[Spoilers] 'Mrs. Cop' Kim Kap-soo recovers consciousness, will he reveal the truth

 

 

On the 12th episode of SBS Monday & Tuesday drama, 'Mrs. Cop', Park Dong-il (Kim Kap-soo) recovered consciousness.

Choi Yeongjin (Kim Hee-ae) asked him repeatedly "Is it true you killed my father?". However, Park Dong-il could not move his mouth.

Park Dong-il looked at Choi Yeongjin. He wanted to say, 'Because I wanted to kill Kang Tae-yoo (Son Byeong-ho) with my own hands, I haven't been able to tell you the truth. After I've completed my own mission, I was going to tell you everything. But this is the result. I'm very sorry". He only could think this because he could not speak.

Choi Yeongjin asked him, "Please try to blink your eyes". Park Dong-il tried to tell her the truth by blinking his eyes. But Choi Yeongjin might have missed this because she was asked to go out by a nurse at the time.

What is amazing about this drama is that all the characters good and bad ones cross each other's paths so frequently and just dont know the significance of it all. EX restaurant ahjumma coming to hospital and crossing paths with YJ/Mrs Cop and then leading her to the restaurant that Cheif Yeom and the Chairman meet at, also where the Chairman ran his car into the psycho runaway girl serial killer also where Secretary Yoon killed a man. Daebak.  I dont care what anyone says this writer writes dramas like an onion.  Just like an onion where there are many layers on top of layers of goodness and intrigue. 

The chief is in this crap so deep and he has anger issues...I dont think he will make it to the end of this drama.  He will have a heart attack before it ends. 

Is no one on this thread but me?  I'm so lonely tonight.  Its a little cold in here tonight.  BURRRRR!

Did anyone else laugh when YJ tasered secretary yoon I just BOL and almost wet my pants, its like the funniest thing EVER.  I hope it makes Soompi's Top 10 Kdrama moments of the week.

Just wanna add on to what you said above. It was so cute that YJ asking JH about the Madame Park, saying that he's attracted to the woman, good for him. But he replied he's not. YJ asked him why and is there someone he likes. JH said yes and YJ asked who then. Then sheepishly he said that someone now sitting besides him. YJ's priceless disbelieving look . I too like to see their interaction, so sexy and funny.

Yup @‌b2stsb2uty me too laughed out right at that scene. Wow if YJ know that its the evil chairman who killed her father, all hell breaks loose. But I think she suspected him or Dong Il managed to tell her the truth.

I'm guilty of lurking. I've been watching since episode one and been keeping up with the thread but not posting. I really like this drama so I'll come out of hiding. I love when YJ & JH flirt. I was dying during epi 11 when she asked if something was wrong with his yaaa know, lmao. First she says he has a bird chest, now this. He looks so insulted after she tries him. They always leave me in stitches.

I need to re-watch epi 11. But I finished epi 12 and all I can say for next week is boy do I have a feeling YJ is gonna be in hot water when she goes to work. I can already hear Chief Yeom SCREAMING at her. In other news: I want to punch Prosecutor Ko in the face, I really loved how the gold on the highway scene was shot (in a cinematography sense), and I'm excited for next weeks episodes.

At first I thought YJ shot Secretary Yoon because I didn't have my headphones on. I thought that was cool but truly I want Sunbae Han to kick the SHHHT out of him later on because I bet Yoon has something to do with Han's late girlfriend's death. Han's late lover gave him a casino chip key chain that he treasures, so I think his former lover might have something to do with another one of Chairman's ventures, illegal gambling.

Wow, every time I watch our senior OTP flirt, I become a boxing referee. I have to score the Episode 11 round to Captain Park. Choi questioned his ability to use his thing and he replied by saying that it works and that Choi should test it. Hahaha, Choi had to say, "I am not going to test it." There, Captain won that round in my scorecard. I couldn't understand the Episode 12 round but at the end, Captain rubbed his right eye with his middle finger, meaning he flipped her off. That probably means Choi won that round. I can't wait to see it with English Sub, their dialogues are pretty much 19+ by Korean Drama standards. Could it be true that this drama breaks new ground on the romance front, that both OTP will not touch each other and still get its audience all riled up. That is daebak.

SBS dominates Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur day dramas

The current situation is that SBS is dominating in Monday & Tuesday dramas and Wednesday & Thursday dramas.

Just finished watching episodes 11 and 12.

- What happened to that preview snippet of the Chairman's son being in hospital? I didn't see it this week. 

- our Senior cops' dialogue?! I died when JongHo asked YoungJin check it out  How could she reply so calmly? I had to rewind that bit bc I thought I heard it wrong lol.

- I was so shocked at DoYoung's calmness about the dirty money JinWoo got from the thieves. Just a couple of episodes ago, she would have been quoting legislation at him instead of keeping silent  Progress!

- @docster6, I think Captain Park won this week. 1 Point for 'Check it out yourself', 1 point for flipping her off on the sly and another point for telling her that she's the only woman he can't get (I legit swooned). So it's 3-0 to Captain Park. I hope Choi steps it up next week. 

- I'm worried about the ending. I hope she doesn't do anything that will get her demoted again. And which poster said that the Chief was going to die of a heart attack? Because I can see that happening. He seemed pretty apoplectic this week. Flying off the handle every few seconds.

Why does PDI have to die without revealing the truth?  Doesn't he have a close friend who's helping him on his revenge.  What about the auto mechanic?  Doesn't he have an inkling on PDI background?

Mrs. Cop: Episode 11

I’d love to say we get some story progression in this episode. We don’t — I’d just love to be able to say it. We do get a teensy bit more information about President Kang and his plans, and Young-jin’s family life. Unfortunately, it’s not much considering the show had an hour to deliver plot and progression and character growth. Honestly, not much happens in this episode, so hopefully they’re saving all the good stuff for the second half of the week?

Episode 12 and Chairman Kang had already confessed to a major crime?  How many episodes are they running?  I hope they try to uncover the death of Hyeri, Det. Han's gf.  Also, can somebody taser Prosecutor Ko also?  His attitude is way too much.

Hi everyone! I'm a big fan of this drama! So sad this is kind of underrated the storyline is good and all the actresses & actors are good as well. I watch this drama bcs of Lee Da Hee at first and fall in love with her character Min Do Young the rookie detective, I ship her with Han Sunbae ^^ they make a cute couple

Ep 12 ending was so intense...I could literally feel Young Jin's emotion coming out of the screen lol...She is one good actress..I've not seen any actress being at so much ease around herself except gong hyo jin..This drama also keeps getting better with each passing episode.I'm sad to see it being so much under rated and non popular despite the strong script and cast...while some not so good scripted dramas are going overboard with ratings..Also off topic,kim tae hee gets nomination for being asleep half of the drama but how come kim hee ae never got one.Just saying.Anyway I wish this drama comes back with a second season.Would miss all of the team for sure.
