New Code Geass Gaiden: Boukoku no Akito Anime Series

According to this source and this source, this new Code Geass anime series will be entitled: Code Geass Gaiden: Boukoku no Akito. It will be written by Morita Shigeru and directed by Kazuki Akane. CLAMP is still doing the character designs.

Here is probably the summary of the series.

a.t.b.2017、欧州戦線に取り残された味方部隊救出のため、

生存確率5%の作戦にイレヴンの少年少女たちによる

ナイトメア部隊が 投入される。

a.t.b.2017, you take in the European Theater of Operations and for the friend unit rescue which is left, the [naitomea] unit by the boy girls of [irevun] in the maneuvers of existence probability 5% is thrown. In a broken world, we dream.

I don't know but if its a side story, why is Karen with Guilford and Cornelia?

Maybe its a continuation.. But I dont know..

^ 99% sure lelouch is dead

but the 1% still eats at me whenever i see or read anything about code geass

- either he got a second geass in his other eye, or became a god

- they never showed his funeral

- C.C.'s last words

- the paper bird in her carriage

- they never showed the face of her carriage driver

don't know...probably just wishful thinking that a true continuation to code geass is coming

best anime i've ever seen

the characters and story made me forget i started watching to see the mechs

great to hear about some new material

Even if Lulu is dead, the story can continue.

We still don't know about the origin of Geass and those images we see in C2's flashes aren't fully explained like the one where people were throwing rocks at the Geass sign, and those group of people with C2's mark.

^I might be wrong, but the anime never really clarified what it stood for. And it's not her real name. Remember that scene when C.C. told Lelouch and all we heard/saw was the water drop? So her identity is still hidden.

I loved code geass, I can't wait for the side story or continuation. I am a little worried too that they will mess it up because I loved the epic ending ! >.<

I'm a little otaku girl! I'm totally in love with this anime, and that includes Lelouche! He's so sexy, but yes, I do understand that he is a cartoon character. This anime included a lot of suspense and action which I loved! I was really excited watching this, it took me one whole day to finish series one then another whole day to finish series two. It was worth my time, and I definitely cried at the end.
