Ah, I can't get into this manga. The whole um...religion thing turns me off. And Allen seems too...good (?) of a person.

regional-wise, it's normal regions. europe, asia and etc exist. and the reason allen is so good is because he can see the spirits within the akuma and can see their suffering. so not really too good but more compassionate.

try www.timcanpi.org for a lot of it and the newest chapters. the rest was done by www.yanime.com but they dropped it because it was liecensed. if you could use mIRC, you can get it from a website called www.gotlurk.net and download it from one of their bots. other than that, you can try www.stoptazmo.com for it.
