Oh! Jap Ver went from 1st place to 6th place on the oricon weekly in it's second week. Charting reasonably well. On monday (3rd week) they ranked no.2 on the daily oricon. Interestingly SJJD always ranks best on mondays haha they were no.2 last monday as well. So far they've sold about 75,000 of the single. It will probably get a gold certification in a couple weeks. All of SJJD's releases in Japan have a gold certification (100,000+), except the full album which has a Million certification...The only other Korean artist who's had an album sell over a million in Japan is BoA. Not even TVXQ or Kara have done that yet.

I wonder just how awesome SJJD's second Japanese album will do heheh...People in korea say "oh SNSD is already at the top...what is there for them to do now" but the Japanese market is a whole 'nother place to conquer. Ahhh it makes me excited thinking about how legendary they will become.

I think it was Sica? or maybe Fany...lol or maybe Taeng. I can't remember where though lol, anybody know?

  Following the success of “PAPARAZZI” and “Oh!”, Girls’ Generation is set to release a new Japanese single and album next month.

  Girls’ Generation will release their sixth Japanese single “Flower Power” on November 14th. The song will be a dance number and described to have lyrics that will demonstrate the “sexy” side of the girls, contrary to the single’s title.

  A teaser photo for the single was released, showing the nine beautiful ladies posing glamourously in black sexy outfits.

  It was also revealed that Girls’ Generation’s second Japanese album will be available two weeks later on November 28th.The title of this second Japanese album is yet to be announced.

Girls’ Generation’s fifth Japanese single, “Oh!”, and “Girls’ Generation Complete Video Collection” have been certified “Gold” by the Recording Industry Association of Japan.

Both “Oh!” and the “Girls’ Generation Complete Video Collection” DVD set have sold more than 100,000 copies each, earning the “Gold” certification by RIAJ. The accomplishment comes only two weeks after the single and DVD were released on September 26th, adding to the growing list of accolades Girls’ Generation has received in Japan.

Girls’ Generation will look to continue the success with their next Japanese single, “FLOWER POWER“, releasing on November 14th, and their second Japanese album on November 28th.
