JUN JI HYUN will attend Gucci event in Taiwan on Friday!!!

Summary:

- The event will be held at the Mandrain Oriental Hotel in Taipei.

- This is her first visit to Taiwan ever since the end of the highly popular TV series "the Stars".

- After negotiation for several months, Jun Ji Hyun finally agreed to go to Taiwan.  She will be staying in Taiwan for 3 days.  She will arrive Taiwan on 24/07 and attend the event on 25/7 and leave Taiwan on 26/7.  She will reside at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel througout her trip.

- Gucci didn't reveal the fee for inviting Jun Ji Hyun.  It's believed to be a very huge amount.

- She will walk the red carpet with the successor of Fiat, Lapo Elkann.

- This is a big event for Gucci in Asia-Pacific since their last time in Taiwan four years ago.  It's predicted that 900 guests will be invited and Asia press including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea will also be invited to watch the fashion show.

Jun Ji Hyun’s income from advertisements and endorsements since starring in the popularSBS drama “Man from the Stars” added up to more than 20 billion KRW (~$2 million USD), according to the first broadcast of Channel A’s new program “Dominant 7.” The episode aired on July 20. 

Featuring Jun Ji Hyun as the endorsement model for various brands and companies has had a great influence on their sales numbers, which have continued to climb rapidly. Almost every single one of the actress’s CFs (commercial film), from the catch phrases to her dancing, became a hit and received much attention from the public. 

After gaining even more popularity from starring in “Man from the Stars,” it has been estimated that she earned over 20 billion KRW through many different advertisements, including CFs for jeans and drinks.

“Dominant 7,” hosted by the members of Cultwo, airs every Monday at 7:30 PM (KST).

In attracting oversea tourists, she is as a pioneer.

All those netizens with their hate comments are NOT the same people buying US$300-1000 rouge&lounge bags. Or purchasing the skincare, makeup, or clothes that she either endorses or wears. Dispatch and knetz should really read the business sections of their newspapers not just the entertainment section. All of the companies in which JJH is the CF model have increase their sales in the last few months. Amore Pacific has seen increased sale numbers not just in Korea but in Chinese speaking countries. Rouge&lounge earned more in the past few months than they did all of last year. Caffe Bene had major layoffs and reduced the executive salaries because the Korean market is not doing too well. With the popularity of JJH and KSH in China, Caffe Bene is hoping better luck by expanding globally. As for the Gucci Kloud beer controversy, I can't wait to hear their reaction when JJH goes to Taiwan as a special guest of Gucci.cr: Dispatch
