Honestly, I think she's ok. She's not gorgeous, or really note-worthy, but she's definitely cute. Make-up is definitely a must for her to look pretty. Then again, most of us girlies all wear make-up all the time too XD

I like her personality, though. Seems like a cool girly to hang out with. So I can see why guys would totally fall for her.

It was so fun seeing her in Tokyo Drift! Like..one of the 3 (yes, I'm exaggerrating) Japanese people in the whole movie! =D

Well, you got it right, so many girls wear so much make-up. And honestly, they still won't end up looking anywhere near as pretty as Kitagawa Keiko. At least her make-up isn't like those strange transforming rituals as seen in make-up tutorial threads. >__>

I'm just really annoyed when people go around saying really pretty girls are 'average' or look like 'any other girl on the streets'. PLEASE. If everybody looked like Kitagawa Keiko, then people would be worshiping Japan as the most beautiful country of the world.
