Congratulations to Bo Gum!! E-mo(aunt) is happy for you!!! (he can't call me noona, i'm too old for him lol)

He really deserved it.  I didn't watch Reply 88 for anyone, just watched it last year as i have seen R97 and like it.  Didn't finish R94 because the female lead was not with the one that i wish for,keke.. if i did not watch R88, i might have missed a talented actor.  He doesn't talk much(man of a few words) in the drama, but he acted with his eyes and you will be drawn to him.  If it was another actor, i bet i will be bored to death lol...  

This is the beginning, there will be more awards lining up for him.  His performance in MDBC will bring him more awards..  Fighting, Bo Gum!!

@4evgbogummy, he is known as the 'Nation Person' now? that is even better than Nation Son-In-Law and Um-Chin-Ah..

@chocolatepie yes, from the Chinese translation of today's Entertainment Weekly which talked about how Bogummy is CP and how CP is given life by Bogummy. So they say, using the line from MDBC, he's now the nation's person.

Think it was through this short banter that Bogum mentioned yea it would be great to work in a project together.

All my tiredness due to need to work over the weekend has been washed away by looking at those priceless pics of him. I'm really thankful for this thread and for getting to meet with all of you here who shares the same fondness, admiral, support and love for our Bogummy .

Wow  congrats! I have loved all the characters that I have seen PBG play, but  Taek  will always have a special spot. I want to credit first the writer and director to daring to put such an anti-mainstream person in their drama. They picked LCH, "the stone Buddha" as the inspiration for such a role and so for all those  viewers  saying " taek  did nothing but sleep", I say maybe you should look up "still water runs deep." A very relevant metaphor to  describe  how LCH, Taek , and PBG all embody the  element  of water.

what a perfect way to say it, because as much as I credit the writer & director. Really for a character that cannot be contained by words, by lines on a paper, only someone like PBG could execute it. To work with the unwritten words, emotions. To give depth where a flat paper cannot. Other actors rely on words to do the acting for them, but PBG did not and COULD not with a role like Taek. A role like this demands the audience full attention, you can not be lazy and expect to see with your ears.
