His working hours are 9:00~17:00 (Korea).
Usually he arrived at his working place at 8:30 ~ 9:00.

But if you want to stand at a good place, maybe you should arrive before 8:00. 

And heard that he was almost not absent from work. But like these 2 days, he was assigned to work outside.

Hi gtLmh, I do agree with you - we have not missed every single of his pictures, too aside from those Korea holidays like Chuseok & when he's assigned to work outside. Thanks for the info that for (2) days he's again working outside.....

Personal Taste - Episode 2

Gae In discovers that In Hee, her friend of ten years, was the one her boyfriend, Chang Ryul, was getting married to. Young Seon defends her friend Gae In from the fierce In Hee, but was then escorted out of the hall with Gae In. They were detained in a room where the sound control system of the building is, which was then played with by Young Seon’s son. As Gae In recollected what just happened, her voice was accidentally broadcasted all over the building, which then created a fiasco and halted Chang Ryul and In Hee’s wedding, including that of another couple. On their way out, Gae In encounters In Hee, and due to the latter’s rudeness, Young Seon slaps her in the face.

Meanwhile, Jin Ho sees Director Choi leave the hall, who was the reason why he attended the wedding to begin with. He plots an accident on Director Choi’s car, and succeeds in getting his attention, as well as an appointment with his group.

 

 

In the parking lot, In Hee breaks up with Chang Ryul, who then gets disowned by his father. On the other hand, In Hee leaves Young Seon and wanders off alone. As she crosses the road and disrupts traffic, Jin Ho and Sang Jun see and pass by her.

 

Jin Ho and Sang Jun get back at their office, and kicks out Tae Hoon. He refuses, and offers in exchange information on the Sanggojae, which could get them the Dam Art Gallery project. Jin Ho agrees to find out more about the Sanggojae.

 

Meanwhile, outside the Sanggojae, loan sharks have been hunting Won Hu, who secretly took out a 10 million Won loan. Gae In learns about this, and is shocked to find out that the Sanggojae was pledged as collateral for the loan. Gae In is further devastated when she learns that her father is coming home three months earlier than scheduled. She resorts to talking to a guru over the phone, who foretells of an important figure, neither man nor woman, coming from the east who will open up her path. The door then suddenly rings, and thinking that it might be the important figure, she rushes to open the door, only to see some guy who she immediately recognizes as Sang Jun. She shuts the door.

Sang Jun then figures out that the daughter of Park Chul Han, the architect who built the Sanggojae, is the same girl who crashed Chang Ryul’s wedding. Sang Jun rushes to tell this to Jin Ho, and warns that they might have to give up on the project. Jin Ho, who just came from an uneasy encounter with Director Choi and Chairman Han, tells him instead that he will succeed no matter what.

 

He then visits Sanggojae, looks around, and takes photos. He is secretly watched by Won Ho, who in turn is seen by Gae In and Young Seon. Gae In, who just got back from a department store with a truck of her unsold furniture, hops off the truck and chases Won Ho. Jin Ho sees them, and pursues Won Ho for Gae In.

 

They corner Won Ho, she coaxes him to give her what is left of the money he took, but then he confesses that he spent it all. She is devastated, but treats Won Ho to lunch anyway when she hears his stomach rumbling. As Won Ho is eating, she tells him that her father would be arriving three months earlier, and that she would have to sublet In Hee’s room. Jin Ho overhears this. Won Ho then stands up to go to the bathroom, but then runs away. Jin Ho, annoyed with Gae In being all too trustful, takes her to the hospital instead to have her injury treated.

 

He pays off her hospital bill and takes her home. She is suspicious of his nice gestures, so he tells her to just say “thank you” in such times. But if she really is that thankful, she can sublet a room at the Sanggojae to him, as he is looking for a new place. She is reluctant to this arrangement, but with him learning about the Sanggojae being a collateral for a loan, he pushes further the idea. Young Seon sees them, and convinces Gae In for him, saying that a “gay roommate is really fantastic.”

 

Young Seon succeeds, and they let him in to take a look around the Sanggojae. That night, Jin Ho and Sang Jun arrive for the signing of the contracts. Gae In emphasizes the house rules, particularly the non-taking of film and pictures. On the other hand, Jin Ho declares his own conditions, particularly on keeping a neat and clean environment. Irked, she warns him against entering the areas other than the room he is subletting and the areas they share.

 

While Sang Jun helps Jin Ho fix his new room, Jin Ho gets a scratch on his leg. Sang Jun treats it casually, but Young Seon gets a different idea as she eavesdrops on the two.

Later that night, Jin Ho takes a look around the house, and sees a room with some blueprint. He sneaks in and looks at the blueprint intently, but is disrupted by a phone call. Gae In sees him, and threatens him with a chainsaw. He screeches and scrambles his way out of the room.

 

In Hee suddenly arrives at Sanggojae, with the intention of moving back in. She gets into an argument with Gae In. It escalated into a hair-pulling fight, which disrupted Jin Ho. As Jin Ho opened his door, the two girls stop, and In Hee is surprised that Gae In quickly rented out her room, and to a guy. Jin Ho goes back to his room, and the two continue arguing on how In Hee steals guys. But Gae In says that this time, she won’t be able to steal Jin Ho… because he’s gay.

 

My Comments

I’m liking the story of this drama. So far, the story line which got Jin Ho and Gae In into their unusual situation is laid out nicely. I like how LMH and SYJ fit their characters perfectly. It’s interesting to see the dynamics between a neat and sensible guy and a quirky and gullible girl, living under one roof.

One funny scene I like is when Jin Ho sneaked into a room at the Sanggojae to see a blueprint. The usually composed Jin Ho was now in a tight situation, trying hard to reason out with Gae In his sneaking into that room, despite their agreement earlier. And when he screeched, I had to watch the scene again to check if I heard right. Yep, he did screech.  

I can’t help but notice the curly hair of the man from the department store. It sure looked like Gu Junpyo’s. And then I read from dramabeans that the nametag of that man reads, well, “Gu Junpyo.” Hah! Pay homage to the iconic curly hair.

I’m looking forward to see PT’s story unfold. A little disclaimer though with my recaps and comments – this is the first time that I would be watching PT.
