The last episode of MBC‘s “We Got Married” of the TeukSora couple aired on September 8, closing their story on tears and a kiss.

During the final episode, the couple shared their thoughts on the time spent together, exchanged letters and revisited the memories of sad and happy moments while looking at their wedding album.

Between the joy and the tears, the TeukSora couple unexpectedly kissed as Leeteuk took the initiative this time instead of Sora.

‘Doctor Stranger’ Kang So Ra, Her Body Secret?

[by Choi Gwang Jae] Kang So Ra, the female lead of the SBS drama ‘Doctor Stranger’ has been receiving attention from many females due to her body transformation.

In the SBS drama ‘Doctor Stranger’ Kang So Ra appeared totally different from her first appearance on the MBC reality show ‘We Got Married’ and was put under the spotlight for this sudden change. She had successfully lost around 20kg and has become a part of the many examples of diet success.

What were the secrets to her diet?

■ Exercises For Diets—Posture Correction And Ballet

Prior to her diet, Kang So Ra first decided to correct her posture. This was because she realized that her walking habits and even sitting habits made big impacts on her body.

Then she officially started to tone her body through ballet. The benefit of ballet is that it allows people to use muscles that they would not normally use and causes the whole body to become tense, allowing the bodyline to become toned overall.

Kang So Ra consistently danced ballet and successfully corrected her posture and even lost weight through the process, gaining a bodyline that many girls envy.

■ The Three Rules Of Dieting—No Late-Night Snacks, Lots Of Productivity, 3 Meals A Day


Kang So Ra revealed her rules of dieting and the first was to not eat late-night snacks. On days that she would break this rule, she would go on a light walk or exercise to digest the food before going to bed.

In addition, at times she would be resting or watching television she would correct her posture and do a lot of stretching to take care of her body. In order to avoid procrastinating she consistently paid attention to her productivity so that her body would stay balanced.

She also got into the habit of eating at specific times during the day even when she was not hungry. This is because during a period of dieting, when the duration of hunger is prolonged for too long it may lead to excessive eating.

■ Daily Diet Meal—A Balanced Three Meals


As stated before, Kang So Ra emphasized the importance of three meals a day. She never forgot to eat her breakfast, a blended drink that consisted of ingredients such as fruit, nuts, yogurt, and more.

Her lunch primarily consisted of Korean food such as pumpkin porridge, red bean porridge, and black sesame porridge. During dinnertime she would eat a light meal such as salad but added nutrients to the meal by eating it with meat.

The porridge that Kang So Ra ate primarily for lunch is especially good for your body is smoothly absorbed into your system. For this reasons, porridge is popular not only tp females on diets but also to people of all ages.

Kang Sora was recently in the MBC show “We Got Married” with Super Junior’s Leeteuk. She is also dubbing as the voice of “Princess Merida” for the movie “Brave”. For the photo shoot, Kang Sora graces the theme of “Lady on the red carpet” depicting celebrities and their elegant looks when they are on the red carpet. Kang Sora looks stunning and beautiful.
