Yes I like Junsu's music.  His singing is impressive.  Totally agree with you, JJ sing well but I reckon Y acts well.

I am not a long time fan of Joo Won.  I only saw the name 주원 when I checked daum because the cd jacket has no picture, I didn’t know his face.  (http://music.daum.net/album/main?album_id=503682 )  Also I didn’t bother to find out how he looks as long as his singing is appealing to me.  Guess the song  “My love” was released back in Aug 2010 and it has been sitting in my playlist since, he wakes me up every morning.  His voice is definitely very different to other kpop singers.  Because it is a ballad, it is easy to hear the difference, so powerful and impressive, it energizes me every time I listen to it and just like a magnet that I am so attracted to.  The feeling was like listening to Baek Ji Young’s “Don’t Forget” from IRIS ost.

I forgot to say “Thank You” for agreeing my thinking!! Actually, I hesitated whether I should be posting it because I thought people might see me as a “psycho”.  Anyway, I posted it and I am glad and excited to hear your positive feedback and we share the same thinking.

“Thank You” for @coolreborn the vid of “This is the moment”.   It was great!!! Erik Santos sang it so well.   

Also, thanks for both of you correcting me, Joo Won sang “This is the moment” at “100 women storyon” event, not cantata.  Somehow I just mixed up things.  Don’t know why.

It has always been about the voice for me.
Joo Won has a distinct voice.......you can pick out his voice easily in a chorus.......He voice is also strong and powerful with range....Theatre trained.

The moment I heard "Love and Love"..............
The mood is quiet and reflective.....Bring back of beautiful memories......The moment their hearts met....The sad  embrace .......of the final goodbye...Forever your shadow....The eternal gulf....that separates.........
A wailing of the heart.....you can really feel the pain....
That is what ........a voice can convey......


Mozart was the first Korean Musical I watch...(on DVD la)..Junsu was.......wonderful as Mozart......his solo concert of Mozart also featured an Elizabeth preview.....its has several songs performed for the very first time Korea, ( 2 years before the launch of Elizabeth..)
Junsu does not want to do a TV drama......he prefers the theatre. He reigns there.It is said.......the Music Theatre of Korea world is divided into 2 eras...."Before Kim Junsu and After Kim Junsu"His impact is tremendous.

Awards ceremony for the Big 3 TV station....KBS MBC and SBS is on 31 December annually.
That means........the stars can only attend any 1 of the 3  cos its the same time and date.
Tough if you have dramas in rival stations...... chances are......you can only appease one station...
Joo Won would be at KBS...(so far all his 3 drama are at KBS)....he is heavily promoted by KBS....for Gaksital and 2days1nite...

I myself do not know how to critic a singer's voice when it comes to songs that I hear... When it's good for my ears, its a good and awesome song, if its not, you will never see me listening to it. But when I like a song, you can bet that I listen to it continuously, like replay, all day long. I'd admit, Joo Won Playlist in my music player is the only songs that I hear this days.

Erik Santos sang it so well.  -  I did know that he sang this song when he was competing - not really following local shows - but he sang this and he won that singing contest and he became a singer in our country.

As @mrdimples had said that she just started as a simple commenter in his soompi thread (I think I need to lure her here actually, she's pretty much buried in the BM thread before ) ) , I myself was just a simple picture dropper that in time became a devoted picture,fanart,etc. contributor in his thread. I even have the pleasure of being his thread keeper and more times a rowdy moaty fan. It's always a treat when a fan of Joo Won post anything... as in anything Cutie related in this thread. Does not matter if it's a declaration of support, love or admiration, articles, pictures, fanarts, captions, etc. as long as it's all about Cutie, that's a daebak thing to do. @manyearsago and any Joo Won fans out there... please keep on investing in this blue chip stock. It's a daebak blue chip stock... big in so many terms. :-bd

I was in Korea in January.........and visited the Palace.....it was very cold and frozen over.....Court yard covered in snow...never noticed the stoneMarkers ...
I'd much prefer the phone booth in the park.......but.....I understand its a prop.....and was removed after the filming..I like Jeju too...

One FREE day in Korea....You just reminded me.I was thinking of giving the Palace a miss and go and visit........Jongno!........(Bell Street) Lee Kang To's district!!.....

ACK!........its a good time to visit Korea in January NEXT year.......if you are into musicals.......there is Melchoir the first......as well as Danny Zuko from Grease..(JHW)
