did everyone give up on season 4?

the preview of the season 4 during the graduation ceremony was pretty interesting.

yahh i kinda gave up after huang jin lun left.

--Did anyone watch the new show "Wu Lin Da Dao"? It's a new show for people who like dancing. Dancing Competition. But people enter as a group. It's...alright, I guess. Not bad.

I find it quiet interesting since i rather see chinese people dance over americans.

plus taiwan tv shows are always more interesting.

far out i'm so annoyed with this show now. LALA is damn good but errr how is she any different from from the beginning? Jing Lun is someone really worth admiring, you can tell how much effort he put towards this damn show then he gets punched in the face with xiao pang's remark. gosh man... xiao pang lao shi, think carefully before you say mini cooper like that......... HAO MA?

come to think of it, i think it's the only dancing competition in the whole taiwan. they don't have any TV broadcasted dancing shows that i know of

lala has a decent voice but i dont see her becoming really popular (to the likes of aska, jam & yoga)

i thought the last 5 were not particularly interesting to watch

u knew who was going to win and noone really put up anything extraordinary in the final

and by the standards of season 1 and 2, this season's standard was just too far off and plain

jin lun didnt do great in that ep and that's why he got kicked but he has by far the most potential from the top 10 to make it big

his voice is not the conventional pop voice but it's unique and that's important too

he sounded good when he chose the right songs

and he's so entertaining!

season 4 seems interesting with the koreans

will give it a go and hopefully it wont disappoint (even though zhang yu isnot going to be around as a judge anymore)

i agree with Huang Jing Lun's voice just not the market. I think he's great for just singing here and there for entertaining purposes, but the truth is though his voice is unique, it lacks power.

He's more fit to be an entertainer or host (since he's so well liked by the public), but as a singer? He wouldn't be able to make it, especially with so many other Xing Guang related male singers out in the showbiz like Aska, Jam, and Yoga. Based on singing alone, Huang Jing Lun stands no where close to these other three.

Best of luck to him, hopefully he'll find his niche.

haven't seen anything special in season 4.

The only person that i like is the one who was pk-ing Li Chu Ning. The kid that immitated Aska and Jam is pretty cool too.

for season 4 i think the ones with most potential is sun bi na (the korean girl) and zhang xing jie (the one with the deep voice).. but i still like season 1 better than the rest.. =)

They seem quite good and interesting to watch!!!

As for season 4 for Superstar, so far I think Suen Bi Na is alright.

I'm actually feeling more affinity with the Season 4 contestants

thus far in comparison with the Season 3 contestants.

My personal favorites right now are 吳德宏 and 許雨柔.

吳德宏's certainly an interesting character; his singing

skills are at a decent standard and he can tackle

a variety of music genres; ballads, rock songs, fast songs, etc ...

Plus he's got a quirky sense of humor ... he rarely smiles and

always looks like a bundle of nerves. I was laughing so hard at

his rendition of 三天三夜 in Chapter 3. His performance

of this "high" song was definitely a stark contrast to his

normal low-key personality.

許雨柔's got a good voice although her singing skills aren't

up to standard yet. But I do think that she has good potential

for improving a lot in the long run. Out of the 8 girl contestants

remaining, she appears to have the most character. I just happen

to find her somewhat attention-catching.

張涵雅's been playing it safe. Nothing spectacular from her yet.

洪千涵 seems to have a penchant for selecting songs that

don't agree with the image that she presents. A stark contrast

from what you might expect from her classical music background.

吳勇濱 is pretty likeable with his earnest attitude and mature

renditions of Minnan dialect songs. It's hard to believe that he's only 18!

Oh, and was 孫碧娜 and 梁一貞's octopus dance hilarious or what?

does anybody like the cantonese guy's voice?! i think his name is chen le xuan...i don't know why he isn't garnering alot of attention yet cause i think he has an AMAZING voice!! He has a khalil fong voice.

Also...who likes xia zheng feng (sorry i think thats how you spell it)...he is really talented but just needs to work on his singing.

I think this season is alot better than last season for some reason, more variety i guess.
