Hi shbar, I do understand you - going white with an all black get-up will be way too loud. Still, I consider his style savvy. Don’t let the color intimidate you. The main concern with wearing white color is the risk of standing out to much. We sometimes think & see that white can be difficult to pair them with black or dark blue pants.

Thanks Hwonhwon and Rossy for the replies. We are quite close in our way of thinking and so dare to write slightly longer opinion.

RATINGS:  It reminds us of some parents telling their children not to worry about the school results but just  do their best. Unfortunately, the minute they see the report books, they are on the telephone or whispering to neighbours or friends comparing results with their children. We definitely will convince ourselves to ignore the nonsensical and outdated  ratings and so just relax and enjoy the show. Unfortunately how many of us can live up to that.

Please dont splash sea water at her when you found out that B is tracking and hoping for good ratings of a drama when the fans of the actor is comparing proudly that drama to that of our Soo Hyun. The success of a drama depended on the entire production team and not just on 1 actor. How demoralising it can be for the entire production team  if the drama ended with poor ratings. If B can hope for good ratings even for an actor whose fans are not friendly to us, how about the ratings of our beloved Soo Hyun's own drama. It is advisable for B not even to look at this thread and absent herself from all social media for that 2 or 3 months when the drama is showing. This may save her from a mental breakdown or entering early dementia just by checking on the ratings throughout the show. 

We are not  anticipating that Soo Hyun's next drama's ratings may not be as expected. We have confidence that Soo Hyun will know best regarding choosing of projects. Unfortunately, we dont know this challenger's limit and the bowling drama is an excellent proof of his unbelievable challenging spirit. The bowling episode nearly caused B's admission to the hospital.  He may choose an extra ordinary script just to test water and challenges himself. Will the koreans be able to accept it? So we do hope that Soo Hyun accepts another drama before his enlistment and B stay away from social media for that period. 

ABOUT THE FEMALE LEAD: B participated in a theatre show when she was young. She acted as a wicked lady and had a just as evil servant. She performed twice for that role. On the first occasion, she was very satisfied with her performance because she got a veteran to pair up with her. Because of the collaboration of veteran actor acting as the evil servant, she was able to emote well as his mistress. On the 2nd occasion she was paired up with a mediocre actor as the servant. There was no chemistry between the two and it looked as if B was acting solo or  by herself without the evil servant. For some, B seemed to be overacting because the servant's acting was too mild compared to her.

From that experience, B is convinced that the acting standard/grade of  both leading actor and actress should be on par. Soo Hyun definitely can and has been leading his leading actress but that can be tiring. Also, if acting of both leads are not of equal standard, sometimes it may appear as if one party is overacting.

ABOUT THE PLOT: There are uncertainties regarding the taste of the koreans on plots of a drama. We do hope that Soo Hyun will take up the role of a defending lawyer (not prosecutor).  Already mentioned that our challenger may just take up another challenge in choosing an extraordinary drama and causing B to be actually hospitalised this time round. Anyway, we really trust his choice of projects so should be okay.

WE prefer him in "The Moon Embraces the Sun" though "Will it snow in Christmas was also very impressive". In the latter, his pronunciation (in English) was better than ours.

B tried today. Unfortunately she just did not have the courage to wear pure white and so chose a cream colour instead. Also unfortunate that nobody take a second look at her. she was so disappointed. ha ha

This is actually Soo Hyun's signature smile. It is a smile pumped out from his heart. No pretends or force from external factors. He appreciates sincerely the love showered by his fans and of course shown through the charming smile. Make us wonder what "kind of life is Soo Hyun leading".

We expect him to live an extra ordinary "difficult" and not normal life and yet he withstands all pressure and maintains his stature. 

1. He is a mega star. He is loved both in his own homeland and overseas. He must live an "angelic virtuous life". Is it possible to do so in the "harsh, cruel and unforseeable entertainment industry". He is by nature a lively and sometime playful person. It can be very demanding on him.

2. 2017 is just around the corner and he will be  promoting Korea's first integrated Hotel Resorts solely.  The pressure on this young man is beyond description as he will be meeting all the Heads of the various departments of Korea itself, CEOs from all other hotels over the world, Financial Heads, other heads of similar industries etc etc and etc.

3.  REAL will be released also in 2017. He dedicated more than a year in this movie and definitely has high hope on it. He must be working hard on the schedules of the promotion of the movie.

4. Reading scripts to choose another drama before his enlistment.

So many matters to pay attention to for Soo Hyun and yet he never forget to show his appreciation to his fans. He is able to smile and smile so brightly. Keep it up Soo Hyun.

We hope to discuss further but need to make some money for the coming festivals and so need to stop. see you tonight.

Definitely proud to read the above poll.

Definitely happy for Soo Hyun for his capability of  maintaining his status in the hearts of his big extended family "South Korea".

Definitely relieved that inspite of all the scheming and unscrupulous plans to remove him from his throne, he remained unharmed and intact and untouched.

Definitely grateful to the S Koreans for not being influenced or swayed.

Definitely excited that many (not only his fans) are waiting for the release of the drama.

Definitely anxiously waiting for the announcement of the good news from Soo Hyun personally.

Definitely very pleased with his fans' achievement in supporting Soo Hyun through thick and thin.

However

Definitely worried for this young man for carrying such tremendously heavy burden on his shoulders alone.
