of the kids family of five seem destined for success. As always, the bond between the Soda siblings, particularly the maturity of big sister, is endearing in so many ways. Still waiting for words to come gushing out of Rohui's mouth. She's very aware of her surroundings and so very cute. I like the babies, but miss seeing Rohui during her weeks off. One a side note, I'd really like to see Eugene in another drama soon. I'm happy to see her showing up in the show whenever she appears. :)

  6. Thanks to all Sunnies who have continued to hunt down articles and pictures (@khs7, @yonghwha, etc.) and to @cheerkoo for providing us with the many invaluable translations regarding our incredible fairy princess and her goings on. :)  Although all of us share in our wishes for her to become active in the drama world as soon as possible, our Goo Hye Sun continues to make us proud with her pure and large heart and her never ending mission to make the world a better place for those less fortunate. Seeing her beautiful face radiating that inner glow that is impossible for either her, or her husband, to conceal makes our collective hearts skip a beat as we see the happiness that these two made for each other people share for each other. Impossibly, she actually seems to have become even more and more lovely as he progresses through her life's milestones. I imagine this will become even greater magnified once she becomes the mother to some impossibly cute child....

Thanks again Sunnies! You are the best!!!

  7. I've been watching Ha Eun's mom in her drama, Secrets of Women. Her character (Kang Jiyoo) has just gotten her memory back and has made the transition to be able to stand on her own two feet. Much like the picture of Ha Eun shared by @kjmcth. :)

P.S. Rohui continues to provide an abundance of cuteness with each passing day. I'll hope that she'll be talking to us soon...

I don't think i've seen any baby on the show grow as exponentially cute as Rohee did from the start of the show until now. Her facial expressions -- whether curious, sad, happy, playful, or even hungry, is making me "awww" up a storm. I hope others feel the same, as she received quite a bit of criticism when she first joined the show. Now she's one of the most entertaining on the show, albeit we barely have enough footage of her. Makes her parts that much more special.

I agree about Rohui, whose cuteness is a given since she's the mirror image of Eugene at the same age. She appears very adventurous, smart, and wide-eyed as all babies are. It will be great when she starts talking... :)

Seola was so cute in this episode. I loved her face as she was sneaking away from the tennis match. She has proving to be a really good big sister. She ran back to Daebak when he was too scared to come down the big step, she took great care of him at the soccer field, and she seemed so impressed when he knew the English word for dog. She also comforted Sua on the glass platform. Seola sometimes makes trouble, but she is clever and has a big heart.

I thought so, too. Seola continues to impress me with her protective care for her two younger siblings. Little Sua is so gentle, uncertain, and sensitive, and both Seola and Daebak appear to be aware of this. Both of them look out for her and are comforting when she's scared, uncertain, or sad. While I miss seeing Rohui, as she seems to only appear on about every other episode, I'm elated that more time is being allotted to the family of five who quickly won my heart and continue to provide amusement and enlightenment through their antics and warmth for each other.

  10. I don't find anything about this precocious three year old (Seola) to be extreme or worthy of punishment. We only see what the directors allow us to witness, and in some cases (like the upcoming rice on the floor scene), it appears that the the Beagle Sisters are being set up to provide entertainment with their antics. Unless there is a learning curve problem with the parents, you'd have thought that the puffed rice left open for the little ones in that earlier episode would have shown that extra precautions be taken as are needed with these curious little tykes. Seola is very smart, protective, and inventive in her responses, and actions, and dad is aware that his daughter has a sweet soul and can't help but be entertained by her as any father usually is. Men are putty in the hands of females, of all ages, as we all know. There is nothing new under the sun. Seola has a large family who will be ever vigilant is molding her behavior as she moves along and she will be just fine, in my opinion. Every family has one child who tends to have more than enough personality and spunk to go around. In the Lee Dong-guk family it is clearly her. She remains the main reason why this fan looks forward to each episode with anticipation is never let down by what transpires. :)

  11. Just as radiant and beautiful as always! I hope that she'll be returning to the small screen soon. So many beautiful K-drama moms and babies out there. I wish that they'd do a female version of The Return of Superman so that we could see all of those pretty moms and their babies exploring and learning together. :)

  12. Although Seola continues to be my favorite kid to watch on the the show (along with little Rohui who is not only cute and smart, but the chance to get an infrequent glimpse of Eugene is an an option that I look forward to ;) ), Sua is just such a sweet and pretty child, isn't she? I'm hoping that the sisters will remain as close as they are, and that the five will always be as quickly to come to each other's id and comfort as they do now.

The one complaint that I have with the show, parents, culture, or whatever source is responsible is this "Who do you like better?" garbage.  Is it really necessary to pit the kids, parents, and siblings against each other in these absurd contests guaranteed to have someone's self esteem ending up possibly permanently damaged? Get a clue, grown ups... :(

  13. The five siblings family is one great unit and is very fortunate to have each other as siblings. Both Sua and Daebak will forever have the fiercely loyal Seola in their corner. Sua is gentle and kind and having Seola on at her side will be very helpful as the twins go through life's travels together. All of these kids are treat to watch. I can't wait to hear Rohui speak and to see some play dates between the families in future episodes. I'm sorry for those who choose up sides between their favorites on Return of Superman. All of these kids, and their families, are precious and entertaining. :)

  14. As one of the loyal, longtime Sunnies I can assure all that I haven't forsaken our princess and am elated that she will begin this new chapter of her life. The business of my own life has kept me running between new and old residences and I haven't been able to join in with things lately, but am happy, and grateful, for those who have continued to update us with pictures and insights regarding the couple and our beautiful bride . My wish for this couple is that they take a few years to enjoy each other and continue to work of their careers, and never ending (in the case of GHS ;)) activities before beginning to build a family of their own. A few years of wedded bliss followed by at least a boy and a girl to carry on with their united bloodlines. Thanks again to all Sunnies out there and long life and happiness to the bride and groom, their extended families and it's future additions... :)

  15. The new baby is very cute and what a full head of hair she has! Little Rohee is also the cutest thing. When she bursts into that smile, she'll steal your heart just like the fairy princess who bore her. As always, each of these kids, and their adult interactors, are a treat to watch. Grown men will melt in the presence of small children. It allows us to go back in time ourselves and to become our former selves... :)

  16. The show is doing fine. The ratings are fine. As some get off the bus, others get on. I enjoy watching the babies grow through these fast moving stages from crawling to talking and interacting with others, to seeing their young minds getting to know the world that is so new to them. It's generally the same camps that do most of the complaining about a show that they no longer watch and are bitter because their favorite families decided to pull out of the show and move on with their lives to allow their children to live theirs away from the eye of the camera. Some people are just always looking for a reason to complain. There are many options out there for us all. If I don't like the music, I don't listen to the band. What is boring to some may yet fascinate and bring a smile to the faces of others. Live and let live... :)

  17. I wish that they'd stop putting their kids through these sure-fire crying segments with "traditional teachers." It's bad enough that the bodily function theme hasn't gone away, but torturing your kids for the sake of the camera is cruel and unnecessary. Kids are are treated way too gently these days to expose them to things so far out of the norm, and away from their parents where they don't feel safe. I've never seen the Soda kids act anything but (especially in the case of the big sister) sweet. Why do we need to see them in tears?
