coz the show Happy Together which starrd Goo Hye Sun, Kim Huyn Joong and Kim Joon was divided into 2 parts

the first part was shown on Feb 26th that most of you must have seen

and the other one broadcasted a week later

I myself can't find the whole 2nd part of the show with English sub

but I did manage to seek just a part of it

Wow, what an awesome assortment of pictures!!! It seems as if all Hye Sun has to do is to point those beautiful eyes in the direction of the camera lens and it falls in love with her. In so many of these shots, the only "special effects" that she needs are her eyes and her smile (or frown, pout, sneer... .) Every one of her expressions is a keeper. She must be every bit as breath-taking as so many have tried so hard to describe in real life.

The stars were asked to talk about some of their past.

Each person brought items to tell the story.

Title of this part of the episode is “what is that?”

GHS brought a wig of black curly hair and a Tae Kwon Do head gear.

She says she brought these items to tell a story about how when she was in elementary school and middle school, top fighters in school liked her.

In the elementary school, there was a boy who was the top fighter and the boss at the school. Once he points out the person he likes, everybody in the entire school had to be nice to the designated person. One time GHS was designated by this boy. One day the entire class went on a trip to the beach. GHS wore jeans and shirt and ended up falling into the water. So her clothes were soaked and showing off her body form. When she turned around, the entire group of boys was looking away from GHS. This curly top school leader ordered the boys not to look at GHS so that she gets some privacy. This particular boy had curly hair. As she is filming BOF, this boy came to her mind most clearly in her mind.

All the MC’s said “wow” in admiration of the curly hair boy,the original Goo Joon Pyo from GHS'past.

MC Yoo: GHS ssi had a REAL Goo Joon Pyo in her life.

(I think this is the original Goo Joon Pyo that the Korean TV reporters actually found him out through investigation. All the school teachers and administrators commented how the boy was better in every way than the BOF characterization of Goo JoonPyo. They all saw Happy Together and thought that reporters would be coming. This guy was found to be attending hotel administration college. The original Goo JoonPyo said he was the person GHS mentioned and was going to meet the reporter at a certain location. But, at the end he changed his mind. I am sure he was acting in his best interest. But when he initially agreed to meet the reporter, maybe he was hoping to meet his old friend GHS. Then probably the reality struck him: he would be mobbed on a daily basis and would lose his privacy and personal life forever. I wonder if he would have been available to meet GHS at least and see if they could still hit if off???? He sounded really good as a person. Most teachers admired him and remembered him. He was tough but a gentleman to GHS.

What a loss for GHS when she is ardently looking for relationship! Hehehehehe.)

When GHS moved up to a middle school in Inchun area, she met another boy who went to a same after school educational program. He was also the best fighter of the entire Inchun school district. He was also into TaeKwonDo. Everybody was scared of him. Now this TaeKwoDo boy sounded different from the boy of the elementary school. This TaeKwonDo boy seemed more like a delinquent and impulsive bully that GHS ended up taming. If he did not like somebody he would take the kid to the back of the school and beat him up. Now this boy also confessed to liking GHS.

LadyMC: it seems like only the tough fighters liked you. (Laughter)

GHS: Yes it turned out that way. One day one of my male friends (I hope it was not DongHae of SUJU or his brother because I think GHS and DongHae knew each other from middle school.) got on the bad side of this TaeKwonDo boy and my friend was taken to the back. I followed to see if I could do anything to save my friend. The TaekwonDo boy was about to punch my friend and I just jumped my entire body in and somehow caught his fist into my palm. All the school kids were there watching us. Since this boy liked me, he gave up the fight. All the other students were stunned and started to call me, Goo Hye Sun the Inchun “jjang”, the best fighter, who stood up to the most feared boy in the area. After the incident with the TaeKwonDo boy, I often ran into him when he would get into fights or after fights Another time, I ran into him in front of a game shop, with his hand in bandages, probably from another fight, and a missing tooth. He was smoking a cigarette through this missing tooth space.

The Funny Male MC: Oh, he was just trying to cover up the terrible gap in his teeth with the cigarette. You know? (everybody laughs.)

GHS: Whenever I did run into him, I would yell “YAH!” to him and he would get rid of the cigarette, and either go home or return to the study hall. (Everybody wows.)

MCYoo: It seems like Goo Hye Sun ssi does have Geum JanDi qualities in her.

GHS: So, since I have been filming BOF, I just started to remember these two boys from the past.

Funny Male MC: I wonder if the TaeKwonDo boy got to fix his missing tooth. (laughter)

Lady MC: Wow, those boys must be watching BOF now.

GHS: Maybe so.

(Wow, GHS really stands up for her friends without fear. In this same Happy Together episode, in the beginning, GHS talked about writing a letter to the President of Korea telling him the unfair and unequal treatment of female students. She felt so upset watching one of her girl friends cry so much because her hair was cut by the school teacher. In Korea at that time, no longer now I hope, female students had to keep their hair length above the ears. If not, the teacher had the right to cut it off in front of the entire student body upon inspection. Of course these teachers did not care how well the hair was cut. GHS, although meek and shy in front of unfamiliar stage, can be so brave and Jandi-like when it concerns people she cares about. No wonder, even her YG President Yang also considered the Geum Jandi part to be a part almost written for GHS. I guess only those who really know GHS can say that.)

F4도 어느 한 분 쉽지는 않았지만 우리 잔디 찾기는 정말 참 많이 어려웠습니다.

Casting each and every F4 members was not easy, however the most difficult casting process was for Jandi.

160대 근처의 아담한 체구, 강아지상, 소녀느낌, 여성성, 인지도, 연기감각, 친근함, 강단 등…

Nearly 160… elegant figure, puppy-cuteness, teen-youthfulness, femininity, intelligence, acting sensibility, friendliness, decisive energy, etc.

평범한 서민소녀 잔디는 정작 가장 많은 조건을 충족시켜야 하는 특별한 캐릭터요, 중심이었지요.

As an ordinary, regular teenage girl, Jandi had to fit and satisfy multiple criteria---it is a special character, the most important role.

10대 후반부터 20대 후반까지 안 만나 본 여배우가 있을까 싶을 정도로 기나긴 여정의 끝에서

We felt as if we met every single, existing female actors from teens to twenty’s and thought the process will never end.
