Someone here mentioned before..just google KBS2 Live stream you get a few links so just try any of those... so far it worked for me.. on laptop not phone though.

I go to www.kbs.co.kr and then click on "on Air". Select KBS2 and a player pops up. Then select KBS2 again (though that might not be required) and then press play when able to. I did find it laggy last week though so YMMV.

oh and on my machine this works best using Chrome.
