Kim Jung Nan Finally Meets her Idol Crush, SHINee’s Onew

Kim Jung Nan hasn’t been shy about sharing about her idol crush on SHINee’s Onew, even revealing that her cat’s name was SHINee. Well, lucky for the veteran actress, she was able to meet the idol of her dreams. 
On September 24, Kim Jung Nan tweeted, “I wanted to only keep this for myself, keke, but I’ll share with everyone. And Jingi, Sorry~ Nuna was a fan who didn’t even know your real name~ TT I still like the name Onew better~ ().”

The photo that she attached showed Kim Jung Nan on the set of MBC’s Radio Star surrounded by not one, but four idols and comedian Yoo Se Yoon. 
Kim Jung Nan was seen with the biggest smile on her face, while linking arms with Onew and CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun. 
Kim Jung Nan starred in SBS’ A Gentleman’s Dignity with Lee Jong Hyun. She has previously appeared on SBS’ Strong Heart to say that Onew was her favorite idol, along with Big Bang’s G-Dragon.

STRONG HEART

On a recent episode of Strong Heart, actress Kim Jung Nan (who has just starred as Park Min Sook in A Gentleman’s Dignity) discussed the supportive messages she’s received from fans.

She shared, “‘Gentlemen’s Class’ has really become a hit. I gained popularity, and a lot of comments on my acting skills have changed as well.”

The actress shed tears as she continued, “Tears were forming when I was reading through the comments. The most memorable comment was ‘I’ve watched many of Kim Jung Nan’s works. I was hoping that one day this actress will become successful, but I’m glad that she is getting more noticed now’. (When I read the comment) tears flowed down my face. I was only going about my way, but I realized that there were so many people who were supporting me. And I thought that I really shouldn’t take acting lightly.”

Kim Jung Nan went on, “I continued reading the comments, and someone said, ‘Kim Jung Nan is probably going to be crying while reading these,’ which made me cry even more,” as she wiped the tears off her face.

She answered 'No.'
