This article is saying that Vagabond's lineup is complete with the four listed veteran (and movie) actors. LSG's and Suzy's acceptance/presence is taken for granted along with Shin Sung-rok, even though there is no confirmation yet.

Suzy mentioned action drama/scenes/stunts at her FM press con interview in Taipei. Vagabond is a spy/thriller/action drama. If nothing was misinterpreted or lost in translation, then I guess that's more or less confirmed. 

 

The other drama she's been rumoured to have been offered, "People of Incheon Airport", is not an action drama. By exclusion that leaves Vagabond as the only choice.
