Lee Min Ho turns into an attorney in stills from 'The Legend of the Blue Sea'

Newly revealed still cuts of Lee Min Ho from his upcoming drama 'The Legend of the Blue Sea' has him posing as an attorney!

His real role in the drama is that of genius con man, so we'll have to wait for the drama to premiere to find out why he's dressed up in such a flattering suit, pretending to be an attorney. 

Opposite Lee Min Ho, actress Jun Ji Hyun will be playing the last mermaid on earth, who happens to cross paths with Lee Min Ho and begins adjusting to city life with him. The drama is set to air after 'Incarnation of Jealousy', on November 16.

“The Legend Of The Blue Sea” Releases First Official Stills Of Lee Min Ho

October 25, SBS’s upcoming drama “The Legend of the Blue Sea” — starring Lee Min Ho and Jun Ji Hyun — released new stills of Lee Min Ho’s genius character in one of his many disguises as a con artist.

In the stills, Heo Jun Jae (Lee Min Ho) is playing the part of a prosecutor hard at work, sleeves rolled up and tie pulled loose. A source from the drama said, “Heo Jun Jae’s transformation into a prosecutor is just a taste of what’s to come.”

“The Legend of the Blue Sea” airs on November 11 at 10 p.m. KST. Watch it exclusively on Viki!

Actor Lee Min-ho is back as smart and sexy.

He stars in the SBS drama "The Legend of the Blue Sea" as a Mensa member and genius fraud Heo Joon-jae.

Pictures were released on the 25th, of Lee Min-ho sitting at his desk and looking through various papers. He plays the part of a prosecutor who is hard at work. Also, the actor seems to be a natural at playing this part.

He has all the abilities required to play the part of a fraud and it's almost as he was born to play the part.

The first photos of the upcoming SBS drama “The Legend of the Blue Sea” were released Tuesday.

The stills show Lee as Heo Jun-jae who is posing as a prosecutor. Lee’s character is said to be a genius con-man capable of disguising himself to pull off intricate scams.

Production house Studio Dragon released the photos and a teaser image of Lee on the cover of a fictitious magazine to heighten anticipation for the drama. 

The drama revolves around the last remaining mermaid’s love, which dates back to the Joseon era. The production company hinted that there will be a lot of funny and cute scenes of actress Jun Ji-hyun, as she struggles to adjust to modern day Korea.

“The Legend of the Blue Sea” will premiere on Nov. 16 and will air every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 p.m.

The image shows Lee, who plays professional scam artist Heo Joon-jae, on the cover of the fictitious magazine, Trickster. The magazine cover also reveals that his character is a member of the high IQ society, Mensa. 

Last week, SBS released the first official trailer for the highly anticipated drama. It showed snippets of the picturesque Spanish coastline as well as some hints to the storyline. 

The drama is set to air every Wednesday and Thursday from Nov. 16, replacing “Jealousy Incarnate.”

Hi Myhun, also, thanks for sharing this here.  Wahhh.........”Legend of the Blue Sea” is taking an interesting approach to its first promotional character cut for its November issue from this magazine. This was a really clever way to present his character. Hahaha – very interesting because even if you  google to search this kind of magazine you can’t find it since it’s his drama still cut – LOL – This is FUN! Aish........if only this magazine had been real..... I like this. I wonder if Jeon Ji hyun will also get the same for her character. Maybe for “December” copy – hahaha - then a final copy in Jan. together. I loved how they played it!

Lee Min-ho on the set of ‘Legend of the Blue Sea’ in Spain

MYM Entertainment released photos of actor Lee Min-ho on the set of the upcoming SBS drama “The Legend of the Blue Sea” on Tuesday. 

The photos show Lee in a grey casual suit in the streets of Spain, one of the locations of the film. 

Production house Studio Dragon had also released stills of the drama earlier Tuesday, showing Lee as his character in the series, Heo Jun-jae. 

“The Legend of the Blue Sea” is set to premiere on Nov. 16.
