[KSTAR Live Broadcasting Star News] Actor So Ji Sub, Kim Go Eun, Kim Ok Bin, and Yum Jung Ah have become honorary judges at the 16th Mise-en-scene short film festival. 

Popular actors have been commissioned as judges to promote the short films to the public and activate the film festivals. 

They are honorary judges for five genre-level competitions.

On June 29, GOBLIN actress KIM GO EUN is confirmed to be appearing on 'Falling Mountain'!

The movie 'Falling Mountain' will be directed by Lee Jun Ik and will tell a story about what's going on in the audition program while dreaming about hip hop, but it is going to be different as she visits her hometown and see her father. The upcoming movie is  planning to shoot in the second half of this year. 

Actor Park Jung Min has confirmed his appearance before Kim Go Eun.

Kim Go Eun In Talks To Join Park Jung Min In New Hip Hop Movie 

Actress Kim Go Eun might be starring in a new film called “Byeonsan” (Byeon Mountain).

On June 29, Kim Go Eun’s agency announced that the actress has received the casting offer and is positively looking it over.

“Byeonsan” tells the story of a rapper (played by Park Jung Min) getting ready for a hip hop audition program until he, one day, hears the sudden news of his father’s illness and decides to return to his hometown. Kim Go Eun is currently considering the role of Park Jung Min’s first love.

The film will be directed by Lee Joon Ik, whose previous works include “Sado,” Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet,” and “Anarchist from Colony.” Production is scheduled to begin in the latter half of the year.

Kim Go-eun considers role in director Lee Joon-ik’s new film

Actress Kim Go-eun recently received an offer to play the female lead role in director Lee Joon-ik’s new film. 

Kim’s agency HODU&U said Thursday, “Kim Go-eun is looking favorably on the offer, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”

The new film tells the story of a rapper who returns home to take care of his father who is ill.

Actor Park Jung-min has confirmed his role as the rapper. Kim was offered the role of Park’s first love. 

The actress debuted with the award-winning 2012 film “A Muse,” which shot her to stardom. She has since starred in the 2015 films “Memories of the Sword” and “Coin Locker Girl,” as well as tvN’s 2016 drama “Cheese in the Trap.” She recently played a role in tvN’s megahit drama “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God.”

Director Lee Joon-ik debuted in 1993 with “Kid Cop” and produced several box office hits, including films such as “King and the Clown” (2005) and “Radio Star” (2006). His latest film “Anarchist from Colony” was released Wednesday.

Actress Kim Go Eun has signed with BH Entertainment.

On July 17, a source from BH Entertainment stated, “It is true, we recently signed an exclusive contract with Kim Go Eun.”

Well-known for her previous drama “Goblin,” the actress is currently reviewing an offer to work with director Lee Jun Ik in a film titled “Byeonsan” (working title).

Meanwhile BH Entertainment houses many actors such as Lee Byung Hun, Han Hyo Joo, Han Ga In, Han Ji Min, Go Soo, Jin Goo, Choo Ja Hyun, Lee Ji Ah, and Jang Young Nam.

Goblin actress Kim Go-eun shifts agency! Find out why?

Goblin actress Kim Go-eun has signed up with BH Entertainment after her contract with HODU&U Entertainment expired. BH handles a slew of portfolios including Lee Byung Hun, Han Hyo-joo, Han Ga-in, Han Ji-min, Choo Ja Hyun, Lee Ji-ah, and Lee Hee Joon. A representative from the agency has revealed the news to Osen Entertainment and has expressed their excitement in working with the actress.

Kim made her debut with the critically acclaimed film 'A Muse' in 2012 that won her several accolades. She later appeared in 'Monster,' Coin Locker Girl,' and Memories of the Sword.' However, she reached the pinnacle through her tvN dramas Cheese in the Trap (2016) and Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016-2017)—both of which were massive hits and created a new trend in Korea.

On the career front, Kim is reportedly reviewing an offer to star in Lee Joon-ik's new film that tells the story of a rapper who is forced to cancel his hip-hop audition to return back home to take care of his sick father. Park Jung Min has already been approached to play the main lead.

Meanwhile, there was an interesting tidbit from the Philippines on the story of a KFC employee who looks exactly like the Goblin actor Gong Yoo and his hunt fir his Goblin bride. KFC Manila have even released a poster that features Gong Yoo's lookalike waiting for his bride Ji Eun-Tak, played by Korean actress Kim Go-Eun. The latest buzz is that the Gong Yoo look alike has already found his bride (Kim's lookalike). "Congrats Yuka!" KFC posted the announcement, saying they had chosen the winner from hundreds of entries.

Kim Go Eun Signs New Contract with BH Entertainment

[Dispatch] Actress Kim Go Eun, who is famous for her role as Goblin’s wife has ended her contract with Hodu Entertainment and has signed new contract with BH Entertainment.

On July 17, Hodu Entertainment has released the statement, “We have been with Kim Go Eun for a year. Recently, her contract has ended with us and she decided to leave and has signed the contract with BH Entertainment.”

BH Entertainment also released the statement, “Kim Go Eun has signed the contract with us in July. We will give our utmost support to her acting career.”

Other actors in BH Entertainment are Lee Byung Hun, Han Ji Min, Jin Goo, and Han Hyo Joo to name a few.

Haven't been around the forums in a while and I think it's my first time posting on KGE's thread. Heard about the agency switch and I don't think anybody would be surprised about the decision (to leave her former agency mostly). Hope she enjoys her time at BHE and that they treat her well.

Wanted to thank everyone that has posted the bts pics from Goblin. All these new pics that came out made me realize how stingy they were with them when the show was on. Oh well, better late than never.
