Pop-up store of BTS successfully attract's visitors

 

SEOUL April 26 (Yonhap) -- In the early hours of the 26th, a studio building near Seoul's Seongdong-gu Elementary School was bustling with people. What would typically be filled with the chatter of students was now crowded with various individuals, ranging from groups carrying travel bags to what appeared to be families and friends.

The common thread among them? The presence of purple-colored items everywhere: hair dyed purple, dolls and accessories hanging from bags, and purple shirts worn under jackets.

These were fans of BTS, known as "ARMY," from around the world who gathered to visit the BTS pop-up event called 'MONOCHROME.'

With all members currently fulfilling their military service, the pop-up operates in what's called a "military service hiatus" status.

It has come to our attention that organizational efforts aimed at tarnishing and slandering the artists have escalated in recent weeks. Furthermore, malicious attempts to defame, humiliate and ridicule the artists or spread rumors and groundless information have become excessive.

The company views these actions as severe violation to the artists' rights and will respond decisively, engaging with another law firm to reinforce our existing legal measures.

We are collecting evidence of malicious postings through real-time monitoring as we speak. We will maintain a zero-tolerance policy and pursue this matter rigorously, without leniency or settlements.

BTS’ Song Hits A New Chart High 10 Years After It Was Released

 

BTS is on hiatus as a band, as all seven members are currently enlisted in the South Korean military. Some of the seven singers that make up the chart-topping boy band have released music on their own during this period, but for the most part, the group has been quiet.

 

As fans all around the world wait to hear from the outfit in full, they haven’t stopped listening to the septet. This week, one of the band’s earliest releases is not only back on a Billboard chart, it actually manages to hit a new high.

 

BTS’ "BTS Cypher Pt. 3: Killer" returns to the World Digital Song Sales chart this frame. Billboard publishes the tally every week to illustrate which individual “world” tunes sold the most copies throughout the U.S. in the prior tracking period.
